    oh.. on carnivore, they can go zero meds zero supplements.. saw a lot of testimonials on carnivore doctor's videos that they feel at 20-40yrs younger eating only red meat, butter, and eggs only, no fruits and veggies..
    hmmm.. what should I eat really??
    but I noticed both parties say INTERMITTENT FASTING is good😊

      My uncle ate nothing but red meat all his life .. Dead at 53 from colon cancer .. Carnivore diet may have benefits in the short term but not sustainable in the long term ..

    I respect him a lot, and I have tried his supplements, I see a huge change, but when it comes to intermittent fasting, it does not work for me, it literally wrecks my hormones. I so wish more research can be made that benefits women.

    I follow Sinclair and love his message however he says he now works out 3 times from 1 time a week. Well I say hey stay on that vegan diet and I’ve got 18 years on you but we will workout 7 days a week resting body parts on days. Let’s see if he can keep up. I’ve hears some good quotes lately. Do you want to be a cold human? And we don’t live in safe cages with sawdust and nice flywheels . The other thing I’d like to know is if these labs guys are dipping into their private stash.

    I’m a bit confused. He’s vegan and gave up dairy, but he eats fish and white meat, and takes his supplements with yoghurt. Which is it? 🤔

      I agree with you! I’ve seen this video before and it says he doesn’t eat dairy but yet he eats yogurt.

      @@amya9597 FYI - Dr. Sinclair takes his resveratrol supplement in a bit of homemade COCONUT yogurt, NOT dairy yogurt. I saw that in a different TH-cam video in which he was interviewed.

    Listening this guy has some true facts and wrong facts.
    Wrong of fruits. There are some fruits not high in sugar. Like strawberries, blueberries erc.. Also fruits are very healthy and have many vitamins and minerals.
