Oh hey there. What are we thinking dip-wise here folks? I realized after filming this that creamy buffalo sauce would be INSANE with these.

You pronounce cauliflower different than I do. I say it with a short I sound. Is this a regional issue?

Oooo. Now I’m wondering how a mayonnaise mixture instead of corn starch would work?

Mayonnaise works great with oven fried eggplant. 🍆 lather eggplant slices with a little Mayo and then breadcrumbs, bake til crispy. I’m sure this would work nicely with cauliflower.

While driving home from work today, I was wondering what I was going to do with the head of cauliflower I bought last weekend. Wonder no more! Talk about great timing for a video :) I'll be picking up some cornstarch tomorrow. May make a nacho cheese dip for them as I have some velveeta and rotel hanging around in the pantry (Don't judge!) Cheers!

Pretty timely as cauliflower seems to be plentiful and even better, on sale a lot right now! I was thinking your yogurt dill ranch type dip, but what do you think of hummus? That would make it a meal:-)

That's a great snack but also can be a side dish with texture that the oven pretty much makes for you while you finish other parts of your dinner. Adding cauliflower to my shopping list. I could just eat this as is for lunch, yum.
