I grew up in Modesto, I went to school with Laci you shouldn’t be letting people bully people that went to school with her. Check your comments its happening.
But justice already found him guilty. What right does Innocence Project have to question a whole justice system: prosecutor, judge, jury and defense attorney and plaintiff attorney. So this non profit organization has the last say on a case that the court has already given a sentence? I am asking, maybe I am missing something
Right! By coincidence, he told his mistress his wife and unborn baby had died the year before. And by coincidence, went fishing the day she went missing where her and baby washed up.. Yeah right!!!
Sorry but you haven't actually looked into this case it seems. Everything you just mentioned is easily dispelled. There is nothing that connects Scott with Lacy's murder. Take a step back and be fair about it. The jury foreman had to recuse himself from the deliberations because everyone rushed to judgment thanks to strawberry shortcake. And let's not forget the infamous press conference by the other women. Something never seen before or since that landmark and catastrophic fail by law enforcement
So buying a boat makes him guilty ?? Two strands of her hair, which could easily have been transferred from him two strands !! so tell me what other things are there ??? They convicted this guy on a theory they had zip zero no evidence no DNA no forensics nothing !!! They said he killed her in the house, carried him in broad daylight into his truck, carry her out of the truck into his warehouse in broad daylight, carried out from the truck again onto the boat in broad daylight, and nobody saw it !!! Why were the fireman told not to tell anyone about the van ?? You know the van that was used to burglarize the house across the street the day she went missing with the three men that she confronted according to six witnesses that weren’t allowed to testify in the trial !!! How does a Juror who is a victim of domestic violence, and lied to the judge, and the attorneys about being a victim get on the jury ?? Then she was gloating outside the courthouse during the press conference, saying some things that were not normal for a juror to say did you see it????? That is grounds for the conviction to be dismissed and a retrial!! why was that not addressed ?? Listen, I don’t know if he did it. I can tell you this they had zero evidence to convict him of murder. ! I’m sure you know he was convicted long before the trial started ! The prosecution proved one thing he’s a scumbag. I won’t argue with that. Also, he’s an adulterer no argument there, but neither make you a murderer.
how many times have you gone on a pleasure outing, to play tennis, golf, hiking, then a couple of months later they found your significant other's body there? 0? yea me too. Only Scott Peterson had that happen to him
I feel so awful for Laci’s family…..this is heinous….he was proven guilty….this will go nowhere….what a horrible waste of time and traumatizing to Laci’s family….shame on them!
That jury was correct. Like it or not, the prosecution did not prove their case. I am assuming you did not watch the trial and probably too much Nancy Grace
@@carch7243wrong. They did prove their case. The dumb jurors just considered the defenses really crazy story of the father possibly being guilty. Casey lied to the police over and over again. The body was found a few blocks away from the home she was staying at. Casey’s car smelled like a dead body. Casey waited for so long to report the missing daughter. Partied through this time. There is ample evidence but jurors in FL are weird. Popcorn shooter walked free too. Not sure how popcorn equals threat but that’s FL.
@@georgefromdownthehall3334 because he even said to his sister who thought he was guilty as sin that he would get out one day. I read her book. Everything points to him. He happened to be fishing on the day of her murder in the bay, he had boat that nobody knew about. He made anchors that were used for her body. He ordered porn the day after she disappeared. He never looked for her. He murdered her and there was insurmountable circumstantial evidence. People that rob people don’t drive to the bay to get rid of the body. He needs to rot in jail where he belongs. Did you see his interviews. He was so sociopathic. No emotion not a care in the world. Then when they found the body he made a run for it. That is a guilty mind.
It's a no-lose situation for him - it's not like they can give him a longer sentence if this fails, can they. The state should appeal the commutation of his death sentence, not that it means much in California though.
On January 18, 2024, the Los Angeles Innocence Project filed motions seeking DNA testing and post-conviction discovery on behalf of its client, Scott Peterson. Any and all inquiries about Mr. Peterson’s case should be directed to the Los Angeles Innocence Project, a non-profit organization wholly independent of the Innocence Project.
Scott is guilty 100%...just ask Amber...she was his girlfriend while everybody was looking for Laci, he was sleeping with her and lying to everybody about Laci.....He's where he belongs in jail
@@KreativeKonnection lied about what?!? ....Scott killed Laci and after he sold her car because he knew she was not coming back!!! You need to go back and learn about this case

