I love the idea that no citizen in the Imperium has heard anything from the emperor other than their basic indoctrination.
Then suddenly THIS starts being voxed to all of them, and this, the first thing they hear from what is essentially their god,

Like they all fall into a series in episode 43 and are expected to just understand things from context.

Wait! What if this isn't just about telling them things? What if he also hopes that they will become confused/interested enough in what they hear that some of them will pursue knowledge on their own, or at least discuss it amongst themselves?

The name of the White Scars legion prior to its reunion with its Primarch was the "Star Hunters".
Makes sense since they operated in the front of the crusade.

No, if you listen during the part where he says "Fucking Horus", there's a second track of censor horns that starts after the one that censored "fucking". Horus' name is indeed censored there.
In this light, I assume that OP is right; the vox's censors are flawed, and weren't able to detect Rogal's pronunciation of "Horus".

I want an Ork who becomes even more obsessed with collecting heads than White Scars. He goes on to begin collecting the heads of ships, aka the cockpits, which he mounts on giant sticks in the planets they attack. Eventually he learns of the giant skull ships the necrons had access to and goes on a whole crusade to find one, eventually also trying to take the heads of C’Tan cuz they’re pretty big too. He basically becomes the Necron equivalent of that Ork who got really good at killing daemons as a result

Internet Zen Master What happens in war of the beast?
TL;DR version:
The WAAAGH!!! of the Beast had the following happen to the (rather complacent) Imperium back in 32K:
-Catches Imperium off-guard with the largest, most technologically advanced WAAAAGH!!! seen in the lore so far. Their boyz are what we think of as Nobz and their Nobz are what we consider Warbosses by today's standards.
-Created Ork Attack Moons (think Attack Roks like Thraka, but moons and with more advanced weaponry than anything the Imperium's ever used)
-He parked one of said Moons over Terra, then sent down an *Ork diplomat* (Orks became so advanced under the Beast they apparently evolved a subset of Oddboyz just for diplomacy) who walked into the Senatorum and acted extremely civilized (the greenskin spoke Gothic as if it was his natural tongue iirc) compared to the squabbling High Lords of Terra.
-Said Ork diplomat gave the High Lords of Terra the following ultimatum:
"The Great Beast has you by the guts... Struggle, he’ll rip ’em out. Surrender, you get to keep ’em."
-When the High Lords were too stunned to respond beyond stuttering incoherently, the Ork diplomats repsonds with this rather ironic assessment of the Imperium:
"Useless,’ Bezhrak said. ‘Worse than snotlings.’ He looked at his fellows. ‘No reasoning with humans. Break ’em, kill ’em, eat ’em. That’s good. Don’t try to make ’em think. Can’t be done." (quoting directly from the Last Wall novel here)
-Seriously, the only reason the Beast didn't just order his boyz to crash the Ork Attack Moon into Terra and be done with it is because Terra's kinda needed in 41k.
-The Orks wiped out all of the Imperial Fists save 1 guy in the very first wave. This guy (when he's finally revived activated the Last Wall protocol, and got the Imperial Fist legion to reform to deal with the issue. (He's slaughtered later on, meaning the Orks have done more damage to the Imperium than Chaos, because the Orks actually wiped a founding chapter (their successors rebuild it out of their own members to keep up appearances though)
-Tens of unnamed Space Marine Chapters all gets slaughtered relatively simultaneously across the Imperium trying to fight off this WAAAAGH!!!
-Vulkan is found and brought to help kill the Beast. He fails, and gets killed (again) for his trouble.
-The WAAAAGH!!! field got so powerful that captured humans in its vicinity that they started turning into Diggaz worshiping the Beast as some sort of god-figure. The Orks apparently were okay with this since there were several instances of these humans being used as cannon fodder by the Orks.
Basically the War of the Beast was the Orks repeatedly stomping on the Imperium's neck with their boots until humanity pulled out a critical victory at the last second (because plot), and humanity getting the memo that "yeah, maybe demilitarization is a *bad idea* (they were considering this with regard to the Space Marines before the Beast came and wrecked their shit)". Without the War of the Beast to smack them out of complacency, Abaddon likely would've only needed 1 Black Crusade to destroy the Imperium.
The whole thing's played out in The Beast Arises novel series, the second-longest series (12 books long) published by Black Library after the Horus Heresy Novels.
Internet Zen Master I'm not adapt with 40k lore, does the war of beasts involve the orks somehow? If it does who was involved?
magoichi75 not sure if this is a joke or not. If not, yes it involved the Orks with "The Beast" being the Warboss of this WAAAGH!!! He was supposedly so big that they mistook him for a Stompa, aka a Ork mech. He was also extremely smart. Crazy smart, even by human standards. The war was fought between the Imperium of Man, with assistance from the Traitor Iron Warriors (yeah it got so bad they were okay with allying with a traitor legion.) against he Ork WAAAGH!!! Of The Beast. It ended with a victory on the Imperiums side, but it was BAAAAAAD.
I like this Adorable Imperial Fist. I shall wish to meet him next time I return to Terra.
I shall now forever eat Tacos on Tuesdays and Fridays as to not disappoint both Fathers.

