I made this dal n rice tonight for dinner n it turned out simply awesome.. everyone loved it .. have tried many Jain dal recipes but none has turned like this .. this was the best..please do share more Jain recipes.. would definitely love to try more of your recipes..

Mera favourite khana hai aaj ki video mei. Kahi se bhi kitna bhi acha kha kr ao ya banao phir bhi dal chawal mei ek sukoon milta hai. Kha kr atma bhar jati hai. Aur sir ji ap sahi kehte ho.. mumma ko daal pilani hoti.. hmesha hmko kehti hai aree pani aur badhao daal me.. but m ni sunti thodi thick dal na ho to feel ni ata dal chawal ya roti mei. Arhar daal waise hi pani alag2 si rehti hai but moong milane se thodi dal thick ho jati. Achi tip hai. Mere ghar pe chilka moong n arhar dal mila k garlic green chili n ginger ka tadka lagta hai. Vo bhi tasty lagti.

Nice dal jeer rice I prefer both I will cook this with less ghee n without chilli powder coz.i never digest chilli powder. Thank u for the beautiful recipe.

Tried this today with some roti and it's mind blowing. I could eat this dal 7 days a week. The only change I made is by adding a pinch of sugar. Tomorrow I'll make the jeera rice.