was there proof what amber is saying> she had to know he was a married man... she playing stupid and i dont see how if he even had an affair with amber why he did because laci was beautiful!!!
Why? Because through evidence they have found, they have a good idea that he’s innocent. I don’t know if he’s guilty, but this project is inundated with requests. They must know much more. Again, I don’t know what happened. But because you don’t agree doesn’t mean it’s not possible
I think it’s this fact alone that many people are now saying that The Innocence Project has lost it’s credibility leads me to believe they might actually have something to prove Scott Peterson’s innocence. Think about it. What does The Innocence Project have to gain from representing Scott Peterson? The backlash alone would be good reason enough to deny representing Scott Peterson unless they felt that they had strong evidence to prove Scott Peterson’s innocence.
Yep. If she says he is NOT, he is NOT, right? 😂That's all we need to take a person's life away. What if it was your son, brother, father?? Even if it is 0.001% of a chance to prove his innocence, it should be taken!! @@brucemunro7499
What if they find some sort of DNA evidence or other evidence to prove that the man is actually innocent I think we should all keep an open mind here and see what comes of it before we rush to judgment.
Did you watch the video or read their motions? They don’t choose cases based on the character of the person incarcerated, they do so based on the evidence they find during a case review. If anything, this just shows that they are completely unbiased and that they look at all cases equally.
For the record, I’m not saying he’s innocent. I’m saying that if there’s a scintilla of a chance he is, then the evidence needs to be tested. If he’s guilty the results will prove that.
Him being on the phone with the mistress Amber while he was at a candlelight vigilant for Laci SPEAKS VOLUME. Someone else would have to come forward with her body parts for me to believe it was anyone else.
Of course he did it. Plus why was he trying to flee and get across the Mexican border with $10,000 cash. A goatee and dyed hair, camping equipment etc.
I read a book by his sister about how she spent many years in denial about his guilt, only to eventually break out of the spell and admit to the overwhelming evidence that he did it. Hard to imagine what evidence could possibly exonerate him, if even his closest comrade thinks he did it.
@@jamiefrank1957 I think it was Blood Brother by Anne Bird. As a heads up, I would only rate the book 3/5 stars. It was interesting enough to finish in a single sitting, but I could not shake the feeling that it was written to soothe the author's ego.
What about his dyeing his hair and trying to leave with that large amount of money?? How about him lying to Amber about being in Paris while at Lacey’s vigil??🤷🏽♀️
You do realize that the Innocence Project doesn’t get involved in a case unless they are sure of innocence? They might know about new evidence that you are unaware of.
Are we really inclined to believe Scott was looking at $20.99 umbrella stand decorated in sunflowers, and a $6.99 fleece scarf from the Gap. And don't say say this was Scott. The MPD claimed that Laci had gone missing before Karen Servas put the dog back in the yard and closed the gate. That information alone shows that Laci was walking McKenzie when Graybill devered the mail. Otherwise, the gate would have been closed, and McKenzie would have been barking at him.

