Putting an innocent man behind bars is very unfair but many things don’t add up. Very suspicious behavior - it’s been decades and People are forgetting - he sold his wife’s car while they were looking for her, he was caught at the Mexico border with his hair dyed blonde and carrying his brother’s license and many other things.
@@JewandGreek , it was near the border. There is another report where he explained that the border was a coincidence. He was using his brother’s ID to get a discount at the golf club and blonde hair was a disguise to avoid the press. He had 15k cash and some viagra. Of course having viagra doesn’t mean he killed but the other things don’t add up. Besides his brother’s ID, he has few other IDs. Let’s see what innocent project has since they are looking for a retrial. Being despicable doesn’t mean he killed but there are too many coincidences.
In a nationally televised interview, while she was still considered missing, he referred to her in the past tense - that's pretty weird. My gut says he's absolutely, positively guilty but it's a werid case - they have zero physical evidence - nothing. You look at the OJ case and they actually had considerable physical evidence - the victim's blood in his car, video of his vehicle leaving the scene, the gloves fell off because they were kinda tight (doh), he runs, he tells Cowling he's suicidal, etc....and the guy walks. This guy/weirdo is guilty, almost certainly, but I don't think it's provable in a court of law. Like I said, this is a weird one. They have no crime scene, no murder weapon, can't even prove absolutely he was the last person to see his wife....etc. He sure as hell looks guilty to me based upon a lot of circumstantial evidence. But can it be proven beyond a reasonable doubt enough to throw the guy in prison for life? That's an entirely different thing that most of the geniuses in this comments section fail to understand. And, again, bizarrely I strongly feel the guy is guilty. The reality is that some people get away with murder - it sucks, but it happens. It may end up happening in this case for a lack of hard evidence. The world will keep spinning, and, social media will have more crap to argue about for another 20 years.
Remember when his wife had “disappeared”, & he was on the phone with Amber Fry pretending to be at the Eiffel Tower watching fireworks? What kind of a psycho lies like that? Just to get laid?

Unless someone came forward and confessed to every detail about killing lacey - I will never believe that Scott wasnt the killer. For gods sake, he told his girlfriend that she was dead. And then she is actually murdered. I mean, come on.
Would not be the first person to refer to a spouse or significant other as being deceased while in an effort to cheat. Not the best argument I know but historically true. It is the least likely to not be believed by the new girlfriend. Unfortunate the circumstances developed the way they did. And yes I can see the coincidence making it look suspicious. But that alone doesn't close the door on the case. People have been cheating for centuries. As a woman ask yourself this. If you met a man. Would you hook up if he said he was in a bad relationship but still married with an expectant child, going through a divorce with an expectant child or moving on from the death of a loved spouse? I personally don't condone the cheating but that is a long way off from being a murderer.
Not only was she actually murdered, he bought a boat, there concrete blocks in it, one had her hair on it, he went out in the very harbor she was later found I think about a mile down the water off the rocks in.

No BS...I was bored on Xmas and drove my hot rod down in the Berkeley Marina the day he was there. I saw him as he stopped and knocked on the bait shop door. Seemed odd because it was Xmas day, nobody is open. Then my second thought was who is stupid enough to go out in an aluminum boat in the SF Bay. I saw him secure the tarp over the boat before leaving the bait shop. True story.

Best way to figure that out is for you to be charged with a serious crime, murder or some such, and you be innocent entirely but you also know they have 'evidence' to make it look like you are guilty, and you are going then to spend the rest of your life in a cage. Now, what are you going to do when all this happens directly to you... we shall see, if indeed, there really is any justice in this world. And the same for all the rest who judge without knowing the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

