The house was nice, semi furnished, but you missed something here, at first Yung frontage ng house sana man lang inayos yung sidewalk ang dungis tingnan, harap pa naman, ang gusto ko sana ma improve ng mga developers, yung service/ laundry area, dapat meron shade for weather purposes, at the same time, di naka exposed sa araw yung washing machine, disadvantage yan sa maid na gagamit, sana isama na din yung desenteng sampayan, it could be a plus sa mga buyers na wala sa iba house, yun have 45 million house, how come wala sya dirty kitchen? Take note ang dirty kitchen with roof sana, another thing, why only master's bedroom lang may access sa balcony, what if palinis mo sa maid yung balcony dadaan pa sya sa master's bedroom? ok lng sana kung maliit lang Yung balcony, another thing, the last toilet and bath di maganda yung orientation, di maganda access to water closet nkaharang yung edge ng shower enclosure and edge ng lavatory, maganda actually yung house pero di bagay yung design ng pool and the shape itself.