He said he lost his wife. He made it up because he was confronted with Amber's friend and she knew he was married. She told him he has to tell Amber or she would. So he made that up. He used the excuse that his wife had passed, and he could then use his traveling work as an alibi as to why he'd be gone most of the time. It's not uncommon for someone cheating to lie. Telling the truth to Amber wouldn't be a priority. The same women we know for a fact he lied to over and over again. He cheated and lied, but there is no evidence he killed anyone.
There are many other prisoners that deserve to be represented by the innocent project. What are they doing? I feel horrible for Lacy's family. They should not have to go through this. Scott is where he belongs.
Right off the bat, I’m going to give Court TV credit for doing what so many other news organizations have failed to do: correctly identify who is taking up this case Far too many people are saying that the Innocence Project has taken the case when it’s the LA Innocence Project. Two different organizations. And from the Innocence Project’s website: “Any and all inquiries about Mr. Peterson’s case should be directed to the Los Angeles Innocence Project, a non-profit organization wholly independent of the Innocence Project.”
IF some new evidence proves his innocence will everyone calling him guilty still think he is guilty? Iv always thought this case wasn’t as open and shut as everyone thinks… if this case had zero media coverage and the entire world never heard about it I think he would’ve be acquitted
Ive always thought he was innocent. Nobody thought he had anything to do with it until Amber came along. And I dont think any man would trade his wife for that amber lady. His wife was much more appealing and attractive. And the cellphone lies is explainable. People lie when they cheat on the person they are with. This is normal.
I don’t think Scott was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. A lot of emotions were running high during the case. I also don’t believe Amber was his “girlfriend” They had only seen each other a handful of times and they hooked up the first date. They were having a sexual relationship. Yes, Scott is a horrible person. He’s a liar, he’s a cheater and an overall terrible person. That doesn’t mean he’s a killer. I’ll just reference the Casey Anthony case. She is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt (IMO) yet she wasn’t convicted. I think it’s fair there could be new evidence. I guess we will see what happens.
@@samstan4462 There is LOT more evidence than him being a cheater---you don't honestly think that it's the sole reason he was convicted? That makes no sense.
A lot of the comments I am seeing about how he is guilty, and that the Innocence Project should be ashamed of themselves. The innocence project has heard these exact same comments from people on previous cases that they have successfully overturned using DNA evidence. I think we should all wait to see what new evidence comes out before we pass judgement. Scott maybe a terrible human being but it doesn’t mean he is a murderer.
The La Innocence project is new. only 2 years old and not affiliated with the national innocence project that refused to take on scott peterson's case.
I can't wait to hear what this new evidence is. The Innocence Project does great work, but I definitely was not expecting them to take this case on. Huh.
The only thing I can think of is the few different people that supposedly saw Laci walking her dog after Scott had left...? That seems like a *major* stretch. 🤔

I was 20yrs old following this case I’m now 40. I’ve always thought Scott was innocent or at the very least that the state didn’t prove he was guilty. The circumstantial evidence points to him being a womanizer which most travelling business men are. I travel for work and see it all the time. Men behave very badly when they are away from their wives. These men are awful people but they are not murderers. Scott will be free because the truth always comes out. Scott knew the Berkley Marina Parking lot had a time stamp when you arrive. 2002 was a different time, not many Secuity cameras like today, and not many time stamp parking tickets were to be had. Sad that they still repeat the same tag lines from 20 years ago. Recorded calls. The affair. None of which does Scott ever admit guilt. All they do is reveal that Scott lies to women to get what he wants. As many men do who also are not murderers. There was absolutely no sign Scott wanted out of his marriage or didn’t want a baby. Amber had a kid for Christ sake. Many men cheat on their wives and even more on their pregnant wives. Yes it’s shameful but it is absolutely no indication of violent or murderous behavior.
it is very very difficult to get another trail or an appeal in US because of corrupt judges. They do not want to find one of their own was wrong. Simple as that
No, I can't imagine that. It's just not going to happen. What a senseless waste of money and resources. There are actual innocent people in prison but Scott isn't one of them. And why wait two decades for this charade?

And in fairness I have seen some bizarre cases with insanely weird coincidences that make innocent people look guilty. So if they have some game changing proof then lets see it. If they dont have something concrete tho then shame on them for bringing this up again. They really better have something new and indisputable. It’s like people are afraid that he’ll be proven innocent and that can’t happen because he was a scumbag 22 years ago. Just wait until the testing is completed!
People believe the prosecution had a strong case, and that time could be better spent looking at another case. The time they are spending on this is time that could be spent on another more worthwhile case. You are free to disagree, but don't make it out like people are crazy. You don't need to be shocked.