If this guy is innocent ? Then this is the first time in history that a man did everything in his power possible to make himself look hundred percent guilty in the eyes of everybody ! 🤔
not even close to the first time, people will do very strange things when they know the police are targeting them. Many will even confess to crimes they didnt commit.
NO WAY! he went fishing 100 miles away from his house and later his wife washed up on shore in the same place that he fished! 100 miles away from his house!!!! Scott did it no question at all !!!
There was information released to the press that he went fishing there it’s very possible they dumped the body there to throw the investigation off! This supports all the evidence that wasn't properly investigated . It really fits
Wow I did not realize the second part. Hey salesmen are sold on lies though so it appeaes he is just doing his job. Not acting. But the fact that they put that out and they did not mention a burglery. Red flags all over.
I worked in a SoCal marina for 40 years....no one goes fishing on Christmas eve particularly when you have a pregnant wife. I've worked on xmas eve and it was absolutely desolate. I knew as soon as I heard his story that he was full of sh-t.
So they think two burglars murdered her and TOOK THE TIME to wrap her body in a tarp, weigh her down with cement weights, take a boat way out in the bay and then dump her body? Really?!?!? They would go through all that trouble to dispose of a body? If it doesn't make sense, it's usually not true.
Agreed. Stranger on stranger murders aren’t covered up to this degree; weighing the body down with cement and going out into a large body of water to dispose of and conceal the body. That’s too risky, he could be caught with the dead body or he could drown at sea. Or perhaps run into a police boat while attempting to dump the body. With stranger on stranger murders, the killer usually just leaves the body where it is and boogies out of there as fast as they can. The stranger killer knows that the body cannot be linked to him via other people because he doesn’t know the victim. When a killer knows his victim, he goes to great lengths to make sure that the body isn’t found.
@user-qz4ji7dw3btrrright How does that make sense if anything help an innocent man out Not this guy who looks like the only one who could have done it Help an actual innocent out
His family needs to face the facts that Scott commit this crime. He killed his beautiful wife and his unborn child. It’s so disgusting that this is still going on. His behavior tells the whole story.
_His behavior tells the whole story._ That is an example of just one of the reasons that throughout history, women were never allowed to stand in judgement of others. His wife could have killed (aborted) his unborn child and not have been guilty of committing a crime; neither would anyone else who participated.
Guys how about you focus on the evidence and not just go with your gut feeling..just because you’re a douche bag it doesn’t make u a murderer. There was no physical evidence that pointed to Scott
Please, please do not buy into anyone else but Scott Peterson murdered his wife. He is the only one with a motive!!! This is such a disgrace to Lacey and her almost born son Connor. They need justice
No reason to kill her? She can't "refuse him" a divorce either. He can get one by law easy. That makes no sense. He'd lose and arm & leg to her in a divorce, dummy -- alimony, child support, property division. He'd get screwed. Many spousal murders are for financial reasons. @@MyOutsideSocks
@@MyOutsideSocksThe simple answer is he didn't tell her anything of the sort, ever. Who did she tell about it? You want me to believe that an 8-month pregnant woman is told her husband is cheating on her and doesn't tell her friends or family? And she's not upset about it? Not angry? It's nonsense. He told her nothing of the sort. Why would he? He lied to his mistress - why would you think he was ever honest with his own wife?
"Scott telling Amber that he's in Paris somewhere and 'Oh my God, he's a liar, he's a cheat,' and therefore, apparently, it's a short off-ramp from there to 'He's a murderer?''" No. It's not that he lied to his mistress about where he was. It's a short off-ramp from him telling her that his wife was DEAD when nobody would've known that at the time - except for the person who murdered her - to 'He's a murderer.'
Excellent point. Well stated. If he was not involved in Lacey’s murder, you think he would have told Amber the truth: That his wife is missing and he had nothing to do with it. But to assume she’s dead is what gives it away. Why would he assume that unless he knew for a fact that she was dead.
@@Mr_Rob_ottoif he wasn't involved you'd think the first thing he would say is "Hey, I've been cheating on my wife. Maybe my gf is involved." But he didn't. He lied to the cops about it and when confronted with a pic of him and AF asked "Is that supposed to be me?"
He never shed a tear, did not help in the search & stonewalled the police. Her body was found an hours' drive from their house in the same lake where Scott had just been fishing.
The bodies weren’t found in a lake. They were located on the shore of San Fransisco Bay, which, to everyone else’s knowledge, is on the Eastern edge of the Pacific Ocean.
Scott got rid of Laci's Land Rover vehicle while she was still determined to be missing, Scott calls his mistress during his wife's vigil and pretends to be somewhere else, he goes fishing on Xmas eve where it just happens to be the same area where his wife and child were later found, tells his mistress that his wife had died... there's dozens more but I doubt nothing will ever convince anyone that this man is not guilty.
So if you are sure he's guilty there is no harm testing the Van for DNA evidence, if it doesn't have merit you were right if it does can you accept the fact you may have been wrong. If you are not there at the scene of the crime to witness you opinion means nothing. If you watched the trial you would see that there were many things that were not consistent with guilt. Guilty or not, the American media tends to decide on these cases before the jury. And, if the jury is NOT properly screened for bias, as it was the case here, well, there we have it... How many people have been sent to prison in this country for decades before they are found innocent...? And all of those cases for the very same reason, pre-judice. A pre-conceive opinion or decision due to "circumstantial" evidence.
The innocence Project "wins" cases that exonerates real people. If you are lucky enough to have them fight your case.....there's a very serious very likely chance that you will be exonerated and set free. They do not take fight cases they can't win.

