    PLAYSEAT CHALLENGE CONSOLE COMPATABILITY?
    The PlaySeat Challenge is compatible with just about any steering, either using its pre-drilled holes or you could add your own. That includes the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 and PC.
    WHAT ABOUT COMPATIBLE STEERING WHEELS?
    As for steering wheels and pedals you can attach, the Logitech G923, G920, G29 all work as well as anything from Thrustmaster, including the T300S and TS-XW Sparco, and Fanatec (CSL Elite etc). I bought the PlaySeat Challenge myself with my own moneyz.
    WHAT'S YOUR GAMERTAG?
    I'm MrTribe on Xbox. On Steam and Epic I'm ATribeCalledCars. Feel free to add me!

      A Tribe Called Cars The upside of no FIA rules limiting drive time in endurance racing, LOL
      Funny story... was doing an endurance online one time, had to pee like a racehorse, came in to the pits in PC2 and went to the loo while the car fueled and changed tires. Took a little longer than usual to get my business done, came back and found that the game had disqualified me for being too long in the pits! 🙄😂 5 hours down the toilet, LOL
      So, pro tip... that Alcantara will retain smells if you pee in your race suit! Give the pre-race coffee a miss on endurance racing 🤪

    I use it with my Fanatec. I flipped the wheel plate and used cable ties for the pedals. Because it's a deck chair it really moulds to your shape so is super comfortable. 9.5 out of 10.

    I just recently purchased and received one of these. I have to say this is wonderful for someone with a small living space because the ability for it to fold up while the pedals and wheel remains attached, is amazing. One thing I will say is that if you have a wider frame (hips) you may find it a bit uncomfortable at first but you will eventually mold into it.

Much more solid and much more comfortable than most people would think on first viewing. • @TheQuackleDKZ
      @TheQuackleDKZ 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Don't know if you care after 6 months, but the pedals are held in place by being held down by the strap to some foam which gives more than enough friction for it to ever move back. Also there is a stopper in the front which keeps it from going forwards when braking. I for one can't press the pedals hard enough to move them even an inch.

  • @TurboZHK
    @TurboZHK ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Great review, I am planning to get a tgt2 with T-LCM but a bit worried that the pedals frame won’t be able to stay in position under heavy braking. How is your experiences using T-LCM?

      They stay in position for me but I am not particularly stampy. Of course, you could make some sort of strut or another more permanent solution than the twisty system for keeping things locked in place.

Ideally you want your arms at around 90 degrees when holding the wheel for better posture, especially if you play a lot. The extending poles on the pedals are more for height adjustment as you can bring the pedals closer or further.

    For me this seat is the ONLY choice and it has nothing to do with being on a budget - I have a tiny home and the missus would be chuffed to see a permanent rig taking up space in the house. Takes less than a min to fold it and push it to one corner. It works great for me - 5ft 7, 180lbs. Great that they included many velcro straps making the wires all nice and tidy around the frame. Great value.

    Beware the velcro straps will loose grip and the chair WILL collapse depending on your weight. I am 14.5 stone. I have one of these and they're not very strong. Quite Flimsy, the pedals also need a velcro strap to hold them in place. I also had to buy/make two additional velcro and canvas straps to hold the bottom legs to stop them splitting appart. I'm currently looking at alternatives... nice idea and does fold quite well but it does wobble a bit and never feels as if you can throw your wheel around. IF you can pickup one cheap 2nd hand I'd recomend you do rather than fork out full price.
