Paul, it's taken me 9 years to discover this fantastic story about a trucker and a gigantic tree. It has to be the best I've seen. Had me in stitches and watching it in 2023, how much the game has changed. Keep up the brilliant work, Paul.
I have a huge fleet of these Volvos, 47 to be precise in 10 garages earning me just over 1.3 million every 7 days. No money modifications etc, (sleeping twice when not on a job helps), then all of my drivers learn ADR and long distance, then Eco driving. Followed by whatever else. Really gets the money rolling. Bought the game on your recommendation during your first video, so cheers dude.
Oh that blue Scania was priceless. You could almost see the think bubble: "Screw you, that's the one I wanted to go through so that's the one I'm going to go through..."
Oh dude, since discovering your channel, been loving it, but this mate, is the best video I have ever seen, EVER! I've been in tears of laughter, so much I nearly hyper ventilated, hehe. especially when that woman in the Scania blocked you in, then drove through courtesy of you, was unreal. This video was EPIC, I'm hurting from laughter :D
This was a great series, like you said full of laughs and unknowns. With your voice you can just sit on the side of the road and count cars and it would still sound good. Just watched a video on Sacriel's live feed channel with them talking about your voice. Classic stuff.
I swear this trip has been like a scene outta lampoon's vacation for you. I've seen worse however as I once had a car in front of me at an underpass junction start backing up and floating in mid air....I swear sometimes the game does some crazy stuff LOL!!!
Really enjoying watching your videos Paul, well put together and very entertaining with your commentaries. I have got ETS 2 myself and enjoying it immensely. Keep up the good work
That was the most epic video-series yer ever have done, and i must admit - i did as all others, laughing oud loud and allmost cried tears of that truck at the last Toll-road (from 18:15 +) i had never seen it coming to that, and i must say i loved yer reaction on that. keep it comin - its hillarious.
Loved the whole thing! The part with the blue scania at the toll booth was the absolute funniest. I was laughing so hard😂. I really like your videos and hope you keep doing them.
That . . . was . . . awesome!! Really enjoyed the vids covering that epic journey. Your talking made the trip seriously entertaining and all those mishaps, lol! You should apply as a beta tester. Just recently subscribed to your channel and I love lorries so look forward to seeing your other uploads. Props.
By far, one of the best videos I have watched from you, and I'm just at #81 in this series. That Scania female driver, she took the win, easily, pure epicness!!!!!!!!!!!
I just want to say that I watched all 4 of your Seventy Ton Volvo videos and they were absolutely amazing. Best set of sim videos i've ever seen! Also, as to your earlier question about round-abouts in america, we don't have them because no one here knows how to drive so we have to rely on traffic lights.
Did over 25,000 game miles in a top spec MAN, bought one of these after watching these videos and have been converted! Also bought a Scania and preferred the power and cab view of the Volvo.
I just found your channel and this video series after searching for oversize loads for ETS2. And boy am I happy I found you! Really funny videos to watch, I've just finished these 4 in a row. You've got yourself a new subscriber! :)
This video has been all kinds of awesome! If you could have heard me, I was cheering you on, LOL. It has taken me the whole time of watching this to iron a massive green screen (don’t ask) and you’ve kept me royally entertained throughout - thank you!
Hi - Around the point where you just wrecked a guy's car because he stopped twice, and then ran a red light, i felt the urge to comment on this video (And yes i waited to the very end so i would know the whole story) - I admire your way of going along with storytelling / explaining what's going on during your journey, i recently returned to ETS and got more or less all the new DLC :) - Thanks for the knowledge regarding big trees, and the great laughs.
Keune and Nagel (pronounced Koon and Nargel) is a drinks company in the UK, i work for volvo as a mechanic and they have a warehouse at Hams Hall off the M42 in the midlands :)
I'm sure someone has said it before but I remember you were wondering why the lcd display inside the volvo was reading 0mph even though you were doing 50 or whatever. That is because that little display is for showing what you cruise control is currently set on.
You have a number of options here: 1) Go to my channel, it's on the front page 2) Go to the ETS2 playlist, it's second from bottom 3) Look in the video description, it's there 4) Click on the annotation which runs top right of the screen when this video begins 5) Go to my Facebook page, scroll down a little and it will be there 6) Click on my name in your YT sub box where it will be listed because you've not watched it
This was quite the tense drive with all the problems that big ol' tree trunk presented. And the Scania driver scooting by on your Toll Booth was a riot after you went thru the trouble of pushing her into the next lane. If the designers do indeed make a US version, I hope they do our roads right. You'll love them, they're so WIDE and many of our freeway access roads are 3 lanes wide. Plenty of breathing room.
thanks for the video, loved every second, woman toll, at the toll booth had me in stiches, just downloaded the free demo , looking foward to getting the full version, keep up the good work.
very well done. i enjoyed the whole journey. i seem to find myself watching alot or your videos now and thought its about time i started to have a comment. thank you for providing us with some quality entertainment and also show us whats possible.
Man, that was funny! Pushing the Scania into the other toll lane was brilliant, but when she stole your place at the toll and used your fee, I almost wet myself! Great vid! Fantastic! Keep on truckin', dude!
Squirrel. Usually, atleast in Norway, they use to lift up the rear wheels, not only when empty, but also if they need extra grip if it's icy in the winter.
Dude you have got some serious will power. I would have quit during the second part of your video, and you pulled it off with such fantastic humour. God that was so funny to watch. I wanna know what kind of PC you're using to get your Euro Truck Simulator 2 to run so well. I'm playing Euro Truck 1 and my Toshiba Satelite P300 is so slow conpaired to your video. Come on.... Share your secrets. I loved that video so much that i've downloaded it to watch over and over again. Well done mate.
You got t(r)olled ! The best part... This is the best youtube--vehicle-driving video I've watched in a long time. And I've not heard of this game before(ya, duh, to me)... But, I'm picking this up now. Thanks.
Great funny trip. You do know that you were going through the car channel on the toll road when it destroyed your truck lol. The second attempt was in the correct lorry lane so should not be necessary to unhitch the trailer at all
Next up is to knock up a hack to fix those troll road barriers. You should try those in a standard power truck. Lots of fun! ... if you enjoy having to reverse for 5 minutes to pick the trailer back up because it needs a massive run-up, then having to deal with all the cars/trucks that slip in to mess everything up... Keep on Truckin'.
I've watched so many of these tonight, as I only just discovered your channel today. Epic and hilarious stuff man! Look forward to more and watching the huge back log! :)
This is a better love story than Twilight. A love story about France and a gigantic tree.
RIGHT! XD

