I'm a Police Officer and got a Kore gun belt for Christmas. It's definitely the BEST BELT I've ever owned, for on and off duty use. The incremental adjustments and stiffness/load bearing are absolutely amazing. I've been telling and showing it off to everyone in my department and they all are wanting one. I will be getting more.

These Kore holster belts are absolutely the best. I've carried concealed for 15 years and this is, by far, the most comfortable and convenient gun belt I've ever owned (having gone through more than 10 belts in a variety of materials). I've worn it daily for over a month. I was so impressed that I bought another one for me and one for my brother.

I been using regular old leather belts for conceal carry for years, not knowing something better was out there. Then I ran across gun belts watching a youtube video and decided to research them. What I discovered is that Kore belts seem to be the best rated out there, and after using mine for about a month I can confirm its true. Excellent rigidity, superior technology with the ratcheting mechanism, splendid looks, and very sturdy build. So far I can't find any flaws.

I actually discovered the Kore product line on the VSO gun channel. I've been upgrading the products I use and train with I wanted a belt that would fit all of my pants and shorts rather than one belt for some, a lesser belt for others and not wearing some clothes because no belt would work. This belt is exceptional. It is rigid and supports my holster in all of my carry methods. I prefer OWB at 3:00. Occasionally I go to IWB. This belt will not collapse, sag, droop, drift. I can loosen or tighten it with the buckle’s lever and do it in small increments so my pants will fit even with a full sized 30oz firearm, spare magazine, holster and whatever else. Yes, plenty of products will act this way, but how many are also exceptionally comfortable and durable I wear this every day for every waking hour of the day. I’ve worn it in training and business attire and found it to check off every box. Comfort Check. Durable Check. Support Check. And it doesn’t advertise "tacticool fool” like other options. It's just a great product.

For a lot of years I just wore a thick leather belt from Wallyword. I always had a hard time justifying the prices of gun belts. I finally broke down and bought a ratchet gun belt from Nexbelt. NOW I understand what y’all been talking about. About a year ago before I had a gun belt. I was using my Kydex holster IWB with a plastic belt clip. My wife and I were walking an outside mall during the summer. The gun and holster popped right out of my pants and bounced on the sidewalk. Since I’ve gotten the gun belt the clip locks securely on the belt. Previous to getting the gun belt there were times I’d practice drawing and the holster would come out with the gun. That hasn’t happened since I bought the gun belt.
Your advice has made a true believer out of me.

I've worn my KORE gun belt for just over a year and it still looks as good as new. It seems exceptionally well-built and provides value that is second-to-none. I bought a black belt (I wear 80% of the time) and a brown belt (I wear 20% of the time). So I recommend.

I'm a working man just trying to survive. When I made the commitment to
carry about a year ago I "dug up" all the information I could on what I would
need to "safely and comfortably" carry. Because of the information I found
from the good instructors/trainers like yourselves I understood that the belt
was a very important piece of gear.
Several people recommended the Ares Aegis belt. I'll be honest, I can't afford
to spend $100 or more on a single belt. The feature I wanted most, other than
being stiff enough and high quality, was the ability to adjust it without anyone
knowing. I looked at the Kore Essentials gun belt and bought one. I liked it so
much I bought 2 more. The total cost of those 3 belts was only barely more than
the cost of one Ares belt. Hint; wait for the sales if you're on a tight budget but
still want to get top quality gear. ;~)
Thanks Kim and Neil for taking the time and effort to make, edit, and post up
    another great video.
    Be safe!
    Randy

I've been using a Kore X5 tac version for about six months now and its the best gun belt I've ever owned. It's amazingly thin yet stiff and will handle even a full size weapon. I don't miss the thickness, lack of adjustability and eventual sag of my old leather belts!

I wish I would have seen this video two weeks ago!! Just last week I bought a Relentlees Tactical belt, "The Ultimate conceal carry belt, colossal!!". I paid $75.00 for it! It fits good and my instructor gave his approval! I took his CCW2 class on Dec. 29th and he suggested then that I get rid of the Wal-Mark belt and get a sturdier belt. $30.00 for that one..Wow. Oh well, this one I've been wearing everyday since it came in. Great video... Since I subbed, I guess I need to go through your achieves/library to see what else I can learn. I really enjoy Neils' attitude about Glocks. I'm trying to buy all my firearms from American dealers/manufacturer. So far I have a ruger security 9, Smith 9c 2.0 4" barrel and a Sig 320. I've read about Springfield. I have to research them to see what can of price they are going for.

I’m working on getting my handgun permit (New York is the worst) and I preemptively got the Kore Essentials gun belt. I wear that belt daily and it is the best belt I’ve had. I love the ratcheting adjustments and am constantly adjusting it when I sit down (especially if driving long distance) or when I eat a big meal. The only issue I had with it is the buckle had a couple sharp corners that would poke me when I sat down, but I got some fine grit sand paper and rounded it off

I learned this lesson in real time recently. I'm upgrading to a 5.11 belt with an Alien Gear holster. I like that rigid nylon belt for tac pants on the range. These really are just as important as your choice of pistol and caliber.

  • @wmcross51
    @wmcross51 6 ปีที่แล้ว

Thanks, another great helpful video. I like the 5.11 belts. They have several and mine is leather and even has a Hidden cuff key keeper and the support strip in it, $39.99. I have had this one about 3 years and still the same shape. I had one before that one, and they make a lot of gun products and a well-known name. Had trouble holding the holster even, and it would fold over with a compact. The 5.11 has never folded and I have carried ISW my Berita 92fs for 3 years and it is just like new.

Howdy guys. I got a Kore about a year ago, love the design, think that adjustability is great. But. . . . .after 6 months or so the core broke. Then about 4 months after that, the one belt became two. Not gonna knock them too bad, I did wear it daily, and it supported my old model vaquero in its Mernickle holster very nicely. But the longevity left me somewhat disappointed. Speaking of Mernickle, I’ve had one of their all leather belts for about six years, and it’s been great, just not really rigid enough for a full size handgun iwb or owb. Too much sag and twist. For me at least. So, I’ve asked Santa for a Bigfoot steel core, we’ll see if I’ve been good enough this year. . . . .Been hunting for a trakline style steel core, can’t find one, have you seen anything out there ? Love your videos, keep up the good work !

@Jason - we have a minimum 1 year warranty on all our belts and would replace your defective belt for free if you contact us. We also just UPGRADED all the gun buckles and belts (new Power-Core center). Thanks

Hi. I love your videos and have learned a great deal from them. I wonder if both or either of you would be willing to make a video for CCW for the fat man? As a fat man myself, I am finding it difficult to choose just the right holster, belt and carry position. Obviously, you both are in great shape but if you could enlist the aid of an "ample American" and help us out, it would be great. Thanks.

I didn’t see any belts from browncoattactical.com. Luke Kerley makes great edc belts. I’ve bought 2 from him. One with Velcro closure and one with the Raptor buckle. Both are awesome and I wear them nearly every day, even when I’m not carrying (at work). Please check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

So in regards to “your system” I’ve used Kore Belts everyday for about the past two years, they’re super strong and durable. I carry just about everyday IWB and it works perfectly. I like both the leather and the nylon belts they're great. I would highly recommend checking them out. www.koreessentials.com/collections/gun-belts

by the way I got the $30 gun belt not because of the price I just like leather if it gets marked up it's got character for me it's actually very good I have bought one from Deep concealment this is just for anybody who is thinking of buying it it's well worth it the $30 one the other companies are good but for me I rather have thick leather and I don't have an issue with the pants I always wear jeans I don't wear technical pants I do wear your 511 jeans thank you for your videos very informative
