Indian needs to invest hugely on Education, research .Thank you for the conversation .
Please elaborate
Bhai poppilation itni zada hai ki demand kam hai aur supply bahut zada... Simple funda hai... Govt jobs are luxury less work more pay under the table bonus everyday... No country in the world is like that... Even in America if a govt employee song perform he gets fired... There is nothing called permanent job... Thats y people are running after govt job... 75 carore job seekers and all want govt job..
Education is the biggest SCAM 😔
India's biggest problem is all of them want white collar jobs.
You people chriestain by mind ! Might be body from india !!
If I had completed my study, I would have been an Engineer Today, But now I am an Auto Rikshaw Driver and I dropped so many students at my Engineering College 😢😢
that's why you should not drop from studies otherwise you will be dropping kids in college. Just for fun lol....
Bro I was not expecting this comment in such a video legit ! 😅😂
It doesn't matter I've seen Software engineers who have no degree are 12th pass or fail they get selected in company because of the skills they learn from self-taught

bro you made the greatest decision of your life. if you had completed the degree you would have been an unemplyed engineer. but today you are an employed auto rickshaw driver which in my opinion is far better position.
We are studying CBSE, WBCHSE, board,
After completing the HS where will we apply for the education which we taught?
There's no requirement for that subject which we taught.
Indian education must change the education system as per the need for students in real life.
In IIT creating new seats in existing college is just increasing beds in hostel room.😊😊
First of all Remove Dharmendra Pradhan. He is one of the worst Education Minister.

We need to revolutionize our Education System.
this is more relevant current society. India needs to work on this type of education for make a plan and policy at a broad level.
The number of vacant positions are getting lesser and lesser. On top of that many of the jobs have been replaced by automation, AI etc. Also many jobs are given on to private contractors to reduce cost. The most important thing the governments can do is to educate people to have less children. But the politicians will not preach this in any democratic country because this will reduce the number of future voters.
Government has reduced budget of Education and cancelled 180,000 Scholarship of Universities for Poor Minority students so they can be forced to be out of qualifying UPSC exams , and millions of Pre Matric scholarships so Poor Minority students do not educate themselves and become equal to SC / ST castes and thus creation of 5th Class of INDIA as New Dalit be Muslims , then YOU can be happy to see they have more than average level of Families across INDIA so the Monster from Gujrat can roar with his mentality.
Creation of Jobs are NOT important for them , they have given so many millions of Hate mongering and Faith based jobs.
Jai Hind !!!
Gap between studies and industrial needs..
My greatest learning from this video is learning these skills on my own. I don't have to wait for the education system to get improved. I should take my responsibility. One more thing that I learned from you guys is talk simpler . I liked the way you guys communicated with each other. Finally,I am thankful to you for this 'resource'.
Thank u bhaiya for help u made for us
First decrease the 7 to 8 hours of school focus on new skill based course in high school . Why memorise everything ? Personal grooming and presentation skills is more important. Based to industry demand change the subjects for kids . Kids should be Elle to work from 18 year with internship . Sick education system
Because we have different boards starting from CBSE, ICSE, State board, Matriculation board. So how can centre implement ? If they implement then the state will start crying. Tamil nadu state is worst and for getting votes they do linient marking . They just need to memorise and vomit the same question which is on the back side of the chapter in the text book. No application based, no logic and with such shitty education how will the students get job. Same thing in the engineering college also
@@vidyanagarajan9135 CBSE should implement it. Rest of the boards will follow.
Why do we even bother with ties? Why write so many pages of notes? If classroom teaching is effective, why do most kids still need tutoring? If one-on-one tutoring is beneficial, why not just upload videos or let parents hire tutors at home and allow private exams? Kids could use their free time to take courses that help them upgrade their skills. We could have school twice a week with no books, focusing only on discussions or experiments.
What you call "job market" has history of ~350 years starting from industrial revolution in late 18th Century. When steam powered machine finally broke the production limit of human and animal labour a new kind of human skills were required to operate these machines, manage the workers who learned those skills, accounting business transactions and so on. However computer and information technology in 20th century gradually reduced the role of humans for these job. AI and IoT will also take away the role customer support, programmer and so on. The job market you know are going to die.
My goal is not fear mongering. But to open your eyes to learn how world and nature work to create value that enhance lifespan, health and happiness which is at all time low.
Be an entrepreneur. Identifying problem and finding solution are going to be most important competency in this era. Be more multi disciplinary because solutions are not going to be come from one domain of knowledge.
A bigger problem than unemployment is actually under employment. And that is one of the reasons why qualified people leave India. An architect, a doctor, a teacher works much harder than what they do in developed countries, but they are paid peanuts comparison to their efforts. Things are still better in terms of financial compensation in IT sector, software and management industry but there lies the layoffs issue, corporate toxicity and insecure career. Overall kahin bhi kuch positive nahi hai...
No job is perfect. There is equal toxicity in government jobs too.

