Sunday upload!! ☺️ Day 4 Vlogmas 🧑🎄 Today’s tour is an interesting one due to the amount of money spent by the owner to make this dream home 🏠 Over £4.3million of renovations and upgrades 💰Enjoy the tour! 🙌🏼
look inside!
cant believe anybody would want this industrial colorless junk!
Amazing home
It’s built of York stone, in Yorkshire, it’s stone quarried from the area. It’s very hard against the winter weather.
Please advise whether this property been sold?
The Building has bones and the Land are the selling points!
Incredible property at this price. Lots and lots of potential for sure. I watched only yesterday a 2 bed flat in London with an asking price of £5 M where as this property costs less than half. Mind blogging!
well it is London, my parents paid 1.5M for a home in Ladbroke Grove, Notting hill. And you don't get much compared to this but the city life is always better anyways
Boggling
Only a Footballer would spend £4.3m and sell at £2.2m ...??
Well, the times are bad when it comes to money and he might need them, but at the same time it is not really the time to buy Luxury houses. So the seller is bound to get fucked if he's trying to sell in 2023 and the foreseeable future. Is awful to try and sell right now.. and buyers don't exactly have the money either..
Gorgeous 😍 love the upgraded property ~ a real show piece.
Tech is incredible! But damnnnn, this need a woman’s touch! So sterile! I think I’d need to start again from scratch😅
I enjoyed watching the Video. Another very modern house with lots of great rooms and storage 😊
👍 this one has everything indoor swimming pool and sona lots of rooms and space and lot’s of land plus a good garage
I personally like the stairs leading upstairs. As far as stairs go, that's what I look for in stairs in a house with a first floor needing stairs to access said floor.
...and if you pay top dollar, stairs leading downstairs are also available, crazy what money can buy these days!
That entrance hall, play some Muzak and you could be in a dentist’s waiting room in Bremerhaven.
exactly!
Loved this one, it would make an outstanding home for my family and it’s in the right part of the country.
£4.5m worth of renovations but for sale on £2.25m!? Hahaha no one on earth would do that.. nice one The Luxury Home Show!
Yeah sounded a bit odd to me as well
Selling for 2.5 so must have spent 5 mil... something wrong with that story...
@@markhirstwood4190someone commented that the owner decided to move closer to his family so he sold the house. To me, ghost, broke, or rich guy doesn’t care about losing money.
@@markhirstwood4190 Do you think the realtors are trying to pull a fast one on this home? 5 million for renovations and selling for 2.5 million! HMMMMMN???
Maybe whoever did the renovations had absolutely no idea on how to renovate to within the max value of the property
oh ah oh ah, lovely low ceilings! My favourite.
Finally one close to home…. Never seen one in or near huddersfield… it’s a lovely house
Me neither. Visiting Huddersfield, I didn't expect a house like that to be nearby.
My favourite house I’ve seen on the channel without a doubt
Never seen a stainless steel pool floor! Clean & cool!
Stunning house. Beautiful.
That is an absolutely beautiful house and a great price, actually fantastic all round when compared to what you pay for a city apartment. This is way more my style, love it.

@@MyAlexWest what made you hate this house so much that you've made multiple comments against people who like the home haha

this hands down is my dream home I would change somethings up for sure but this is the house i want haha
This literally my dream house
that would cost at least 4m around hampshire
thats one of the best mansions in a chanel so far
what a beautiful home
Seen this house being built and progress, It's in a lovely little village, but that road it is off is a busy as hell cut thru for morning and evening traffic and for the price, shame it isn't set further back
I love that pool setup
That is a spectacular house, I love the indoor leisure complex and swimming pool - it's unlike anything I've ever seen in a property before but it works really well. I'm still confused why the owner spent in excess of £4m on the renovations but is selling the house for £2.5m - it's still £2.5m more than I can afford but it feels like a bargain considering all the tech and the quality of the renovations.
Nobody takes a loss like that without some very good reasons...
Yeah it's a bit sus to me. I wish I could know why
@@markhirstwood4190 personal reasons
The vinyl wall is the Tyne Bridge and The Sage in Gateshead
one small gripe is that, plz do the floor plan layout of each individual floor when ur entering the house not all at once
and one more with a little more clarity to it and one more cover the brolls with the entry of the room till center it gives a clear perspective😇
Would have loved to see the garden and actually the whole house
13:36 Tyne Bridge / The Sage : Newcastle Upon Tyne
This is one beautiful mansion
Newcastle upon Tyne. My hometown!
After seeing all those overpriced properties I have to say this one is literally a bargain.
Great value for price. 🙂
hahah!!! blind?
Look at location, you’ll have the Patels for neighbours.
@@hardlines2635 Iam damn sure that patels wont show you a martial arts show with a machete 😂
Please tour 'The Hulleys' in Epperstone, Nottinghamshire.
LOVE this channel 😍
Stunning house ,not to my taste car show room wasted on me as is the pool but trying to figure out the renovation cost against the asking cost of the house. ?seen so large rooms need tech degrees for solar panels lol
Same with refurbishing an old car, the refurb can easily be more than the sales value.
Absolutely fantastic property isnt it? It would be absolutely amazing to own this house , you would never leave it and always be in it 24/7 haha !
This should be a commercial bed and spa
This house is 300 meters from Grange Moor MX Track. Imagine the noise, especially at the weekends!!
Amazing🎉
Still can't believe the price for all what you get I think its stunning, and with some nice furniture ya can lift the house so it's not so sterile .. defo one I'd like to live in .. Some great parties you could have in this .. and what a pool after seeing that poky flat in London I know which one I'd like to move into.
