Another Great Video Raad. Many of the pros that you have mentioned are the reason why we are moving down to NB next year. We love it there and echo your comment on the people. We have already met many nice people.

I would say my con is the Humidity. My Pro is the parks that i've seen so far at Landa and the animals i've seen. I've been here only two weeks so far.

@@raadalawanrealtor "Permits filed in New Braunfels for foundation repairs increased by nearly 118 percent from 2018 to 2022, according to city data. With nearly 200 filed so far in 2023, officials said they anticipate the trend to continue." To your point of no rain, that is part of the problem.

@@gimmejr I read that a few weeks. When you build more homes during that period, naturally numbers go up. West of 35, i don't see this as a problem because it's mostly rock. East of 35, it's softer surface, from San Antonio to Dallas.

I read canyon lake is drying up due to the water drought and the water being used for the cities??

That all has to do with growth. It’s 57% full. Last year it was 75% full
It’s all growth. I attended a drought meeting hosted by Texas A&M ag science and I asked the primary cause of all this and he said growth.
The only preventive steps are being pro active through conversation
Like said we’re not the wetlands here. It’s either feast or famine
