Yeah I know exactly what you mean! Except I’d move my own vinyl collection in, lol Edit: in fact I’d convert one of the rooms to house my collection and make it the music room, cool
Really like the layout and the pool opening up to patio garden area with the sunk in seating, love it. Really like the separate building at the back of the garden too. The only thing I would change, though, would be the hot tub location, beside the house other than away down there.
Great price for the house in comparison to that 8-10m house you had on before. Only downside is when the other houses on the road are a different style
Clearly more bang for your buck in Derbyshire than here in the South. Lovely spec to the home. The only flaw is that dreadful driveway, it doesn't do the house any favours. It could do with some greenery out front.
Best value house ever featured, there's some amazing features here but to be honest some of them are not for me. Great stuff to be fair and if I was in the market and this was for sale it would definitely get a viewing/shortlisted.
It’s great … so much to like … check out the Vinyl 🎶 the only down side for me …I think I would do less drive and soften it with feature plants. I could imagine people gathering 🍷 🍺
It’s Burton on Trent really though? And what’s with this catchment area nonsense. Repton is a private school with boarding, they’ll pretty much take anyone who can pay the fees.
Really love 90 % of this house id want hottub up by the pool id need to get rid of the pole lol … living rooms v small but adore the rest great value for money xx
The price is worth the property, in comparison to the same houses we see on the channel as well, it seems a great value for money. I am not too familiar with that side of England though. is it a good neighborhood?
but the other houses dont look nice and dont belong there with that house looking so nice it ruins it if i had the money i wouldn't just because the next door houses look dull
This is the first place you guys have had on that's actually been cheaper than I expected.
1.25M is a steal. Maybe I need to move to Derbyshire?
if it was an acre, then I would agree. But the garden is tiny XD
That’s a good few mill any remotely close to London nice house
@user-lp5wb2rb3v in what world are you living in if you think that is a tiny garden? It's far from tiny.
Haha wait for the Property tax afterwards.
@@user-lp5wb2rb3v nah that's a decent sized garden for the UK, for the price definitely.
1.25M for all that. Definitely worth it
Stunning! I would say it’s got all the features I would want!
The wine room was such a great feature! This home has so many details like that that make it amazing.
Great tour from both Damion and Hannah!
One of my favourite listings to date!
What a beautiful home - thanks for the tour! 🫶🏻
Wow the pool house is so beautifully set up and perfect access. The stream room was a great bonus. Thanks for the video.
I was sold when I saw the DJ booth and vinyl collection! Just need to find £1.25M now 😉
Yeah I know exactly what you mean! Except I’d move my own vinyl collection in, lol
Edit: in fact I’d convert one of the rooms to house my collection and make it the music room, cool
Derbyshire is a great place to live! And the value for money is even better!!🎉
Such a great value for money!!
Middle of no where
How is this only £1.2 mil???? My house in Islington was £1.3mil and a fraction the size of this...with no back garden or fireman's pole😥
The car is what matters 😎
That's really cheap considering £1.25m could only get you a pigeon hole where I live in. I'd buy this stunning house!
Same
"Slide down the fireman's pole to breakfast" and "dong dog walk" were personal highlights of this tour.
No one asked
Really like the layout and the pool opening up to patio garden area with the sunk in seating, love it.
Really like the separate building at the back of the garden too.
The only thing I would change, though, would be the hot tub location, beside the house other than away down there.
I was thinking the same thing
@@SamTheSlam149 great minds Sam 😉😂
I like the fact that almost everytime you present a house you mention your wife or your daughters ❤
Blimey that's an excellent price.where I live this would be at least 3 million.nice tour guys.😊😊
I love your show guys! Very real and honest.
Great price for the house in comparison to that 8-10m house you had on before. Only downside is when the other houses on the road are a different style
This might just be my dream home
Stunning house, only draw back Derbyshire. Just imagine that house in greater London or south anywhere price would been 2 mill.
a lot more than 2m I reckon.
@ismailsaid9092 yea could be depend on postcode
Probably house built with plan
Fantastic house. Love it. Looks great value
Absolutely beautiful
What a fun house. Different, querky, but some cool features. Nice
Very well designed and arranged👍
One of the best houses I have seen ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Is it available for purchase?
