@@pradeep92917 depends hugely on the location. Just a few meters here and there and it will make all the difference in the cost. And proterty in India is still very expensive if you compare econonic condition of our country with there rich countries
The design of the house both exterior and interior are actually amazing, especially the bathrooms, but the floor plan isn't so good. They forced 5 bedrooms in this house resulting the cramped rooms upstairs, while I think 4 bedrooms is just enough, or redesign the entertainment room so the bedrooms can have more space. But it's still an amazing house nevertheless.

The master bedroom is wonderful. The poles and electric wires are too close to the house.
Lack or not enough storage/wardrobe in Bedrooms is the main problem of this house.

It's big... But small at the same time... The rooms could be bigger with decent closet space...beautiful architecture but the area wasn't utilised properly.
As usual the washing machine is located again outside house. Wala pa yata akong nakitang architect na nag design ng built in washer and dryer sa loob ng bahay sa Pinas. Not unless na sasabihan mo siguro ang architect na ganito ang gusto mo sa magiging puwesto ng washing machine mo. Washing machine sa labas ng bahay ay old school na yan.

It's both suffocating and fresh at the same time. I don't think this house has been planned for a 150sqm lot at all. I think this have been planned by a 350sqm lot and squeezed down to this.

I like the house itself and if I’m gonna be the owner of this i would love to design this to a Minimalist Style coz it’s modern already. But there’s one thing I don’t like, the view from the Balcony so many messed up wires and all. But all in all, it’s nice, relaxing and chic. ❤️

Cainta is a flooded area,bec.it's lowland,if strong typhoon comes,the flood is up to the roof of the house,like when typhoon Undoy hit metro manila.

love the exterior design, the toilet and bath's choice of tiles and fixtures. my concerns are the bedroom sizes (too small) and the electric pole, cables near the balcony- they destroy the view and looks unsafe

Beautiful facade and tile work provided but the rooms are a little cramp, also the wires in front are spoiling the view of the facade. Nonetheless, the host is still gorgeous.

Power companies in Asia always got wires going 1,001 ways out there. In the USA we try to put these poles behind homes and not at the front. Personally I don't want to be chilling on a balcony trying to view the mountains with a giant steel pipe blocking my view. 😂

There is no need for this big white cabinet or storage in the kitchen area since there are enough cabinets and cupboards. I suggest the stair should be build on the wall side like an L-shape to give more space for the dining area and convert the area under the stair as small pond for koi fish.