Does anyone else remember when they released recordings from Scott Peterson’s bugged cell phone? In one of the recordings he was checking his voicemail. A woman left a message telling him that she was going to put up flyers for Laci and you could hear him LAUGH. He laughed because he knew she was dead and flyers wouldn’t do anything. It was one of the creepiest things I’ve ever heard.
@@Mina.15Scott Peterson. He was laughing at the voicemail from the friend who said she was going to out flyers up when Laci was missing. Sorry, I just edited the comment to be clearer who I’m talking about.
Thank you ! Also this guilty rate phone records showed he only made like one or two calls to his pregnant wife’s phone and it was to leave that ridiculous fake voicemail. The whole boat thing was part of his plan. A woman’s headless body was found in the same bay a few months prior and the killer (it turned out to be the baby daddy) was as yet unknown. He wanted to tangle up the two crimes. There was also an attempt to connect a “satanic” gang at the end. Look, this rat is guilty . If you support him so much have him live in your guest room if he gets out.
Scott, stop. Stop hurting people and just do your time man. Stop trying to play the system. No innocent person withdraws all their money and changes their appearance and heads to the border dude. You were "fishing" at the same spot Laci and the baby were found. Quit dude. Stop.
Are you telling me a van was set ablaze on a suburban street and the day after a pregnant woman disappears a mile away and there police didn't investigate it? Riiiiiiiight.
Scott is guilty. Idc what lies he tells people, he did it. The public isn't as stupid as he likes to imagine. I don't think he'll last long outside of prison. His behavior after Laci went missing shows he didn't care about Laci or his baby son.
How about the fact that his sister-in-law keeps heading up the charge for him to get out. Not his family. Her. His brother's wife. I wonder how many times they slept together??
Scott Peterson has a monster within his personality; I firmly believe, as a 28 year retired Police Officer and interrogator that Scott murdered his wife/dau I was very aware of this monster.
Scott Peterson defenders say that Laci’s “real killer” dumped her body in San Francisco Bay to frame Scott for the murder because everyone knows that’s where he was on Christmas Eve. My question is why would the “real killer” take the gigantic risk of doing that, knowing that law enforcement (and the public in general) were focusing on that area? All it would have taken was for one person to see the “real killer” dump Laci’s body and they get caught. Wouldn’t it be much smarter of the “real killer” to dump her almost anywhere else?
Innocent Project is overrated! In “Making a murderer”, they helped freeing a convict and he later killed an innocent woman! He could have been rotten in jail and she would still be alive if it wasn’t for the innocent project!!
Exactly. People don't speak in the past tense about the missing until they're confirmed deseased. They usually hold out hope for years, and since we now have seen children being found years later, I don't think it's unreasonable any longer.
Do you know how many married guys that have an affair, tell the lady that they are seeing, tell them that they are not married. I can name my father, who is now married to his second wife. When this happened, I felt he did not do it. Police put blinder's on. We also all handle grief differently.
What was Scott supposed to tell Amber, “I’m actually not in Paris, the pregnant wife I said I didn’t have, she’s missing, and I have just finished intense questioning by trained detectives who think I killed her.” I don’t believe a common man is capable of committing a murder and leaving behind no physical evidence.
Oj may actually have been innocent there was a serial killer named Glenn Rodgers and he did some work for Nicole Brown and would go to the bar with her and it has been proven by one of her friends
He told amber his wife went missing 3 weeks before she did. He needed to complete the story he told amber. So he did. That’s all the evidence I need to not overturn anything
Well, so having an affair is something that happens with some people, but who would still be trying harder to keep up some lie when your wife and child are missing? I don't understand how someone could do that.
There's always someone who wants to swim upstream. I remember when this was in the news there were people then playing devils advocate. It's OK I guess, keeps it interesting. Annoying but interesting.
The Innocence Project posted on their website that the Los Angeles Innocence Project filed these motions and that they are “wholly independent of the Innocence Project.” It sounds like they want nothing to do with this.
He's staying put. Fabricated evidence - meaning there was 'red staining' on the front seat of the van that was found burnt out about a mile from the house that was robbed A DAY OR TWO AFTER Laci went missing so they are requesting that stain be tested for DNA of Laci. Unreal the lengths a killer will go to but there you have it.......the big BOMBSHELL. He's not going anywhere but hell.
This deserves way more upvotes so a lot of morons in the comments will stop acting like cause branch of the innocence project took the case that means as a whole there must be some crazy new evidence exonerating Scott Peterson. The guy is guilty as hell, everything the guy did was suspicious and incriminating leading up to and after Laci’s disappearance. Not to mention he ran for the border right after the bodies were found.
B.S. The evidence was overwhelming and he was at that same beach where the body was found, which is located 80 miles from their house. This is a joke of an article to even consider innocence or the 'reporters' did no homework.
If you were a member of The AOL original Laci Peterson message board, we got loads of information that would make you seriously doubt everything you think you know about this case.
Im from modesto & remember this case like it was yesterday. The detective who specializes in these cases says scott had the best control of his emotions that he has ever seen. If anyone still thinks hes innocent please listen to the calls he made to his mistress when the entire city was looking for his wife. Their was no guilt, no care in his voice. Hes evil & cold blooded. Im so sick of these lawyers releasing evil back to kill more innocent people & babies😢 ( I know some are innocent ) but not this waste of a man !
What if both are tied together, Peterson is guilty, no matter what. Maybe he’s keeping his mouth shut in fear of his family (retaliation against them, ) maybe he hired professional hitmen as well-or if not professional, basically some bad people. The deal is, though he better keep his mouth shut.
So many things point to his guilt: he told a neighbor he went golfing but told everyone else he took his boat out on the water ( the same area where the bodies washed up months later) Scott went to the bay several times to look at where the police were canvassing the bay in boats looking for Laci but Scott never talked to any of the police while there...just watched. He told Amber he lost his wife Dec 9th, same day he bought the boat that no one knew he bought. He sold Lacy's car...was looking to sell their home. Used the babies room as office storage. Ordered the "nasty channels" on cable. Was talking to Amber while at the vigil for Lacy. When he was arrested. He had 15,000 dollars in the car, camping cooking products, knives, several credit cards, his brothers ID, 5 cell phones.. several changes of clothes, shoes. He dyed his hair and goatee. He also spoke in interviews of Lacy in the past tense. Was...vs is. A pair of pliers in the boat w/a strand of Laci's hair wrapped in them.
@MAtRiXAgEnTFoXMuLDeR maybe that was the agreement and plan, he got someone to carry it out with the understanding he had to dispose of the body. Or maybe he told whoever he had do it they had to bring the body to him as proof that the deed was done.

