- (From 2003) CBS13 reporter Gloria Gomez spoke exclusively to Scott Peterson about the disappearance of his wife Laci. He was later arrested and convicted of her murder.

@@Messpinoza80 There were some really questionable things about the case that were never printed in the media during the trial. Such as the fact that another pregnant torso had washed up in the same area just a few months before, and Scott Peterson definitely didn't kill that woman. But they buried that story because he was such a son of a bitch.
I still don't know to this day if he killed her, but I do know he's a sociopath/psychopath/scum of the earth, and his being in prison is poetic justice whether he killed her or not. That's the perfect twist of fate. Imagine if he didn't kill her but a serial killer was operating in the area at the time. Do I see it as a travesty of justice that he's in prison? Nope. He belongs there either way. I've never seen a more soulless human being save for actual serial killers.

Laramy Holman I wouldn't believe hardly a word he says. There is no meaning or feeling behind anything that comes out of his lying mouth. Notice he doesn't stop the interview to answer his phone, despite telling people to call if they see or hear of sightings of Laci. He did tell Amber he didn't want kids, I believe that's one of the few times he actually told the truth.
He mentions ‘baby’ once.
I said the same thing…I don’t have kids, but I’ve always looked forward to being a dad. If my gf, fiancé, or wife was missing and pregnant with my son or daughter I’d be out everywhere looking for them, I’d take to social media, every friend/family, and any press time to beg and plea with any to help find them. I’d do the exact thing for my nieces or nephews.

I think the only reason he called Amber Frey after Laci disappeared was to try and make sure she didn’t go to the police or the media with the information that he was having an extramarital affair. Good thing that backfired on him.

He was seen at the marina by three people. Does it sound logical that a guy is going to kill his wife and take the chance of dumping her body in broad daylight. He needs to back the boat down the ramp and leave it there for anyone to see in broad daylight including anyone from the hundreds of people that live on their boats all year round.
There was no forensic evidence, eyewitnesses, video surveillance etc ever proving the States theory. We even have the SF Medical examiner (Boyd Stevens) explaining to the lead detective that it would be highly unlikely that 32 lbs would submerge the body. It would just float. He also said the currents would likely take the body out to sea. She was found nearly 4 months later. How do currents flowing Southbound at 4 knots place either body where they were found.
-Conner (baby) was determined to be alive until Jan 3rd by both the States expert and the Medical examiner? Furthermore, Dr Charles March testified there is no way that Scott and Laci Peterson's unborn baby could have died any earlier than Dec. 29, 2002. Dr Allison Galloway determined the baby could have even been alive as far along as Jan 14th.
-Conner was found above the high tide line and water break.
-The baby's left ear was permanently flattened against the head and a rectangular piece of material was over his ear.
-Plastic wrap knotted around his neck that had to be cut off, not far from a plastic bag which was never tested.
-The criminologist and medical examiner, both concluded that the twine could not have wrapped around Conner’s neck accidentally. Dr. Cyril Wecht noted, "never in a million years."
-Laci had a missing neck that is not consistent with any known disarticulation in aqueous environments.
-Laci's uterus was at least 10 cm (3.9") smaller than it should have been, explaining why the incision to remove Conner was not visible on her body, and the injured 9th rib, postmortem injury is in the same location where such an incision would have been made.

All evidence points to the Medina burglary as having occurred at the time Laci disappeared. Merlin, the trailing dog, led Valentin to the Gallo winery, very near the Airport district where Todd and Pearce lived and where stolen goods were recovered. Diane Jackson reported seeing the burglary in progress on the morning of December 24. Tom Harshman reported seeing Laci later that afternoon being forced into a van similar to the one Jackson saw. Adam Tenbrink told his brother Shawn that Laci interrupted Todd and others during the burglary and Todd threatened her. Todd and Pearce gave conflicting information about the timing of the burglary.
His wife is missing. His phone rings. What does Scott do?????? Does he run to the phone hoping its going to be her???? Noooooo. He gradually goes looking for it and before that he asks the Interviewer, "Do you want me to shut that off" If that doesn't prove he killed her, I don't know what does. RIP Beautiful Laci and Connor🙏❤

Credible witnesses independently reported seeing Laci walking in the neighborhood along the same route and during the same time period. These sightings are corroborated in time and location by McKenzie's aggressive barking and the McKenzie sighting in the park.

