This is NOT an exercise routine. This is the theory behind stomach vacuums or "hypopressive exercise". At 12:55 in the video she flashes a card of exercise positions. I think there's also a link. Bottom line: stomach vacuums for different length of time in different positions. 1. Do in the morning on empty stomach 2. Do for 10 minutes a day 3. May take many months to see results (just like any other exercise)
I finally diagnosed I had a rectcele, myself, after 7 years of going to several doctors. I was told I was constipated because I needed a hysterectomy. Then I was told it was because I had a cyst on my ovary - which I do. Then I was told it was because I had gallstone - which I do. Then I was told my stage 2 prolapse bladder - which I do was the problem. But, then because my constipation kept getting worse; nothing worked. So, I started doing reserch on line and concluded it was a rectocele. Ive watched many videos about rectoceles but noone ever mentioned it could be reversed except my accupunctist until I found you. Thanks for giving me hope.
I can relate with all those comments. It is definitely a journey. I was so debilitated that I was on medical leave. Kegel probably made it worse and when looking for alternatives I found hypopressive! Thank you Filippa!
Thank you, im so glad i found you. I was diagnosed with rectocele stage 1, 3 years ago and have been managing it but recently it has got worse, mainly through stress (i think) so im so relieved that I have found your exercises, which I will do as directed. Thank you.
Thank you Filippa. I am grateful to you for the amazing results I have in such a short time. This video clarifies how important it is to practise all the positions. 🙏🏻
Yes there is a fee (you get alot of value for relatively low fee with our course). There are not many instructors globally so it may be hard to find one@@m.g.2926
Are hypos safe if you have diastis recti (high sternum to lower belly)? And safe if you havent done any excersises for many years, so very weak belly muscles and tissues? This is my combo and I am afraid to start hypopressives but ireally want to and need to. Another question is how can a teacher online see if you do the postures correctly? . Thank you!
Thabks for this video ! Where can I download the weekly schedule? And what other methods can I incorporate into my healing like u mentioned in the video?
Here is the PDF. I share all impactful methods on this channel. Some of them are scar tissue remediation, vaginal steaming, meditations, yoga, belly Dance and more. 🌺

Which pose helps the most to reduce a rectocele?
If we want to heal it is important to practice all of them over the course of a week for at least 10 mins/day for minimum 3-6 months.

Is it ok to do regular exercise after after hypopressives? Like yoga or HIIT
Yes! I usually do them after, to put everything back in place. But follow whatever feels right to you :)
Can hypopressive exercises be done during pregnancy? is it dangerous?
You can do everything EXCEPT the apnea. All the other pieces are great preparation for birth and postpartum.
Can these exercises be done during all trimesters of pregnancy?