He was already living in Southern California with friends and family. There was constant traffic driving by their home, media was camped out there, their home had been stripped of many items during the search warrants (none of which had any evidentiary value), radio DJs called out to him with bullhorns while airing their show live from in front of his house, his house had been broken into, and the volunteer center had shut down. So he was living essentially out his car and with family and friends in Southern California. The defense played the wire tapped recording from police where Scott specifically told John his brother that it's best he didn't play golf because the media were following him, and he didn't want another picture of him in the papers. You think he was fleeing to Mexico with his brothers ID in the bright red Mercedes without cashing his pay, checks, after filing his tax returns, with books for his neices and nephews in the car for the Easter Sunday the following week. He was already living with family and friends in Southern California due to the media presence at his house. His brothers ID gives him the green fee discount just like his father confirmed. Police were already aware that Scott was in southern California, and there is no testimony that he ever attempted to run off to Mexico. His father had planned for the four of them to get together that day to play golf. There was no attempt to evade police. Officers Quick and Limon testified that as soon as they put up their sirens, He immediately pulled over. Since when is getting pulled over at Torrey Pines in San Diego equate to fleeing to Mexico? Pwc "On April 13th, the body of a baby was found on the Richmond shoreline. On April 14th, the remains of a woman were found on the shore at East Bay Regional Park. There was widespread speculation that these were the bodies of Laci and Conner. The media presence at our homes in San Diego returned. At any given time, at least six media vans and satellite trucks were camped out at Scott's parent's house and at least three vans were at his brother Joe's house. Each arrival and departure was met with constant questions regarding Scott's whereabouts and the identity of the bodies. During that week, Scott had stayed with friends in San Diego, and with his sister, Susan, and her family in the Escondido area (also in San Diego County). On Wednesday, April 16th, Scott wrote down one partial and three complete license numbers of vehicles that were following him. Based on the media presence at our homes, Scott believed them to be private investigators hired by the media and indicated so in a fax to his attorney, Kirk McAllister. This fax was entered as exhibit D6W-5."
PWC. SCOTT PETERSON "When Scott was arrested, he had over $14,000 cash with him. Following is the series of events that lead to Scott having so much cash with him. This was testified to in court and bank records confirm it to be true. Most of these exhibits were not made public because they contain personal banking information. Scott’s pickup was in police custody and he wasn’t going to get it back anytime soon, so about a month after Laci went missing, Scott bought a Dodge Dakota pickup. Scott was still making a car payment on the truck that was in police custody and now had to make a payment on the Dodge. He soon realized this was not ideal, so Scott arranged to sell the Dodge to his brother John. Scott's mom, Jackie, was going to loan John $8,000 to buy Scott out of the Dodge. John was then going to take over the payments to the bank. Scott was then going to buy a cheaper car for cash and eliminate having a second car payment. On April 8, 2003, Jackie went to Bank of America to withdraw $10,000 from an old account she rarely used. She did not know her account number, so she gave them her social security number to look it up. Unbeknownst to Jackie, she was listed on Scott and Laci's checking account as well. (Jackie had opened that account with Scott in 1991. Scott added Laci when they were married and never removed his mother.) The bank gave Jackie $10,000 from Scott's checking account. The withdrawal receipt was entered as Exhibit D8Y1. Jackie paid Scott $8000 cash for his equity in the Dodge pickup. She paid him cash so he could better negotiate while shopping for a car. On April 12, 2003, Scott purchased a Mercedes from Michael Griffin. He paid him with 36 $100 bills. Scott had $4400 left of the $8000 his mother had given him. Scott then discovers the $10,000 withdrawal from his bank account. He sees the withdrawal ticket signed by his mom and calls her. Jackie realizes she mistakenly withdrew the money out of Scott’s account. Jackie then goes to Washington Mutual on April 17th and withdraws $10,000 cash out of her account. She gives the money to Scott that day to replace the money she took out of his account. She paid him in cash so that the bank would not put a hold on the funds. Scott now has roughly $14,400 in cash. Scott is arrested on the morning of April 18th. He had yet to deposit the money his mother had given him the day before. Scott also had some "foreign currency" with him when he was arrested. The 2 bills were photographed with other items and entered as People's Exhibit 293-29. One bill is worth 50 pesos and the other is worth 20 pesos. This is roughly worth $6.40 US. This is not an unreasonable amount of pocket change for someone who had recently returned from Mexico. This exhibit is sealed due to a personal check shown in the photo."
Who did all the witnesses independently report seeing? She was seen walking in the neighborhood along the same route and during the same time period. Sightings were corroborated in the same location by McKenzie's aggressive barking and the McKenzie sighting in the park. Amie Krigbaum also testified she heard what she recognized as Sage and McKenzie barking aggressively after Scott had left. Enough so, it had woken her up.

