    Pushing is brutal on the body. I learned this the hard way with midwives. My second birth was a free birth and I did not actively push at all. What a difference. Even tho my first was a terrible all around experience, I dont know what could have been changed since I had severe back labor and malposition, but pushing surely damaged my body. Was doing ok until just recently. Too much walking and manopause has made it more noticeable. So I have some healing ahead of me. Thank you for your content. I am loving it. 💜

    Such an important message! When working with others regarding healing anything, I also always tell people to be careful what you choose to do; and only do palliative things as needed and only what is absolutely necessary for the least amount of time because we need the signals from the body to show us what is going on and how our progress truly is. Of course there are many variables that come into play when it comes to each persons path; and some natural remedies and treatments can help us to heal while some just mask the issue or palliate it. Finding that balance is critical for real healing to be able to take place. Thank you for sharing this vital point.

    I have been wearing compression underwear & I prefer the long shorts since they dont cut into my hip flexors. The tighter the better for me. Especially when I am going for a walk or have a long day on my feet. I wear them over my organic cotton underwear. And I do not wear them all the time or every day. All depends but I try to not wear them all the time since I am not sure that is a good thing overall.

    I went high fat carnivore 7 years ago (after about 15 years of Weston Price tyoe of diet) and feel amazing; so much better than ever; but I began walking 6-7 miles a day and increased my prolapse a bit. Now doing less walking and more pelvic floor exercises. Just went thru menopause 5 years ago (super easy) and actually feel better now than I ever have. Just dealing with the prolapse thing which never really bothered me before but is now on my radar.per rough birth with my first child and that wrecked me and I never recovered fully. I was just never right after having her. Definitely trying to embrace this healing journey. Listening to more of your videos. Thank you!

    Hee Filippa, What is exactly the effect you are talking about? For me the biggest problem is a stage 1 uterine prolapse and when i feel there is som scar tissue in the tissue next to the cervix. It feels like this grass in slime i heard you talking about before. Is it even possible that the uterus will return to its place before having children? And is this also something that you or your clients have experienced? I’m wondering if this is even a possibility. Thank you!

    OK, I was in an accident three months ago and I still have a concussion. The pressure behind my eye was incredible and it eventually went down into my jaw. It’s still in my head, but the jaw was painful for a few days. I now have a uterine prolapse stage three I know this was from the accident and I knew in my heart that it was all connected. It makes so much sense now.

    Hee! You talk about a rib release. Is this release also what you want to achieve with the block therapie? I had a same sort experience yesterday in mij groin doing the belly position. And felt some muscles in my pelvic floor again i have not felt for a long time. 🥳 so it felt great! But you say that i should not block after this relieve? And heal? I don’t understand that part.     Hello, any suggestions for someone who is allergic to castor oil and had two C-sections. I prolapsed years later cleaning up after a hurricane. The doctor's office had me use a horrible pessary which then caused a rectocele in addition yo the cystocele. I wish I had this channel then. Thank you

      @@Leashybeans2024 try vitamin e oil or organic coconut. Work both externally and internally. You can do it 🌺