It's apparently some awkward offshoot, and the main Innocent Project is completely disavowing this. (Other commenters are saying the IP website says that.)
This low key saying a person is innocent 10,20,or 50 years later after being found guilty is garbage. If a person is guilty by his peers unless he has over welhming evidence they should be paroled if that's what they want to do. They traced her to driveway, but wait he put her in truck in garage? He took her to the marina, 900 berths in broad daylight, she's wrapped up in a small boat dead. and nobody saw this? Cadaver dogs sniffed her on the dock.... but wait she was in the boat? People that saw her got ignored. Cops had a tip but wouldn't check it out because it was muddy and they'd have to walk in mud. Additionally, law firms that traditionally practice outside of the scope of law related to a defendant's charges are customarily chosen to perform the deposition to avoid conflicts of interest. Ergo, an environmental law firm, was hired for Scott Peterson's deposition. He is the only murderer that I know of that didn't leave any physical evidence for his first murder. What did Laci die of? Where is the murder weapon? Wasn't there another woman who was murdered and was also pregnant in the area? It amazes me that he was found guilty but Casey Anthony is free.
It is incredible how many of these court cases involve absolutely no evidence, and yet citizens get convicted and sent to prison for life. This story occurs so often and when you review the court case it is unbelievable that a jury would send someone to prison with maybe one eyewitness account or one police account???
This guy never once acted like the love of his life and his son were taken from him. Yeah, ok, everything they had was circumstantial. But, WOW, it was all a product of a man who doesn't have an honest bone in his body. Without any solid evidence, he really did get away with murder - but, the fact that he was a terrible liar - he needs to stay in prison. According to the evidence, the break-in at the neighbors occurred 2 days AFTER Lacy went missing. The cherry on top is Scott disguising himself, having his brother's ID and $10k on him as he headed to the Mexican border ON THE DAY Lacy's body was ID'd.
He's so guilty. And the fact that he is not in the least repentant about killing his wife and unborn child speaks volumes about his dangerous narcissism
Scott's expression at 7:36 - 7:38 is saying all I need to know. Look into his eyes for those few seconds. His expression is deadly and sends shivers down my spine. He's sending a message to Diane Sawyer, and it's scary. Watch his body language at 7:14 when he says he told his wife about his affair. He closes his eyes and when he adds "in, um, early December" he closes them again. That's a sign of someone feeling discomfort with the topic being discussed and trying to block it out. His mouth is turning downward, showing displeasure. He's all of a sudden doing a lot with his mouth and it's telling me that what he's saying is a lie, but even more than that, this was probably the very moment things got out of hand and he's seeing it all play out in his mind as he speaks, which is making him uncomfortable. He is absolutely, 100% guilty. What I find really bizarre is that he'd only been seeing Amber for three weeks and that was enough time for him to decide to become a killer and take not only his beautiful wife's life, but his first child's as well. That's the most exciting time in a lot of people's lives; the birth of their first child. I don't understand why he didn't just get a divorce if he was unhappy. Did he really think he'd get away with it? That's the deluded confidence of a psychopath. Jon Buehler stated that Scott had "incredible emotional control. One of the best I've ever seen in my life". He also said Scott was aloof, which means he made no connections on a human level. He only affected emotion when it was useful to him, such as when telling Amber it was his first holiday without his wife (who was still alive at the time, I believe). This is all sociopathic behavior. I would be shocked if there is to be any evidence that could prove to me that he is not guilty of these horrific crimes.