The single most damning thing that proves his guilt irresistibly beyond a reasonable doubt, is the fact that he told amber on dec 9 that he lost his wife (not yet) and then 2 weeks later! Poof! You don’t have to be an emotional or expressive person to show raw emotion at a time like that.
Instead, he was ordering porn, selling her car, trying to sell his house, not speaking to the Rocha family, and calling and lying to Amber (to everyone!) as Laci & his unborn son was missing.
He couldnt say he felt that way about her . He obviously didnt feel that way as he was porking someone else . Hel Didn't seem to care less about his unborn child as never mentions him once .

January 29th , Scott traded in their Land Rover for a 2002 Dodge Dakota pick up. We offer the following facts regarding the trade-in of Laci's car:
Scott had asked several times for his truck to be returned to him (see Detective Grogan's testimony). It was not going to happen so Scott needed to make other arrangements because he needed a truck for work.
The used, 2002 Dodge Dakota that Scott purchased on January 28th was worth less than the 2002 4x4 crew cab F150 the police had confiscated. The suggestion that Scott was uncaring and went to get a new truck while his wife was missing is unreasonable. Scott had a new truck before Laci went missing, but it was in police custody. Her car was traded in for the Dodge out of necessity"
GERAGOS: You know there has been testimony in this case, and I believe specifically some of the, in some of the reports about Scott selling the car. Didn't you also call Sharon Rocha and tell her when the car was sold?

I always think this. Reactions are so interesting. You'd be frantic. I wouldn't be giving interviews, I'd be out there searching high n low.
Chris Coleman's reaction on hearing his wife and 2 sons had been murdered - didn't ask how. Casey Anthony in her jail visits with her parents never once asking if they'd caught the perpetrator or racking her brains to work out who could have killed her daughter.
They forget that people are observing them because they think they're cleverer. They're not.

Interesting Scott's phone is ringing off the hook and he decides to decline it so he could continue the interview unfettered. You'd think he would immediately answer any call because it could be new information about his missing pregnant wife. It's all the things Scott did: ordered porn while they were searching for Laci, selling lacis vehicle, turning the nursery into a storage room, telling Amber he's in France when he's at a vigil for Laci, lacis body turning up right where Scott went fishing in a boat no one knew he bought, telling Amber he lost his wife before she was lost, that solidifies Scott's guilt.

@@anthonycaruso3688 the manager of a cable provider testified in court that he ordered the playboy channel and then 5 days later ordered more porn channels. While his wife was missing and people were desperately searching for her.
To be logical, that doesn’t prove he murdered her. It proves he was a scum husband and person.
14 witnesses state they saw Laci walking their dog, during the time Scott was at the warehouse on his computer (computer logs prove that.)
It was also years later recorded by a prison guard a phone call of the robber from the day Laci went missing, telling whomever he was on the phone with about murdering Laci. The guard recorded the call, turned it into the police. Magically, the tape went missing.
Let me be clear- I think Scott was a terrible husband. I think he did a lot of suspicious activity that makes him look bad.
Fact of the matter is however you are only supposed to convict when “beyond a reasonable doubt”- there’s plenty of reasons to doubt.
I think Scott, being the scum that he is, was RELIEVED that Laci was missing. I think he didn’t want to be a dad or husband anymore, and when Laci went missing, it was all too convenient and he had no problem moving on.
Which isn’t too hard to believe considering his affair, in a sense, he already was moving on.

One of the cruelest things he did was have a photo of himself and Amber taken laughing and cuddling at a party while Laci was pregnant and alone at a family gathering. He’s cold, calculating and guilty 😐

That's what I was thinking. He hears the phone ring and let's it ring, then afterwards he can't find it? Any innocent person who has a missing wife or child would be carrying that phone with them at ALL times and would be running to answer it and check who was calling.
Just like Chris Watts when he was watching the neighbors camera footage. He clearly didn't want to see it. But an innocent man who has a pregnant wife and 2 small kids both under 5 years old would be glued to the t.v and be watching it over and over for anything that might give a clue to what happened.