Good podcast topic to build upon but widen the reach and stakeholder interactions and expand on the topic to understand and widen the scope.gradually.
focus should be on the transformative growth of the student from 10th onwards. Parents and students must be educated about the actual situation of our education and employment probability. Instead of getting a job, the focus should be on alternative career options. We must understand education is not just for job but to make students capable in all respects to create an abundance in life. Ishan lets meet some day. I am working towards clarity and direction towards education after 10th.
There simply has to be skill mapping available in the market and accordingly plan the course curriculum and training courses by upgrading them
Ishan you are a great inspiration to many youths including me.

Ishan bro how to make money through mobile 📱?
No, I do not agree with the person in the red shirt. Academia is not solely about teaching technical skills. While industries focus on making money, academia operates on a low-profit and low-loss basis. Academia works from a philosophical standpoint, making original discoveries and setting the rules of science. Only then can science be utilized to develop new technology. I strongly believe that academia must be research-oriented, academic research is more advanced than industry research. What industries think today (or developing the technologies now), academic research though about 50-100 years ago and keep the foundation and set rules therefore industry is now able to making product. For example, the idea of the quantum computer was proposed by Prof. Richard Feynman approximately 50-60 years ago. Quantum computers are based on the laws of quantum mechanics, which originated in 1905. After 100 years, a professor experimentally verified quantum entanglement, a basic component of quantum internet and computing. Now, industries are working on quantum computing research and trying to develop quantum processors. So, don't say academic research is useless. Every research effort contributes to technological development. Without understanding the underlying science, one cannot develop any technology.

Hey Ishan You have told that You will Wear Only Black and White dresses in Dr.Velumani Podcast 😊😊
Have you changed your Decision.😀😀
Basic reason is quality of education and standard of education have gone down tremendously. Majority of private institutions and professional colleges are churning out graduates, in exchange of exorbitant fees , who are not fit to be graduates even if you compare them even with those who graduated in India 30-40 years back. Basic skills like reading , writing and Arithmetic are not being grasped by average student in school.
Shobhit sir❤
Great podcast show. Have such more topics like how indian students prepare for grad, post grad admission abroad. It will help students have some good information without paying money for such consultation.
In last 10 years, Government has created 2 crore / year i.e. 20 crore jobs. So, all is well. 😞
Why should government do? Improve your skills and get job in private sector. Thats what the guest talker says.
@@vidyanagarajan9135 Sure. Then make government , elected representatives and policy makers work towards this philosophy and create an environment to achieve this goal.

So many people claim they are Jobless. Millions of jobs are infront of us and yet people claim there is no job. The real issue is everyone want to be an IAS officer, everyone want to be a doctor, everyone want to get a government job, thats the reason most people dont for any job and waste time. These are the people who claim to be jobless.
Engineering colleges ke teachers must also work in industries, in our country teachers are not attached to any industry

Today education does not guarantee one a job until and unless it is practical skill based training.
The education and training must be designed every year on reviewing latest developments in a particular field and also on developing the skills of the students.

@@PranavDeshmukh-yh1kf nah😂
Yes it does, see degree kitna matter karegi bhagwaan jane but upar jo bhi skills likhe hain unn sabke liye exposure matters so Yes College matters in order to provide you that exposure to gain these skills, honestly students from IIT's, NIT's, NSUT, etc also work by themselves for Hard Core skills such as learning programming languages and so on but peers, networking, clubs, seniors in college helps them grow.
So yes College Exposure matters, degrees as such does not.
Rishihood being a new uni lacks a brand name, but definitely their curriculum is there power as it's updated and provides students with industry level skills, so in field of pvt uni's, something is better than nothing.
Lack of good quality jobs apart from unemployment is also a concern which should be addressed
Govt should really think about this
In UK one can not get teaching job in technical stream i.e engineering unless he has 2 years industrial experience
Nice sir
Hi please make a video on fungro for teens
I met a Man who employs a few blue collar workers and provides only water tank cleaning services. This is enough for him to get a good livelihood. Indian youth needs to focus on creating a lot of new MSMEs, they need not be the most innovative startups, they should create value for their clients and customers. This is enough to do good in life.
First realise 1. Huge youth population 2. Limited economic opportunities because we are still underdeveloped country.
Because of this there is hyper competition in India.
Ye change ho hi nahi sakta bhale kisiki bhi sarkar ho. Uske uppar social media sabko glamorized images dikha raha hai. Aspirations unche asman pe, hakikat niche zameen pe.

