I like the lay out; functional as one viewer stated. However, I would have preferred a bedroom opening up to a natural panoramic view, hence a panoramic window. I feel like being boxed in when you open the window; a high concrete wall seems intimidating to me. I think that the concrete fence is not visually appealing to me. The backyard has a limited space to move around. I said this...becàusse I love gardening! Other than what I have mentioned...I think the house is pretty good in terms of functionality, and design!

I wish the camera person shows what you are talking about so I can see how the bathroom is done or how big the wardrobes in the first shown bedrooms are....wardrobes are tiny in the master bedroom. Otherwise the outside space are nice.

I love this basic single story home. Front yard is very spacious. Living and dining room is decent. Patio garden area is a plus. Schematics of the home is what I'm looking for. Keep it simple!
What I don't like or understand, it doesn't have stove top with vent for inside home cooking. Also NO indoor AC? wla ako nkkita portable AC installed in any rooms!

Yung camera man mo, ano ba ang ipinapakita? Ikaw or yung bahay? Dapat yung bahay ang primary, secondary lang yung speaker. Pwede ngang ipakita yung bahay ng walang speaker eh, parang ikaw lang parati ang gustong kunan. Pag nakunan ka na, ipakita na yung buong kwarto, parang takot na takot pumasok sa kwarto eh. Mas maraming parte ng bahay ang mapapakita, mas maganda, hindi yung puro naka focus na lang sa speaker. Describe mo yung sahig, hindi ifocus sa sahig, describe mo yung salamin...parating sa iyo naka focus, hindi naman ikaw yung mahalaga. Nag video kayo para mabenta yung bahay, hindi yung host. Educate mo mga cameraman niyo.

Imagine the presenter is the real estate agent, and she is showing the house to a client. The camera is your client or a representative of the client. When you enter a room, you don't just stay by the door and watch the presenter speak. You go inside the room itself, like a real person and you look around and that's what your camera should show. Presenter should sometimes order the cameraman- "Show this, or go here and look at it from there, or come in and show that". Don't worry too much about camera reflecting itself in mirrors that's why cameramen should dress up too. Presenter could be on the side or not in the frame at all. If a room has a view, show the view and forget the presenter for the meantime. No matter what words you say to describe the house, if you don't show the house enough, it defeats the purpose of your video. The presenter's function is just to describe the house. Remember, you can show the house without a presenter and use a voice-over instead. Putting a presenter in there should help present THE HOUSE and not be in the way of the presentation. While certain features of the house is being described, the camera SHOULD focus on what the presenter is saying and NOT on the presenter.
When I go and check a house, I just let the real estate agent do her talking, but my focus is on looking around the house. If she has special things to mention, then I turn my focus on it. My ears are on her but my eyes are on the house. I spend so little time looking at her unaware if she is beautiful. I only look at her when she gives me a description of the property we are about to see and the recap at the end. I hope you get something from my comment. From the very beginning of your video, identify your goal; the more of the house you show, the more successful your video. Preparation is important. It is ridiculous to see that you try to open a door and be unsuccessful. And finally, camera doesn't have to be always too close to the presenter. It makes the house look smaller.

When it's a rambler (or bungalow) in the US, there is never a powder room provided but with 2 stories with all the bedrooms upstairs, there's always a powder room provided in the main floor.
At least there should be one toilet near the lounge area easy access for visitors , and a little bit more dirt or lawn area for the kids or pets to play instead or high concrete wall.

@@HomesearchPhilippines Wow that is a bit pricy considering the size of the land. The land is very tiny, it's 99% concrete covered. So, if let say a thousand square metre land area of the property, that must be thousands of millions. wow that is too much. I love space that is why I am bringing the land size, and my doggies needs space to play with and do their things, number one and number if you know what i mean.

I am a homeowner, so I know a little of that. First for me in looking a property is Location, it has to be near or walking distance to school, supermarket, size of the land, size of the house, condition of the house, title of the Land if it is lease or freehold, of course clean records especially in the Philippines that rampant of fake titles or titles is not guaranteed, price of the property, that availability of jobs around. I do understand that most of Listed above is near impossible to achieved in the Philippines that is why I don't have property there.
Just wish you show the price. I like touring the inside and out of the home but at the same time it is easy to figure out if I can afford the home.
