Actually, when you glitch start the fight, DONT go back. You can stand on the stairs and poison arrow Smough to death. His hammer will stick out of the door and it has a hit box. 4-5 arrows and he's poisoned. Ornstein is a little trickier, but go to bottom right of stairs and strafe behind the wall after shooting the door. It will trigger him to shoot lightning at you, which will make him clip through door, making him shootable for like 3 seconds. Theres a rythm to it, but totally doable with just longbow and regular arrows. When he shoots, strafe behind wall. When lightning hits wall, strafe out and shoot. You'll need to line up where he clips through door. He wont be through the door when you shoot, but will begin his lightning animation. By time your arrow gets to the door, it will hit him. After you shoot your arrow, strafe back behind wall and wait for lightning to hit. He will keep shooting lightning at you, everytime you shoot an arrow. If he stops, just keep shooting the door until you hear/see his animation for the lightning. Rinse repeat. I watched a video where someone else did this with bombs. I didnt have any bombs so i figured it out with arrows. Disclosure: Im on version 1.00 / Europe. Found DS Trilogy $42 (Europe ver).

Yup. You aren't fighting the bosses or their moveset. You are fighting the game and abusing AI. Gank bosses just don't work in dark souls 1, too much RNG is involved.
@@friendlyreaper9012 I understand what they were going for, but the tendency for the two AI to stick together as close as possible and never wanting to come apart makes the fight incredibly tedious.
@g.williams2047 yup. If you aren't abusing the damage system and killing one of them in like 3-4 hits you are in for a very long and annoying fight. Like you said they really love to just run towards you while literally holding hands with each other.

Well if I can get the glitch once a second time shouldn't be too hard. Btw you ever notice a tapping sound around the bonfire near a fire keeper in Anor Londo.
Well I just got the glitch to work. First phase they were frozen. Super Smough is still hard though. For such a large individual I thought their movement would be slower. They get a hit on me. I turn around to run away before healing. Smough somehow got behind me & hit me for 70% of my health. I am so tired of this boss fight. At least 30 attempts by now across 3 days. If only someone else was playing DS1 classic so I could summon them for help. Btw I swear there is a tapping noise when near either bonfire in Anor Londo. Its driving me crazy like some tell-tale heart stuff.
You can also cheese Super Ornstein by luring him to the window near the elevator and wait for him to stab you. If close enough to the window, it will actually do a step forward and fall
@@gabrielsilvestre8491 you have to get near the very first window and wait for it to do the stabbing attack where it lifts you high in the air. Once he throws you to the floor he’ll always do a step forward and that’s where he’ll fall off!!! You can find it on TH-cam.
I did this glitch but for soem reason on my third try (i may or may not have died to smough before hand) but orstein automatically died for me and it went to instant lightning smough right away after i summoned in solaire
Do you need multiple attempts? Cause I keep doing it correct but it’s harder because the fog covers my screen but I parried but the fight didn’t start, does it take more?
@@glop9289 I couldn't get it to work as I couldn't see the silver knight while my camera clipped though the gate. I did beat O&S eventually (61 tries). I beat the game and I got the remastered version for PC semi recently. Going really well. Did a challenge run with no armor and a great club and beat them 4th try. And in my current Dex/int run I beat them on the 1st try.
Or you could just summon Solaire and another player. Lure Smough away and let the other player kill Ornstein. Then avoid Super Smough and let the other player kill him. Hopefully the severs come back up soon.
I parry and ripost like 10 times and boss fight still didn't started, maybe they patched it. Edit: I just beat them normal way. After dying for few hours on mid load, i undressed my character and tried light load. Defeted them on 1st try. This is easy mode ;)

i used this in my randomizer where ornstein and smough were artorias and manus 🥲, but using this i was able to cheese manus through the wall and finish the fight!

For super smough just focus on dodging until he does a jump attack, then sweep in and do a few hits, and then just repeat.
You can also cheese Super Ornstein by luring him to the window near the elevator and wait for him to stab you. If close enough to the window, it will actually do a step forward and fall
