Ang Grand, Posh, Elegant! Lahat ng space functional. The cabinetry is superb at ang ganda ng colour! The narra flooring din ang ganda! The appliances and furnitures are top notch! Ang galing din ng nag present ng house. Hindi bolera at lahat ng sinabi may sense.

It's such a nice house, obviously well-built. The only sad thing for me is that the two rooms on the 2nd floor needs to share a toilet and bath. I mean, for its price, it could have been better.

The house itself is nice especially the wood frame glass doors. The kitchen is bright and it does not feel like a kitchen where oe can feel a little bit isolated from the rest of the house. I really love the narra flooring. One thing I don't like abut the house is the awning and swing out windows. The corners can cause serious injury even for adults even if you out a plant box below the window I also like where the family area is located. But I don't really like about the property is neighbors. No neighbors means that soon, you will have to bear with the construction of a new neighbor to your left, then to your right, then in front of you, then to the left side of the neighbor in front of you. And also on their right. Young couples may want to consider hiring old and happily married helpers🥲 But the house is OK 😇