Yeah the specials are the best!!!!
The Baobab of doom - what a FANTASTIC series!
Loved every minute. Hilarious! You da man, Squirrel - well done :)
Why did I just watch some stranger pull a great big tree across the continent for 4 hours?
I just want to say that I watched all 4 of your Seventy Ton Volvo videos and they were absolutely amazing. Best set of sim videos i've ever seen!
Also, as to your earlier question about round-abouts in america, we don't have them because no one here knows how to drive so we have to rely on traffic lights.
I loved the way he said "ITS A WOMAN!"
they should add a feature where your truck becomes dirty. amazing video. and i think the renault trucks are beautiful. HAPPY TRUCKING FELLOW FRIENDS
😂😂😂😂😄😄😄😃😃😃😆😆😆 LOL " THERE YOU GO, GO IN THAT LANE!!! NO WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!! OUI!!! I PAYED FOR THAT!!! YOU CHEEKY *****!" SO FUNNY HAHAHAHAHA

I am very excited that this very long, tiring, dangerous, and rough journey has finally come to an end.

Did over 25,000 game miles in a top spec MAN, bought one of these after watching these videos and have been converted! Also bought a Scania and preferred the power and cab view of the Volvo.

europe has aldi?!
ALDI is FROM Europe. Germany to be specific ~.~
Ɓяϵɳɲэαʊ1023 Aldi is in Australia also
Tommy.P - in1080p Yes but it came from Germany. I am Australian and I know, I frequent their sweet sales and I'm a fan of their choc chip cookies ^.^
I imagine it would've originated from europe.
Aldi is the cheapest. They're awesome and if you want the cheapest of the cheap, but still good quality, go to Aldi.
That was hilarious. All of it. You deserve a medal for not giving up!
i think i am a bit late on this vid xDDDDDD
+superyac XD Yeh, meh too lol.

I'm glad to hear you don't have any problems with volvos. I like volvos. They're my personal preference ingame :P
The hassles I've had at French customs, had me! Remembering how the end of part 3 went.

Fantastic. Going to have to buy this game.
Four awesome videos.

Epic series on this delivery.