This house has everything!
Tennis court, Bowling alley, Cinema, outdoor pool, Pool table, Snug, Lift, Annexe, Double garage: *Hold my beer*
Clearly more bang for your buck in Derbyshire than here in the South. Lovely spec to the home. The only flaw is that dreadful driveway, it doesn't do the house any favours. It could do with some greenery out front.
That amount of land would place it under 'Good Class Bungalow' here in Singapore. And would cost minimum USD 20 million.
Utterly brilliant property!
One of my favourite 🏘️, this is my dream home 😊🙏🏾
I live down the road from this!!
I can’t remember asking

Lovely house but it’s not in Bretby it’s in Burton on Trent off Ashby Road, Repton is 10min drive away and there’s hardly anything there
Now that, is really nice! How much would this cost in Hampstead? £15,000,000+?
She’s so much better than the one called Summer. This one is more natural and easy to listen to.
It’s Burton on Trent really though? And what’s with this catchment area nonsense. Repton is a private school with boarding, they’ll pretty much take anyone who can pay the fees.
Wow. So cheap! I'll sell my bedsit in London and upsize to this.
I live in Derbyshire i wish i could see this house
Is Derbyshire closer to Old Trafford?? Manchester United's Stadium
Nowhere near
Really love 90 % of this house id want hottub up by the pool id need to get rid of the pole lol … living rooms v small but adore the rest great value for money xx
Fireplace is way too big for that small room 😮
Very tacky too
Is this property for sale
The price is worth the property, in comparison to the same houses we see on the channel as well, it seems a great value for money. I am not too familiar with that side of England though. is it a good neighborhood?
We didn’t ask for an evaluation of the property
It is a lot better value than a 1 bed in Mayfair :)
Lovely home!
But what exactly is an "anti-fungicide"? 🙂
It's for when you want your swimming pool to achieve that special "Brazil Olympics" look
@@peterbirch20 ah! lol
worth it
Must be a house for giraffes as I saw at least 2 TVs mounted too high.
Loved this please please can you tell me where your keather pants are from 😅? Seriously though
Garden has no flowers, no shrubs, boring old birch and cedar trees but not enough trees. House is quite plain in design but it is well finished
I need this
Which area in derby is this??
omg im so early this time
❤❤❤
Omg! Move this place down south and we're talking 3 times the price! Rediculous the north south divide.
Hannah has the best build quality I've ever seen.
👍
There is no view from window.
All of the TV's are stupidly high. How do you get such a simple thing so wrong?
Hi what's up all 😊
That's really cheap. Especially after hearing £80k+ quote for a basic and TINY loft room in London
When a retired footballer and his wife start renovating homes.
…. and who will be appearing on talkSPORT in a few years talking about their drinking problem 😂
Fireman pole huh? Right.....
I love going on dong dog walks 😂
Stunning house but the location is not premium, just saying!
location location location.......that's why it's only 1.25 million.....
What is ante fungus sign.
Anti fungicide. To stop mould basically.
Bit OTT. They can’t possibly have made back what they spent on it for that sale price.
رمضان كريم
Chav palace 🏯
but the other houses dont look nice and dont belong there with that house looking so nice it ruins it if i had the money i wouldn't just because the next door houses look dull
They’ll be going the same way as this before too long.
The pool is really cool the rest is not the best. Not for me👎
Cheap. Would cost more to build
Walking around someones home with ya shoes on tut tut😤
I hate when the ads come on..I was admiring the 🍑 in leathers
That's not my favourite Hannah!?!
Why so cheap?
Distinct lack of design, both indoors and outdoors. If you're after a bargain big house to park your mirror wrapped Range Rover, this is the one.
43rd comment 💅💅
Chavvy, tasteless
these houses they show are great but you have to live in butt fuck nowhere
Same hannah? sounding formal hmm it is Damon making her formal? When i say formal i mean too serious sssshhhheeeeeesssskkkkkss
Are you blind?! 😂😂
@@sdcraig Sure your IQ is shallow to process my comment.
Ugliest house from the front I've seen for so called luxury house. One car garage with lean to roof, no thanks!