Ok, so she "interrupts" burglars outside. Explain the inside of the house then. The perfectly made bed except the body imprint down at the end. Droplets of blood on the comforter. There is a "cleanup" job inside: dirty rags on top of the wash, the mop bucket, he took off his fishing clothes to wash but didn't do any other laundry, he showered and THEN he decided she was missing. The loose dog with a muddy leash supports that she was either out on a walk or Scott intentionally did that. She was outspoken, it seems plausible she could have tried to stop a burglary and they threw her in the van and drove off. No one saw that or heard that though? There are just too many "maybes". And her dirty clothes wadded up in her clean clothes drawers? Her "missing" jewelry wasn't actually missing and she wasn't found wearing what Scott said she'd been wearing. Where were her shoes? Did they burn in the van? Why wouldn't they burn Laci in the van or at least the clothes she was wearing? Why would they have burned the van and left it somewhere it was easily found but throw her in the water, weighted down in the clothes she was killed in? Scott made his own anchors. He made homemade anchors instead of buying new and tried and true anchors. Why? If he bought them then they would become traceable- he could be seen on camera buying them or a receipt could be found. But by making them he can keep secret how many anchors are in existence. One was found that he apparently didn't need, the anchors had at some point scraped the side of his boat so there were remnants of cement on the inside of his boat. If I remember correctly though, the anchor the police had from the warehouse was in tact and nothing was scraped off so this indicated there had been more. Scott could not provide more though. The theory that he had weighted down her body with the homemade anchors was formed. When Laci's body was found, it was headless and legless, supporting the theory that she had been weighed down. Scott is whoever he wants to be. He can turn it on and off at will. Investigators heard him through tapped lines fake crying on one call and then be completely dry on the next call. He could muster a tear or two in front of people but he never cried. He never showed us any actual emotions, except when his property was being disrespected (Laci's car got dinged during a search and he snapped at them). And sure, just because you're a sociopath doesn't make you a murderer, but this man had been given every chance to tell the truth or just say anything and he didn't. His actions caused serious suspicion in most of us- he was not acting right. Your wife is missing and the police and investigators should be your best friends, not your enemies. Of course they're going to look into those closest to the victim and he should have known that and been more than willing to give them any and everything they wanted. Scott portrayed this as the police harassing him though and his reason for not helping was because it was incriminating him. Total strangers were seemingly more distraught. It was like Scott knew he didn't need to do certain things because they'd be a waste of time, a dead end in finding Laci. He left posters and buttons in his truck instead of distributing them for example. He also, on so many occasions, referred to her in the past tense. Why the past tense? Was he really so skeptical she would ever be found alive that he had given up all hope that fast? Or did he know deep down that she would probably never be found and they couldn't sentence him without the bodies.
Oh, right! He lies with a straight face!Laci was calm and casual when he told her that he was having an affair? With a baby on the way? If he's truly innocent, Scott Peterson didn't do himself any favors. Could he just be a rotten husband and not a murderer? Or is he right where he belongs?
There was another pregnant woman that was found dead the same way and it was never made public I also listen to a cop that was involved in this case he thinks he was innocent
Yea, I had forgotten some of these things, but the disgust I feel hasn't left me. This was a good refresher video.
He was not caught at the Mexico border. He was arrested near a golf course in La Jolla, north of San Diego in the area where he was born and raised.
I bet OJ thinks he's innocent
@@JewandGreek , it was near the border. There is another report where he explained that the border was a coincidence. He was using his brother’s ID to get a discount at the golf club and blonde hair was a disguise to avoid the press. He had 15k cash and some viagra. Of course having viagra doesn’t mean he killed but the other things don’t add up. Besides his brother’s ID, he has few other IDs. Let’s see what innocent project has since they are looking for a retrial. Being despicable doesn’t mean he killed but there are too many coincidences.

