3 Green Chillies (1 is also Enough My Green Chillies were not Spicy )
4- 5 Garlic Cloves
1 Tej Patta
1 Badi Elachi
4 -5 Laung
3 Cups Water
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 Pinch Hing
1 Tbsp Desi
MORE WATER AS NEEDED
Coriander Leaves

2 - 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped

Every recipe of yours I have tried, they have come out amazing! You are an excellent teacher with all the details. I would love to try this but I don’t use a pressure cooker. Had an accident with it years ago, since then I have never used one. So can you make this without cooker ?

Soaking dal for sometime is always suggested to remove pesticide residues and other chemical preservatives ... it goes for vegetables and fruits as well ..
Never eat any raw food item without soaking ...this was a part of my study and project in college ..
If u don't believe study harmful effects of pesticides and insecticides in foods.. and u will never eat anything without soaking ever again