Innocent means you definitely did not commit a crime and being found not guilty doesn't mean you are innocent, just that there is no conviction you definitely did the crime. Therefore, the best Scott Peterson can hope for is to be found not guilty. He can't be proven innocent for the reasons I stated here.
Remember when Scott pretended to be in Paris on the phone with Amber when he was really at his missing wife's vigil.... Even if he is innocent, he can rot in prison for all I care. Karma
Innocent people don’t go fishing in December coincidentally in the same body of water where the bodies are found, then dye their hair and head to Mexico.
Fishing on Dec 24th odd? Sure. But I can’t wrap my head around the fact Laci & Connor washed up on shore AFTER law enforcement publicly announced Scott’s whereabouts that day. It’s not impossible for the real murderer to plant her there to frame Scott. A long shot for sure but not impossible!
@@TrewCrimeTime Makes more sense for the burglars to kill her to shut her up, then a husband that just wanted to screw a woman he only saw 4 times. He cheated before , no need to murder your wife for that.
I hope LA innocence project is not linked to the Innocence Project we’ve come to know and admire for their relentless efforts exonerating the wrongfully convicted. Either way, this is going nowhere. Rest on Laci and I hope the family remains strong.
@Harley57 it is not, this is the statement from the website of the national Innocence Project and official branches : On January 18, 2024, the Los Angeles Innocence Project filed motions seeking DNA testing and post-conviction discovery on behalf of its client, Scott Peterson. Any and all inquiries about Mr. Peterson’s case should be directed to the Los Angeles Innocence Project, a non-profit organization wholly independent of the Innocence Project.
What?! Just when you think some organizations have some sense and integrity, NOPE! Anyone who donates to this organization should consider to stop doing so altogether.
If there's *new* and possibly exculpatory evidence, it absolutely should be looked at and considered. This is the exact purpose of the Innocence Project.
If he actually IS innocent, he's THE unluckiest man on this entire planet b/c nearly everything I know about this case points to his guilt. I trust The Innocence Project; let's wait and see what actual evidence they have. I hope they have REAL evidence; if not, shame on them for putting Laci's family through THIS.
All that I think of when hearing all of this is Laceys Mom. I feel so sorry that she has to live through years of this. And nothing will bring her daughter and grandson back or bring her any relief.
This case was tried in the court of public opinion fueled by angry emotional women and tabloids,he needs a proper trial.. if hes guilty put him back on death row,if hes innocent he walks
Do a lot of you Americans have erroding faith in your justice system? This over-publicized case is a glaring example that perhaps you are far ahead of many countries in many ways, but when it comes to matters of crime and punishment, you are sorely lagging behind. Take your pervasive death penalty, for example. Every other civilized country, except Somalia, has abolished capital punishment. Why do so many of you support this archaic practice? Those of you who are clamouring to get SP a new trial have to face the reality that, had he not been released from death row, he'd likely have been executed by now.
Wow. I believe the evidence overturned points to Scott. This is so tragic. The innocence project is wasting valuable time and resources desperately needed by others. Enough.
Innocence Projects have unfortunately turned into a churn and burn industry all for book sales and clout instead of what it was intended for, actual innocence. Not playing the shiny ball syndrome and looking for any technicality and call it "innocence" with some sleazy attorney/s. This man is exactly where he needs to be. These people just trying to get a Netflix gig are disgusting.
There's a few pieces used in court that really contradict one another from the original court hearing. I'm honestly on the fence regarding this case, but I'm honestly interested to see how the Innocence Project handles this.
The attempt to flee had a lot of weight for me. BTW Ted, been following your excellent, and sometimes sarcastic, reporting since this trial. Keep on snarking! 😂✌️
I'm just thankful that there are a lot more people who know he's guilty than are scrambling for anything to exonerate that monster. It's ridiculous. And please don't confuse the moral IP with the LA IP, who have taken on this farce for money and publicity. Big difference. Why do so many people not know this?
What the F is wrong with you? Every single murderer behind bars was convicted according to the state, all found guilty, based on what criteria do you choose which one was wrongly convicted? Anyone except for Scott? Don't you realized how dumb your comment sounds?
Before I decide, they’ve lost all credibility. I would like to see if they actually have anything tangible or if it turns out to be nothing more than a witch hunt or publicity stunt. After all, we really don’t know if they have found some very good evidence to the contrary of his guilt.

