Lennar builds one of the worst if not the worst product in the whole state of Texas

I don’t think any Texas production builder is immune from that. We’ve built with several and we’ve had challenges drying the build process with ALL but buttoned it up before closing. Without warranty coming back right away. The quality of your build depends on your direction with indirections especially at frame and then following up after the items are repaired. You have to stay on it or for sure you’ll run into headaches after you close
