I have like 6 different recipes saved for this dish and have been happy with most of them and so I thought, I don’t need another one. But then I thought, well but it’s HebbarsKitchen so why not try it at least once? So I did and now I have a 7th recipe that I’ll make often. It’s very tasty, very onion and gingery, which I love. Thanks!
I really do need to invest in a pressure cooker. They aren’t popular in the US, so I’m not even sure what brands are the most reliable and safest to use.

Usually in star hotels they won’t and spices in jeera rice. Just ghee, Jeera, green chilli & coriander leaf that’s it.