I lost respect for the Innocence Project long ago when I discovered that they don't care if the person is guilty. They only care if they feel they didn't have enough evidence to convict. Them taking on the Peterson case sealed the deal for me. They have become a joke!!! They need to focus their time and attention on wrongly accused people that are actually INNOCENT! Not some baby killer and wife murderer.
there were 4 women that takes walks with their dogs that morning. Those poepole identified the women as wearing dark pants some said black pants. Lacy was found with light khaki pant on and not dark or black pant. This already debucked 9 witnesses that claimed they saw laci that morning. Laci was most likely murdered by scott on Dec 23 2003 because scott and Laci was getting a hair cut at a salon where army('Laci's half sister) worked their. Scott got a hair cut that day during the day. Amy remember Lacy worn a light khaki pant and scott told law enforcement scott ai laci on dec 24th was wearing a black pair of pant. scott let the dog out with the leash on dec 24th 2003 to set the narrative that Laci gone on a walk and either got kidnapped or lost.
He is guilty no doubt. Even his own mother knew he killed Laci and because she never liked her she was just annoyed that her son didn’t cover his tracks enough. A narcissistic mother and classic golden boy that could never do anything wrong. His behavior and actions were so off in so many ways and people think even though he cheated, told his mistress that his wife was already dead, bought hardcore porn channels right after his wife went missing, didn’t show remorse, went fishing in the exact location where his wife was found on the exact day she went missing, continued his affair as long as he could… that all of these are coincidences and people react to grief in different ways or something as far fetched as all the media attention lead the real killers to dump the body where he went fishing. The theories are ridiculous and if you look into the case you can see what a cold person he was and how disconnected he was from Laci when she was pregnant. He was literally grossed out by his wife because she was pregnant and as soon as he found someone to replace her he killed her.
I’m sorry but I agree , there was a lot of evidence and witnesses that were disregarded so that the prosecution could tie everything together and a jury would find him guilty. . Scott was a scoundrel, a cheat, and a liar. Men who cheat on their wives will concoct stories , especially sob stories, to keep the other woman in their life . Scott lied and lied and lied about everything, not just about his wife. And I see nothing that tells me he did something to Laci. 🤷♀️. If he is innocent, I hope he’s exonerated.

If he is so innocent why did he hide his affair with his mistress instead of telling police and being upfront
He is guilty, there is even more evidence against him,but both are guilty!!!
Exactly...just because he is a cheater doesnt mean he is a murderer. The justice system is a joke since emotions convict rather than hard evidence.
@@vincentromano187 😂 thanks. No worries.
@@vincentromano187you're not

A lot of the comments I am seeing about how he is guilty, and that the Innocence Project should be ashamed of themselves. The innocence project has heard these exact same comments from people on previous cases that they have successfully overturned using DNA evidence. I think we should all wait to see what new evidence comes out before we pass judgement. Scott maybe a terrible human being but it doesn’t mean he is a murderer.
The Innocence Project is losing credibility. There’s absolutely no way this man is innocent.