I wouldn't go on the run if I was innocent.
Absolutely. Weird and arrogant as hell.

Never went fishing before in that weather.

I agree 100%

There are literally 10,000’s of people, hundreds of websites, have you Google Scott Peterson innocent?
The Innocence Project posted on their website that the Los Angeles Innocence Project filed these motions and that they are “wholly independent of the Innocence Project.”
It sounds like they want nothing to do with this.
Great Point
This deserves way more upvotes so a lot of morons in the comments will stop acting like cause branch of the innocence project took the case that means as a whole there must be some crazy new evidence exonerating Scott Peterson. The guy is guilty as hell, everything the guy did was suspicious and incriminating leading up to and after Laci’s disappearance. Not to mention he ran for the border right after the bodies were found.
Yeah, I really, really wondered why the Innocence Project would have take this on. That clears things up.
Thank you for that information! I didn't know that!
From whom? Anyone could post anything. There is no credibility there.
Um the detective says it right here in the video 😂
In all those calls which were being recorded, he always maintained his innocence. She even tried coercing him.

Well, tell them to take their evidence to the cops, then! If they are sitting on vital information that could prove Scott innocent why are they letting him rot in prison????? EVERY member of the law firm thinks he is innocent? For goodness sake, present the true facts to the authorities now, so they can let him out ...........
Oh gee well if an *environmental* law firm decided he's innocent then he must be 😂
You mean they defend waste management industry? Oh, they would know 🤣
The said environmental law firm's conclusion that Scott Peterson didn't commit the crimes he was convicted of is based on the fact that two of its attornies spent three days in his immediate presence interviewing/deposing him. It is a conclusion predicated upon much more than news reports and speculation.
Additionally, law firms that traditionally practice outside of the scope of law related to a defendant's charges are customarily chosen to perform the deposition to avoid conflicts of interest. Ergo, an environmental law firm, was hired for Scott Peterson's deposition. And to know much about the law means understanding that no attorney has ever graduated from law school as a criminal law attorney, a divorce attorney, an immigration attorney, a real estate attorney, an environmental attorney, etc. The law is the law, and attornies are free to practice any facet of the law they wish to.
So, the statement, "Oh gee, well, if an environmental law firm decided he's innocent, then he must be," is rooted in a misunderstanding of American jurisprudence, not to mention disordered hubris.

And they found OJ innocent! There's no rhyme or reason.
Fellow prisoners have failed to do their job, the bastard is still alive.
This!⬆️
He's so guilty.
That sucker murdered his wife and child.
Oh, right! He lies with a straight face!Laci was calm and casual when he told her that he was having an affair? With a baby on the way?
If he's truly innocent, Scott Peterson didn't do himself any favors. Could he just be a rotten husband and not a murderer? Or is he right where he belongs?
