As to Tesla... this is what happens when you have a true, top flight engineer at the helm. Also an engineer who totally understands finance due to his internships at major financial institutions as a young man. This inevitably led to his creation of paypal software.

You'd think the US would do something similar given that Tesla is based here. 🤦♂️
So if Donald Trump becomes president for a 2nd term, the UK will most definitely have to lead the charge for electric cars, and for a fully autonomous car, as Donald Trump would do everything he can to stop any progress in this area, because he’s totally wedded to the fossil fuels industry, and to Putins, pre-Cold War campaign of terror against his political enemies.
So it’s worthy of note, that Vladimir Putin, is very much interested in what the US is doing, therefore, he’s fully invested in having Donald Trump return to the Orval office, because the worst thing a dictator can have happened to him, is to lose his ability to control the people, and maintain his power structures, and we saw that with the dismantling of the Berlin wall, as well as a transformation of Russian political interest in joining the free world, and now we’re seeing a resurgence of the kind of pre-Cold War thinking by Putin, and his attempt to try to return the country back to a Cold War footing, one of a militaristic bygone era of Russian aggression against its neighbors, attempting to dominate by force, and taking land that doesn’t belong to them, and forcing the people to bend to his will, and and remember, Donald Trump wants to weaken the NATO alliance and so here in the US, a lot of people don’t want to see this, but I see it clearly, that if we are stupid enough in the US to allow Donald Trump to escape justice, to not be held accountable for his many crimes, then all I can say is shame on us, and God help the rest of the world, because the US will be nowhere to be found on the international stage if Trump gets back into the White House, and executes his campaign of terror against his political enemies.
Remember, Trump is not only an election denier, but he’s also a climate change denier, but here’s the thing, out of all the people in the world that Donald Trump has managed to find a way to criticize, the one person he’s never criticized is Vladimir Putin, and Putin’s is again a Cold War error, thinking that the only way forward is by use of military force to gain his objectives and the same is true of Donald Trump, who is a disciple of Vladimir Putin, and an admirer of Vladimir Putin, and he wants to be like Vladimir Putin, because he thinks Vladimir Putin is some kind of genius, when in fact, Vladimir Putin is nothing more than a lowlife, scumbag, dictator, a mass murderer, a war, criminal, and he’s hell-bent on his own self destruction, as well as the destruction of the world, because remember he’s already threatened the entire western alliance with nuclear weapons, in a game of chicken, knowing for well that one missed step quit trigger a nuclear war where no one comes out a winner.
So like like Putin, Donald Trump has been labeled by US intelligence to be the number one threat to destruction of the US, he and his ilk represents an existential threat to the very sovereignty of the US, therefore, a few allowed to succeed and not be able to accountable for his crimes it will spell disaster for the US and to every nation that subscribed to western ideologies, meaning he would bold and dictators around the world to crack down in the most brutal fashion that the world has ever witnessed, he would make World War I and II look like child’s play.

Excellent and encouraging video! I ordered my Tesla MY in 2022 with the fsd capability so that I could watch and experience the system develop. Now I'm hopeful that my investment will bear fruit before the dvla say I'm too old to drive!!

The decision makers have already been in the seat, which is why the law has gained Royal ascent. The regulators haven't been set up yet.
The generation being born today may ascend through University and get their degree without achieving a driver's license. Secondary school and University are the most dangerous (and expensive -- insurance wise) driving years, and robotaxis will be their principal mobility. Will they ever have need for a license?

Once Tesla launch robo taxis/cyber cabs and once their >6,000,000 WW fleet of cars goes full self driving (with an over the air update), this will SAVE LIVES, give people a choice not to drive, save time, have a mobile Air bnb, make goods and services cheaper, make car ownership very much less needed, drastically reduce transportation/delivery costs, make you money when you are asleep (you can choose to enable your Tesla to join the robo taxi fleet and make you money) improve the economy etc… etc… Exciting times for all 😊

You neglected the prospect of FSD semis. Talk about transform the world of road transport. Simpler, too; always on major roads, mainly highways. No rests needed; no fatigue, no speeding, no road hogging. A long list of pluses. Don’t let your children set out to drive trucks….