When they had their own call line open, when Laci was missing, one of the detectives had someone call in with info that seemed to implicate Scott. They just wanted to see if the Petersons were being legit, and really sharing all the info with them like they were supposed to be doing.
Do you think they shared those incriminating calls? Of course not! Scott is as guilty as they come!

I’m not in a court of law here. This is TH-cam commentary. I can have any opinion I want. So can you, as I’ve seen you post repeatedly about your opinion on this case and get annoyed with everyone who disagrees with you. Here’s an idea. Since Scott is in prison after being found guilty by a jury of his peers, after reviewing testimony, there is really nothing more for me to say or do. However, since you are so convinced he’s innocent, are such a “ deep thinker”, and believe you’re smarter than all of the detectives and lawyers ,who make a living conducting investigations and presenting them in court, how about you do something useful and find the true killer? Arguing with me and everyone else on TH-cam is accomplishing nothing for you. Put your money where your mouth is. Do it and I’ll bow down to you mr/Ms Smith. I’ll wait but won’t hold my breath.

Scott called Brian Argain to inquire about selling the house. Transcript The phone conversation lasted 4 minutes and was captured in one of the wiretaps. Scott asked Brian about getting together with him to discuss the possibilities. He wanted to put it on the market right away, as a furnished home, and wanted it kept secret from the media. Scott said, 'no way is Laci coming back to that place.' Brian said since LE had already searched the house, he didn't know of any reason why Scott couldn't sell it, but he would check for him. They arranged to meet for lunch the next day to continue the conversation.
January 23, 2003 Scott met with Brian, but didn't discuss selling the house
In a wiretapped voicemail to Brian, Scott confirmed that he met with Brian as arranged on the 22nd, but they didn't have an opportunity to discuss selling the house. Transcript MPD acknowledged they had undercover officers on hand.
January 27, 2003 Scott talked again with Brian Argain about selling the house

Scott's behavior during Laci's disappearance can be easily explained. He thought he had gotten away with it. No physical evidence linking him to the murders and no bodies. He didn't expect the bodies to wash ashore, that's why he didn't flee until the last minute. He was convinced he'd pulled it off perfectly.

-The criminologist and medical examiner, both concluded that the twine could not have wrapped around Conner’s neck accidentally. Dr. Cyril Wecht noted, "never in a million years."
-Laci had a missing neck that is not consistent with any known disarticulation in aqueous environments.
-Laci's uterus was at least 10 cm (3.9") smaller than it should have been, explaining why the incision to remove Conner was not visible on her body, and the injured 9th rib, postmortem injury is in the same location where such an incision would have been made.

Everyone keeps saying things about his demeanor comparing how he’s acting in contrast to how Laci’s family is acting. One fact that I’d like to point out is, he’s been acting that way during the entire case. Y’all do know that BEFORE Amber Frey went public Laci’s family, the Rocha’s were supporters of Scott. Mind you HIS DEMEANOR HASNT CHANGED! So let’s think critically think here. The Rocha’s are from Modesto. Scott is from San Diego. He moves to be closer to Laci’s family leaving his family 🤔 four hours away if I’m not mistaken. Soooo who does Scott spend most of his time and holidays with, the Rocha’s! That being said, who would know how Scott acts during moments of stress or times of emotions, the Rocha’s. They didn’t and couldn’t even fathom Scott as being a suspect, even with the way he was acting until Amber came on the scene. Until then THE ROCHAS WERE CONTENT WITH HIS DEMEANOR BECAUSE THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY USED TO IT!!!

I came here to compare his interview to Chris Watts interview. Wow. So similar. He only agreed to a *future interview because he had to prepare all these responses (lies) but yet he could not nail down the emotions and reactions. People like this DON'T KNOW *how to *BE normal and their emotions *usually mimic others' . His words can deceive but apparently did not prepare for his lack of human emotions
Its funny how when ever a man kills his wife like Scott & O. J. they always have bleeding issues, they remember specifically when they got the cut and where they bled, and how they just bleed all over the place. If I get a small cut, most of the time I'm not even aware that I cut myself and as soon as I notice I have a cut, if there is no bandaid around I just apply pressure to the cut and stop the bleeding, definitely don't bleed all over the place.
