These videos are vital for the new builders who are just starting out and don't have much mechanical experience. These tips and tricks and info really help out newbies understand how to. Great videos.

If you ever have a exhaust leak use some ultra copper gasket maker. It works so good

For my new build I might do this. Because of the fairings in the bike I can’t use the mz65 clone like my other bikes.

Great video! I’m glad to see you using the arch tensioner bracket to attach the muffler, it’s exactly how I attached mine. For the exhaust connection, might I suggest upgrading those to engine studs with nuts & lock washers, rather than bolts. The jug is soft aluminum and those threads may wear over time as routine maintenance or tinkering. Engine studs are much tougher and once you loctite them in, you can wench down your connection without worry of stripping your jug threads.

Looking forward to it, got my first one done, & it looks awesome, runs good rides great, it's was one problem after another, doing it all on tight budget, still having problems out of sprocket adapter, screws vibrating out.

Have you noticed any problems with vibration at either point on the setup? I would think the kick stand is solid but worry with the down facing nut coming loose, that said the tensioner looks inviting but I have hade issues with the bolts coming loose on the clutch plate(different pipe) I would be constantly checking the chain for bounce even if I consciously knew it was tight. Thanks for the build and love to hear back.

Hey Roger, thanks for the great question. Once this bike is together I’ll create a video on how to prevent this from happening by going through a thorough break-in adjustment process. Once everything is seated and tightened properly those pesky vibrations won’t be an issue for you. I upload a new video on this build every Friday so stick around & follow the process. Happy New Year!

nice video and I have looked at many more videos regarding the exhaust so....question, I have a stage 4 66cc 2 stroke kit on a Schwinn OCC chopper and the expansion chamber exhaust will not fit without modification and I am ok with modding it if need be, so if you was in this situation, which exhaust would you purchase for the best performance and fitment, fitment being key?
