    Campark T20
    At the beginning of the season, I think I paid $38 for the camera on Amazon. These are the features I liked when making my decision originally.
    Cost - If I only get one season out of it, then it was worth it!
    Small - Supper small to pick out on a tree, great for public lands.
    It only uses 4 batteries to run it - other cameras like this will take 6-8 AAs
    Reviews were OK and pictures posted looked OK for what I wanted to accomplish with it.
    If I did like it after testing it all season, I could always add a couple more or even look at their upgraded models.

      Thanks for the feedback and support! I find video mode to be best for this camera and how it triggers, but feel free to play with the settings that work best for you!

    You are lucky! I bought 3 of this cameras at the end of 2019. 1 died in under 2 months, second stopped shooting night video in 6 months, third is still running. This product is ok-good when works (picture quality is bad!, however video is descent). Price range is good, but now, I have 1.5 camera for around $165 (55+55+55). This camera does not worth it and I do not recommend it unless you are ready to flip a coin. Quality of this cameras is 1 out of 3.

      Agree, this is not good and thanks for sharing your experience. I have been running these and have not had the issues you have. I have had experience with other cameras this price range and higher with its not matter of when you come across issues like this, but rather how well their customer service is. I have not dealt with their customer service. If you do, please let us know!

    I have cameras set out on public land much of which is in heavy traffic urban areas. I chose the T20 for size and price. Easy to conceal, picture quality is the best I have found for the price. The audio feature is very nice. My CamPark T20s have been in the field for over a year now stop. I highly recommend them.

    Very good review. I have a hard time figuring out the set up . Do you have a set up video?

    • @DIYBowhunting
      @DIYBowhunting  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I prefer the video setup for this camera. I usually set to video mode and record for 10 sec. I like a 30-60 sec. delay between pictures. Here I can use a medium to low sensitivity. This sensitivity helps if there is any sun glare at times. Hope this helps!

    Does anyone know how to make the date/time stamp more readable? I can barely make out the date and cannot make out the time at all, :( Other than that I love it so far. Just set it back up yesterday and this morning caught the cougar thats been coming through here on tape.

    Hi. I'm very new to filming and totally confused about the time lapse. I have the camera set on video only and turned the time lapse off and it didn't film anything. I was under the assumption it was a motion sensitive camera, so would only film if it detected movement. When the time lapse is on it films at all sorts of random times. Can anyone explain in laymans terms please or direct me to a site to explain as I can't find anywhere for an idiots guide. Thanks. Kim

    I got a few of them for my hunting club. How long would it be before the batteries die? On the box it says 5 months. But my guess would be if you hooked up a 6v to it.

    • @ohiyesa2328
      @ohiyesa2328 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you hooked up a six volt Im sure it would last maybe a year or two. If the double A's will last a few months. Im looking to buy one and dont expect 5 months out of the baterries. Though I plan on just doing pictues, no 30 second video.

    I also have this camera and have it on public land. I have a couple of the Walmart Tasco cameras, a couple from Wildgame Innovations and also a Moultrie 300 series. I paid about $39.00 on Amazon. For the money it is a great camera and I'd rate it higher than the other cameras I have. The Moultrie is also very good but is about $30.00 more

      Agree, this camera is great for the money. I run it on video throughout the year. Right now I am running it on private land over corn to take inventory. It's video quality is great for its purpose! I think I will post an updated video with more examples of the video quality. Thanks for the comparison between cams!

      @@p.j.d.8199 This time of year running on video over bait to take inventory and colder temps, I have been getting about 1-2 months. This is expected with the conditions and only having 4 batteries. I ran most of the season with one set and changed them out toward the end. So far, it's been reliable. The only other issue I had was with a cheap memory card. This is where you do not want to skip out on quality.

    Bought this camera after watching this review. My biggest problem is I set it. Walked away came back a week later and it died that day taking over 4000 pics and videos. So I've been playing with it and today turned off video, set shoot lag to 5mins. In 6 hours it shot 2700 pictures. What am I doing wrong?

    • @DIYBowhunting
      @DIYBowhunting  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      My suggestion other than a faulty camera is to try adjusting the sensitivity to Medium or even low. I notice more false triggers when the sun shines directly into the sensor. I also noticed fro some reason video mode happens to create less triggers. Hope this helps!

    Hi, can the cam come off trigger and run continuously?

    • @chill6540
      @chill6540 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      yes, it has a mode "time lapse" with configurable interval lengh. 3sek minimum, 23:xx:xx maximum. The interval triggeres the programmed mode, meaning video of configured length every interval, or 1 until 3 fotos every interval, or combined foto series and video every interval. Working with infrared beam too.

    After years of running many trail cameras I have found out that one of the most important things for a trail camera is the audio,,how loud it will record ,, if it can’t hear road traffic from 500 yards ,, I won’t use it , many times I have learned more from the audio than from the video itself, I have a lot of cameras that can pick up conversations from 150 yards to the point that you can hear everything they say , also these cameras will trigger at 80 yards consistently,, but I am not going to tell you guys which kind it is out of respect for this you tuber and the company’s involved

    I’ve been really disappointed with stealthcam I bought ten about 5 years ago (around $2000) I’m down to two now. I just bought 7 new cameras all different brands most cost around $150 the most expensive was $300 and the least was this cam at $40. I’m going to try them all out this year Test how durability, picture quality, and battery life. I’ll let you know how it goes I’m really pulling for this cam just because it’s so cheap.