Government should focus on human development rather than over emphasis on Infrastructure, monument constitution etc.
Since salary of government employees are high and increasing every year rapidly based on information. They are compensated for price increase but others are penalized heavy due price increase and more revenue collection required to pay.
Inturn shut down of private business
Government should consider employ more people with less working days This will give some relief and reduce huge unemployment pressure.
Unfortunately our Finance Minster who is not elected by people not bothered about suffering of youth and mainly concerned with GST collection and GDP growth and justify her actions .
People struggling to survive but a few capitalist spending crores infront of them without any social commitment and made our culture as a mockery.
First of all the state governments of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are not happy with the implementation of new education policy. How can you expect students to be on par with the people of other countries?
As an Employer in North America I find receny graduates from India lacking skills that match current Industry. Forget Practical knowledge even theoretical skills are hollow due to lowered standard of education. Colleges churn out graduates with no real education or practical life skills.
Suggestion: Involve by Inviting around 20 people like you who know the faults in education system and can think of solutions on a Zoom Call to get better context (With Rs 1000 per participant, to restrict to serious people only) No ploicy makers in the first phase, but focus on proof of concept (Here in telangana one IAS and Few IPS Resigned people just speak something and not interested to work on proof of concept and think they know everything and it just has to be implemented and they need followers) A good teacher is one who is open to learn for ever
10:24 person who can get an air 1
I'm also something like that but at my school level
But after doing academically so good I regret now that I didn't do the things which I was interested in.
I didn't spent my school and college time by moving with friends doing some Masti now and then.
I assumed that If I study well and get a good job I'll be happy
But the thing is I was much more happier than what I'm now
Basically education system should be changed.
Solution kya hai.
It is concerning that even though India has 24 IITs, 31 NITs, and more than 3469 private engineering colleges, it still does not have core technology in its hands.
India is still heavily dependent on Western countries.
I have not heard of any Indian engineers developing technology.😫
The Indian engineers are super clerks ....sorry but true for IITians also .🤨

Not all students are that much intelligent to get chance in IIT, JEE, Medicals(NEET). Think about general students who have completed
Their graduation, Masters in General studies.
What about the job opportunities for them?
Will they all open tea stall?
Indian corporate sector is totally full of heartless and selfish people. There need a vast change from top to bottom. They need to think about general people. Not only think about the profit of the company. India need to thik about the dangerous situation. Only privatisation is not the proper solution for job opportunities. Broad hearted and intelligent people need to capture the crporet sector and Government sector.
Oiling policies and very bad politics inside the corporet and Government sector must be diminished forever .
In the first place why are they going for such courses. Why should private sector must show concern because the management is answerable to investors.
Not All Points are Correct.
Pushing More WOMEN to Workforce will COLLAPSE FAMILY SYSTEM in INDIA.
Unless you fix the school system issues, investment in hr edn is a huge waste.
In india schooling is very costly on top of that if no job means think what is feature of shiny India.
In school and college staff must be well qualified.
Big gap between ..Industry s needs n Education s seeds...
..how can get a mango on..babool tree...
It is not that IITians do not have to think hard about what they want to do in life once they get into IIT. Once they (1000 out of 12 lakh IIT aspirants) get into IIT, they do not necessarily assume that a job offer is ready for them to grab 4 years down the line. IIT is just a world famous educational brand that takes you only up to a point. Nothing more. Nothing less. It is about giving your best, being dedicated, disciplined and grateful for whatever opportunity we get in our journey through the ladder irrespective of whether we are IITians or not. Think about Satya Nadella (B Tech from Manipal Institute of Technology) leading Microsoft.
The fascination with govt jobs, NEET and IIT is because fhere is no social security, if your family falls ill they may die if you don't have enough money, your kids dont get educated and now even buying a house is difficult.
If PPL keep producing kids ... like some family have more than 10kids y govt should provide jobs... Also who is stopping any one to start own business
First of all education ministry shld b accorded due importance and funds. Further this needs to b headed by guys from industry who are learned and experienced not like us the guys only know to play political games. Just objective to make money
