I love this! Thank you and it is just what I need. I turned 65 this year and I felt it but I am fighting back and trying to be the best I can physically to help with age, arthritis in the hips and it can be very painful. Hi, I've done and enjoyed heaps of your workouts but this one gave me back pain so a warning to others. I think it was the sitting against the wall exercise as that was the only new movement I'd not done before. I've been to dr and on 3 lots of tablets.

My legs were on fire, but I love this workout! I’ve done it for 4 days, and I can finally do the squat against the wall for the full 45 seconds! Progress! 💪🏻
I felt lethargic until you woke me up, first with a stretch, then 5 mins fat burner and then butt & thigh. I'm not finished yet but just wanted to say thank you for shaking the blues away and replacing with shaky legs. The chair squat is aaargh but love it. ❤❤🎉🎉
