I agree, Willys is a great value now that it has the extra off road features. I currently have a 24 Willys 4xe on order. Rubicon would be awesome, but not needed for where I go. I went back and forth whether to order the 4xe or regular 2.0. Was leaning more towards the regular 2.0 for reliability, but when I went to order, I was told it was restricted on everything but the 4xe and Sahara, so 4xe it was! 4xe is what I really wanted anyway. And if you play it right with the tax credits/rebates/incentives, you may be able to get a 4xe for less than 2.0 or 3.6 ICE, especially if you lease with Chrysler Capital and buyout the lease. Hopefully the Chrysler Cap lease deals will still be around by the time the UAW strike ends and my Jeep is built!
TY for sharing, Really kool option ... not sure if I missed it but this recommended 91 octane for 2.0l + msrp makes the mpg you get a wash on regular v6 willy... @ Ben Hardy would love to see more front end 3/4 views like ya mostly do the backend shots, really love seeing them and you mostly only do just front and just side profiles...
P.S. ^^ don't get the mpg and octane part wrong, Still lovin this vehicle + how it drives and looks and the updated inside is icing on the cake ... just feel at it's price point this should come with color matched fender flares and roof ... more of a finished product for $60k
Love the Willys, is just perfect for what most use it for. That rear locker and 33s is what makes the 24 sort of worth it, aside from is crazy price. In my area tbwy say they give out lime $14k in rebates, so I'll send an email more info here in San Diego. One thing is missing am I thought the willys has as standard is the auxiliary switches. Jeep, please returned the old school screen, tbay looked more rugged and I hate big screens.
Saved 11k in rebates alone on a 2024 Willy's down here in SD - they were lease specific incentives - but at the end of the day with the buyout, it's cheaper than financing upfront right now.
Got this over a Sahara due to the cost and how similar the Willys is to a Rubicon. Was considering a Sport S but the rebate on it was 3k lower making the Willys only about 1k more than a Sport S.
I have the 4xe Willy's, just like you show here. I love it. But: for the first time in my life ever, I leased it for 3 years, since it has a 3 year b-to-b warranty. We'll see how it goes. Also, to offset the high cost don't forget your $7500 federal offset, plus in my area (Ohio) recently these have been discounted. Finally, if you are out west and travel long distances daily by highway, then the PHEV is a waste. It's only for shorter commutes, or start-stop driving that you see the benefit of batteries. Otherwise, they are just more weight to carry around. Also, since they are much smaller than full EV batteries, then I charge in my garage using a level one charger (and my regular 110v wall plug) that comes with it. Usually about 12-14 hours to a full charge. But you can unplug it and drive on a partial charge. Or spend for an electrician and opt for a level II charger. I don't have the need for that since I just plug it in when I get home, and it's done by morning.
So I happen to be looking at this one Right now because the price is right but you tell me... If it's a hybrid why does it even matter if you can go 20 mi on a charge of that battery that seems stupid
I have rented two of the 4XEs' from Denver International Airport and put over 2000 miles combined. My average MPG was 16.1. My 23 Farout with the 3.0 on similar road trips and speed gets 25.7. Numbers on paper don't matter. This was an epic fail by Jeep.

Own one and loving it it’s truly amazing
2 worries: resale value, reliability. would be nice to have a discussion about this.
@JohnnyCruz-nh6yq I keep Jeeps for 10 years if possible - what is wrong with people these days and their disposable glibness?
Facts
Beautiful Wrangler Might Buy One!

Yes.. I owned an 18 Rubicon, it fit two big dogs in the back, 2 kid seats, 2 adults and a bunch of crap for the beach.

I will never buy an electric or hybrid electric vehicle. I do love the Willys variant of the Jeeps.
Not me - I am tired of changing fluids and replacing transmissions.
What? 22 miles of electric range?? WTF?
No chance in hell. No way. !
Not for me.
He lost me at hybrid system no thanks.
I'm keeping my 2004 Jeep Liberty. cost $1,000 and it still works. Think I just saved $50k by not buying this.