The canvas with the bridge is Newcastle
Beautiful home ,amazing pool room .but the kitchen feel strange with 2 of every thing .dishwasher tables etc, the lounge area had a walkthrough feel to it not cosy at all. Cinema looked nice , bedrooms seemed cold looking , and it dont make sense to spend over 4 million on refurbishments to sell for half ,what's the reason.
Nice. Tyne bridge Newcastle-upon-Tyne
What an outstanding home.
buy glasses and see a eye doctor
@@MyAlexWest what would you fancy?
My favourite pool there is another house i prefer but the pool area wow its perfect … i really dont like the bedrooms though those feature walls not nice or the ensuites but everything else wow x
Great video beautiful house Love Tom
Stunning property, amazing quality, downstairs impresses me more than upstairs, again 1 thing missing from all this is a lift to all floors. Never see this level of build quality and size on the south coast (with a sea view, not counting that £10m beast which lacks style). Sad to read comments that this property is built in a dodgy area.
Don’t think there’s anything dodgy about Yorkshire it’s quite a beautiful area, and very popular holiday and walking area.
@@sandrawestley4193 'dodgy'? That's not my opinion of Yorkshire as a county, its what people here have said about the local area where this house is, do you know this local area too and can vouch for it?
What kind of material is that ceiling? I missed it lol. Never seen anything like it.
This is news for me too. They mention a parasol ceiling, so I looked it up. Apparently the material is PVC and its purpose is thermal insulation.
Barrisol stretch ceiling
What a beautiful house and it’s close to me… not close to my bank count sadly but never mind I can dream… would need to buy the field next to it though as I got to grow my own veg and the kids need a park
You'd need more than 4 acres to grow veg and to play on?
Love this show
LOVE❤❤❤
Entrance has car park lighting.
Nice
What's everyone's thoughts on the swimming pool? Wowed by this underground, high tech setup or prefer ground level with a glass roof and sides for natural light?
The film the Shinning springs to mind - and it’s near Wakefield
That's Newcastle, Tyne bridge and Gateshead Sage Theatre.
This needs a million subscribers now
very nice property, doesn't look like anyone is living there though, doesn't seem to be anything personal around or signs of human life!!!, it is very minimalist and tidy!!! ....but a beautiful place..I like the car showroom!
It’s very clinical, wouldn’t give you that money for it, it’s more like a hospital than a home. I can totally understand why they have had to lose so much money on it.
Totally agree, absolutely soulless! I need a bit of history with my dream home.😊
13:38 thats Newcastle mate
I want it lol.
After a long time I got time to watch miss Matt and summer channel
Me too
These 2 are too professional, loved Summers hesitations.
You ain’t a Mack unless you can park your car in your living room! That’s a really sick feature! 8:10
Wish I could take credit for this house, that pool room is something sexy
a lot better than that cat house you showed us of $2.5 million in Kensington
This is about a mile from my house!
The house is nice but just a short out to Jazz and her nail colour! 😍😍😍
Now reduced to only £2.4m - on my short list when house hunting in Yorkshire
Another awesome property. Almost too good to be true. Half the price of the renovations and those solar panels to sell energy back to the grid... c'mon what's the catch haha
I'm surprised someone would sell it for such a low price. If they would like to rent it out instead for £800 a month I will move in.
LOL!
Utterly insane. Money goes just a bit futher there in West Yorkshire than down in London, eh?
Bonkers! That would be double the price in Rutland
steel pool is nice
Newcastle and the Sage
you do not need a robot in the pool---there are no leaves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very. 1970s vibe just with a lot of technology.
=. 1970s vibe
no hot water and food?
Why would you not show us into the underground car lift???
Taken a hit on that if they spent over £4m renovating and it’s on the market for £2.5m?!
Parts of the house are lovely but over all i feel that it does not flow right.
FANTASTIC !!!
The Sidney Harbor Bridge , is that picture.
I was going to comment on the last post about this one 😆
Vinyl Wall = The Tyne Bridge Newcastle and The Sage Gateshead
I am confused as to why it's being sold for half the price
nobody need this colorless junk!
I think what they are inferring, the owners spent so much money on it, but for the area too much has been spent, probably not good access to towns and trains to get to cities to do business.
What's the catch? Property has had £4.3m of renovation and is then listed for £2.5m? Seems... odd.
Too much money and probably a new toy/house to meddle with. Not envious as, instead of whining about the super rich, people should strive to get in that bracket.
@@sithlordrj8883 simp
@@tf2368 Only simps whine. Actual men go out there and strive..
The catch is that you have to live between Huddersfield and Wakefield 😂
Likely haunted or cryptids around that rural property.
This seems a steal at £2.5million!
Is it a Geordie ex footballer house ?
Nice
14:50 Какая-то электронная вышка?
i've been this way...this one has been on the market for nearly an year now, people dont have money lol they'll have to come down on price if they have to get rid
...Price dropped by £100k.....
Is Wakefield a nice area
Does anyone know why the seller is selling the house at a £2m loss? I'm confused
I’d have to spend a fortune getting rid of the grey.
Is that sale price correct? You said it had over £4m of renovation work done to it, why would they sell it for £2.25?
Same thing on the rightmove listing... maybe because of the area and size of the property it will only ever have a maximum price? Kind of like spending thousands modifying your car, you don't get the money spent back at resale 🤷🏻♂️
What a loss in return of investment.
@@fa6534 maybe the owner is mega rich and a loss is no biggie.. i mean the guy owns/owned a pagani huayra..thats a £2m car alone...
The owner was on Gumball 3000, this is sick
Yep I’ve met him on a few car rallies cannonball being one of them
"love it" "cool" love it" "cool"
it is malenium bridge in newcastle
He who dies with the most toys wins!😆
i have no idea why im watching this while im broke
Oh bo//ocks. Ive not even got ONE dishwasher. Apparently 2 is they way forward.
I’d rather have jas then the house. Light work pick
