In short, hindi pretentious. Relatable. Of the Filipino property presenters here on TH-cam I find Dean to have more knowledge on materials and construction. In one of his videos, dun ko lang nalaman ang difference between PVC and aluminum for window proofing.
I think some presenters are trying to reach out sa mga me kayang Foreigners na me asawang Filipino Citizen para mag invest sa pinas. Kaya po siguro they are trying to speak in English.

I actually watched Presello's presentation of this house prior to this video. Also I've been watching Presello videos more in the past years. This is my first time in this channel. And I must say this presentation is more detailed and more informative. I also like that he is using Tagalog most of the time when speaking (not wordy and direct to the point) and I can just hear and understand him clearly. I actually like this video better. Definitely will be checking your other videos. Good to know that there is another channel I can check on housetours aside from Presello and AV Properties. This particular first house tour that I have watched here is presented well. Thank you! Very informative and direct to the point! Will recommend this channel to my friends and co-workers!
I almost forgot, the cameraman is better here and the transition and even the focusing on details is way, way, way, better. I am amazed! Where have you been all my "watching-house-tours" life? 😂 Why did I just find out about this channel? Great presentation! A MUST-WATCH.
This property is very gorgeous however the privacy is not so good coz the glasses are not even tinted with one way mirror tints. It's too over exposed for my liking but the layout itself is very nice. Presko!
Ang informative Sir Dean tapos nakakaloka 'yung quartz counter kahit sa service area. All in all napakaganda and the price is a steal especially sa location malapit ka sa lahat.
Ano po sa tingin nyo, nakakasawa na yung puro white ang theme ng interior design noh?? Mas mukha tong mamahalin kung may mixed of color. Huwag magalit.... Pero super worth it manood ng channel ni Sir Dean.

Kung gusto nila mag karoon ng buyer, dapat naiiba sila. Para makuha nila ang attention ng manonood,diba. At di lang ako Basta manonood, kaya ko itong i-share on another platform of social media, at Malay mo yung makakita non, yon ang bibili ng bahay..