I can't wait to hear what this new evidence is. The Innocence Project does great work, but I definitely was not expecting them to take this case on. Huh.
The only thing I can think of is the few different people that supposedly saw Laci walking her dog after Scott had left...? That seems like a *major* stretch. 🤔
@@k_spatsit's a break-in, in the area and something about a van mattress that had blood in the area not tested for DNA. Can't believe they left it untested.
@@k_spatsI’ve read the new evidence regards a burglary across the street, with a videotape of the burglar saying Laci saw him during the robbery.

No direct proof linked Scott Peterson, only circumstantial evidence. Obviously, the most damning being his horrificly cold personnality.

People would rather entertain sensationalism than truth. You rather believe that a man who cheated on his wife is more capable of murder than people who would break and enter someone’s home on Christmas Eve of all days. No wonder Laci confronted them. That’s about as low as you get.
Well, we'll see, won't we? You may be in for a huge disappointment, however.
As an alibi, he said that morning he went fishing. But when they asked him about the type of bait used, he answered that he didn't remember... Guilty 💯

"On April 13th, the body of a baby was found on the Richmond shoreline.
PWC. SCOTT PETERSON
"When Scott was arrested, he had over $14,000 cash with him.

Everything about this case stinks !! he was convicted on a theory that they couldn’t even prove the theory !! if he’s guilty, he should rot in hell ! But what happens if that’s her blood in the van???? not gonna be a very good look on the prosecution
Guilty psychopath, there was a ton of evidence.
@@pattyf33 Lol go ahead I’m waiting ???
@@VincentManiscalco he was the only one who wanted to get rid of her and the baby. He went to the bay Christmas Eve. He had a boat that nobody knew about. He made anchors to attach to her body. He came back and said she was missing. Within a day or 2 he ordered porn channels. It makes non sense that somebody came to her home and then drove her and dumped in the bay. The water was very choppy. He admitted that he told Amber that he lost his wife before she was lost. He had motive, opportunity and nobody would have taken her to the bay to dump her. Insurmountable circumstantial evidence. The jury agreed. All his stories are a bunch of bs. Nothing will come of It because he is truly guilty. Dis you watch hisInterviews. He came across like a total psychopath. When they were doing vigils he was hiding. He didn’t want anyone to see him. How about the day the found her body he made a run for it. With lots of money, fake I’d and plenty of viagara. Just the fact that he took off shows he was guilty. He used the baby’s room as storage. He sold her car before they found herIt just goes and on. I’m not even worried because he’s guilty.
I remember the media let it be known where this guy was fishing, then days after they find a body Is it not possible someone dropoed of the body where the news say he was fishing ?
Laci and Conner's remains were found 3.5 months later, not days later.
Well what about him already telling his mistress she was dead and this would be his first Christmas without her before she was even murdered ???
Is the nationally recognized Innocence Project withholding disapproval regarding the Los Angeles group taking this on? This is such a disreputable, sleazy move.
This is the Los Angeles chapter of the Innocence Project Network, there are about 70 chapters.
If he was innocent, why did he lie several times??
Because he’s a lying narcissistic sociopath
Don't tell me you never lie
I lost respect for the Innocence Project long ago when I discovered that they don't care if the person is guilty. They only care if they feel they didn't have enough evidence to convict. Them taking on the Peterson case sealed the deal for me. They have become a joke!!! They need to focus their time and attention on wrongly accused people that are actually INNOCENT! Not some baby killer and wife murderer.
He was convicted because he’s GUILTY.
I’m all for investigating, again, you never know.
there were 4 women that takes walks with their dogs that morning.
I can’t wait to see how this all unfolds
