  • Made with Rush Hour Beta 1.
Rush Hour is a new way to quickly animate cars and other wheeled vehicles in Unreal Engine 4 & 5. It’s a little like instructing a stunt driver to perform in your scene. It eliminates the need for back and forth to other programs, and is produces higher quality animations than driving with a game pad quicker. It can be used in games, virtual production, previz, and automotive applications.

Can you show how you add two vehicles to one scene without spline confusion?

Thanks for the question. In a future video I'll probably cover using 2 vehicles.
For now what I do is make 1 path, get it driving nicely, and then duplicating that path actor, and make some small adjustments to add variation to the cars.
To avoid confusion you can hide the paths in the outliner, and I believe you can change the color of the spline, but I'll have to double check that.

hello! i just bought this and im loving how this made my workflow so easier. Do you have any suggestions on how i can put a driver/character inside the car?

Hey, sorry for the long response. My suggestion for this is generally to adjust your path, get the vehicle movement right, then record with take recorder. After it's in sequencer you can then attach your character via sequencer using normal sequencer animation tools. Hope that helps.