I'm actually using something like this in a sci-fi tabletop rpg I'm playing, where the other players and I have agreed to homebrew statistics and such for references to various franchises. Specifically WH40K, Halo, Star Wars, and Alien. One of the things I'm making literally looks like a rhino with a rotatable tank turret on top except the turret looks like the upper portion of a dreadnought, plus a tank gun on the top just for more dakka.
Would make more sense that they'd use their crippled marines as the ones who serve as navigators and non combative stuff.

An entirely in-character "podcast" starring the characters of the series, discussing 40k lore in more depth than ever before.
Why does this exist? Well, I came up with a few reasons:
1. Animating shit takes a long time and I want something to fill the gap between episodes effectively.
2. Gives me a way to have the characters talk about more minor lore in 40k, especially the contents of different 40k books!
3. Fucking around with character chemistry.
4. Some people miss the early episodes where Kitten and Emps were doing nothing but talking, so I'm giving that crowd something to very similiar to chew on.
Since this is a pilot and there is a lot of room for improvement (if need be), I am totally open for constructive criticism!
As for the Q&A Segment, they will be a main staple of these "podcasts". Your question will be prioritized if it is sent to me through my new PO box, because I figure that'd be more fun and personal.
Only type of question higher up in priority is patrons, obviously. Otherwise, its primarily here in the TH-cam comments. If you throw questions at me anywhere else, I'll probably ignore them.

I now honestly want a joke podcast which is to talk about the blood ravens and their exact origins, with the entire chapter sitting by a bond fire of burning orks. When the podcast gets to state exactly who their Primarch(daddy) is and they squeal in excitement, only for the last radio to be smashed by a chaos marine.
You then have Magnus & Kitten popping up from their teleport asking why this was not the home of holy Terra. With one broken/insane blood raven darting straight at Magnus crying and asking who is his Daddy. Only for them to teleport away again.
It would be also a good opportunity to talk about Azariah Kyras. I mean, he raises a LOT of question marks regarding 40k lore, first one being a sorcerer of KHORNE!
Actually, Khorne should be in the podcast to "talk" about that.
tbf he only used his powers nonoffensively like messing with Astropaths and Navigators in his path to turn the entire sector into a Blood Offering of Khorne. And on top of that he did become a Daemon Prince with Khorne's aesthetics.

Fun fact, the Dornian Heresy lasted only a few weeks. There's still heated debate over whether it's Taco Tuesday or Taco Friday but the emergence of the chaos spawns spouting the nonsense of Taco Monday caused the two conflicting sides to come together and annihilate their shared enemy. Torture is incredibly useful; on confirmable information. That's the caveat people forget to include. It's useless for getting "What day is so and so going to blow up x" because he will give you a million dates that only one can be true. If its a code to a lock you can try repeatedly, torture is 100% an effective and efficient way of getting that info.
I think it has to do with their inspiration. The Mongolians, surprisingly, did not practice torture. Genghis Khan felt it was cruel and useless, that a proper display of military might was more effective for spreading fear unto his enemies.

Seriously, it's been, what, 15-20 episodes of TTS since the Captain-General muttered the first three letters of my chapter's name?
Also, I think Magnus needs to get a paternity test. The Blood Ravens need a father figure so they stop stealing artifacts. I've tried everything, but now the Litany of Fury's reliquary is now both a tech-priest's wet dream/nightmare combo.

Asmodai, believe me, I've tried. The moment I get a Chaplain willing to make them do it (Throne, even Diomedes tried already!), his Crozius gets swiped right out of his hand! By the way, a little advice from one brother to another: talk to Tu'Shan and see if you can get Vigil Pattern Storm Shield from him. If you need to put your stuff in a reliquary locker, place the shield as a barrier in the locker and power it up, The resulting force field is guaranteed Raven-proof.
As for the voice, well... A fething servitor that was fixing an issue with my armor got electrocuted through one of its mechadendrites and exploded. Some plasma (don't ask me how; still haven't a clue how the feth that happened) went down my windpipe. Somehow, my vocal cords managed to block it from going any further, but it resulted in the damn things getting burnt as badly as bacon cooked by a Salamander, which meant they wouldn't heal on their own. That meant a Magos Biologis had to grow a new one for me. I think that toaster-fether got my genome mixed up with that of some Second Millennium actor named Alec Newman. It works fine, but it's taking some getting used to, to be honest.
This feels like Vaults of Terra meets TTS. Fucking awesome.
