उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार जिम्मेदार है इस के लिए दोनो राज्यों की आबादी 40 करोड़ है और शहरी आबादी 15% से कम है मतलब 6 करोड़ लोग से कम शहर में रह रहे है ,34 करोड़ आबादी ग्रामीण है गांव में शिक्षा का स्तर बहुत खराब है ,स्वास्थ सुविधा नहीं है जिस के कारण इन दो राज्यों से पलायन होता है सस्ता लेबर जो अनस्किल्ड है वही दूसरी तरफ यही राज्य सबसे ज्यादा IAS और IPS दे रहे है , अगर यह राज्य अपनी इतनी बड़ी आबदी को जो देश की जनसंख्या का 30% हिस्सा है को अपने राज्य में रोजगार दे सके या बिजनेस के लिए प्रोत्साहित कर सके तो भारत की आधी बेरोजगारी खत्म हो सकती है

Constructive Criticism-
The video seemed to have lacked depth to it. For example, when you talked about the overpopulation part, you talked about how the government should implement steps to control it, but what steps it should take, was not talked about. History has taught us, that whenever we artificially try to control the population, the results are never what we would have liked to be. China is the best example.
Also, talking about Qatar, the main reason for their wealth is, oil. Now, because of their low population and abundance of oil, they were able to gain wealth and every person there is rich. It is because of this oil and their low population, they were able to give their citizens, what they have given.
I find that Indians today are not as hardworking as we would believe them to be. Most of the population now has access to a smartphone and a stable internet but what do they use it for? Consuming cheap entertainment. From a small one year old kid, to an old 60 year old, people are busy consuming cheap entertainment. It's high time we understand our personal contribution to the growth story of our nation. Work hard, generate income, pay your taxes and India will grow. Government also, has its role in it, but we can't discount the roles that people have.

There are jobs but they are all low paying. Most graduates and mbas are ending up doing 15k jobs even at the age of 40. It is a hire and fire culture. Once you get old, the coorporate culture will start to replace you. In old family businesses of the 90s, they would keep the same person till 65 and he retired. That family business is now dissapearing and corporates are taking over. Plan to open your own dukaan one day else you will regret in future.
What "dukaan" will you open? For groceries there is BigBasket online and D-mart for physical shop. A furniture shop requires more upfront investment for shop rent and furniture while no guarantee of competing with existing shops or online websites like pepperfry, IKEA, etc.
Follow the South India and reduce population better

No, right. Advocating for women in the workforce is important for stability, I understand, but it seems unjust when some companies are only hiring women. Men also have equal opportunities in the same sector or different sectors, for that matter too, so why this preference? If you believe you deserve a job, showcase your skills and compete for it-this backbiting approach of exclusively recruiting women seems disingenuous and wrong.
