@@MilaperadottiThe innocence project doesn’t take up cases on a whim to get people off on technicalities. There needs to be a strong case made to show that a wrongful conviction took place and evidence that potentially states that. The evidence against him was circumstantial and yes his behavior was not helping him. He was a selfish and unfaithful man towards his wife. That may not necessarily equate to murder. I say let this new evidence show what really happened. It could very well set in stone that he did it or the prosecution got it wrong.

With all the shady things the prosecution has done and all the evidence that leave more questions than answers, what will it take for people like you to at the very least follow all leads even if that means it leads to someone else committing the crime..
      What will it take?
This burned out van if it comes back to having Lacis blood in it how would that not prove she was murdered by someone else.

1694cgrnt he was looking out for police activity to see where they were looking - they did find an old anchor which is the subject of a famous phone call. I guess if he saw the boats working too close to x marks the spot he has to decide to take a run to Mexico. Brooks Island is visible from the marina area on a good day and he might well have parked closer than the marina.
Scott saturating the cover of his boat with petrol/gasoline from an alleged weed eater leak and storing it at HOME in his garden shed is very bad luck given he used the boat only once. I guess once he was under suspicion there's nowhere to dump it. I suggest fear of cadaver dogs at his home might have something to do with it.

What does that have to do with the case? Laci and Connor were washed up on the shoreline where Scott went fishing, so that evidence has nothing to do with the fact that he killed his wife and unborn son. So that evidence shouldn't be a new reason why they are going to use that to get him out of prison, he killed her and he is right where he is supposed to be at, locked up in prison for what he did to Laci and Connor! I never once thought he was innocent because he knew that she was dead and he knew it all along, so he has a home where he belongs!

I think this is great! I have no idea how the prosecution got a guilty verdict with what little supposed evidence they had, but people really wanted him to be guilty. Dont get me wrong Scott is a horrible husband, but is he truly a murderer? So he cheated on his pregnant wife, is that enough for the death penalty? If so how many other husbands would fall to the death penalty? But what I've been saying since she went missing is- ok he's a horrible husband but WHAT OF HE REALLY DIDN'T DO IT? Now all these years later its finally being looked at, really looked at. The Innocence Project really investigated all they could before taking his case, they don't want to waste time and money on someone who is most likely guilty. So that tells me all I need to know. Also never really checked into was the amount of pregnant women who went missing around that time. And they were later found dead some was found after they came up in the bay. But the public didn't hear about that. I'll tell you now the burglary across the street then her going missing a few hours later is an extremely rare coincidence. There is just a lot to this case that needs investigating before he spends his life in prison. Because again I ask what if he really didn't do it? Yeah I get everybody's retort but he did this and this. And yes its all horrible but what if he really didn't kill his pregnant wife? What if?

I believe Michael Jackson wisely dropped him & hired Mesereau instead.
Whether I think Scott is guilty or not is irrelevant. I think it’s the right thing to do… to turn over every stone in this case.
The stakes are too high for any innocent to be in prison. Only Laci, Conner & Scott himself, know if he did it or not at this point. There were 6 pregnant women who came to their demise during that time period & in that area.
