Good video, informative. . I recommend black sikaflex 221 to fill those gaps. A proper automotive adhesive/sealant. A good tip also is mask a perfect line with frog tape before applying sikaflex then when you remove tape the sealant will form a perfect crisp line.
Hey man, sand the clear lightly with some 600 grit and then re clear it. You want to make sure your clear has a wet look to it, sort of a mirror looking finish on your last coats of clear. Id recommmend also a 2k Clear coat with hardener, it will make the paint hold on. If you do decide to sand and re clear, i recommend to clean the whole spoiler with windex and then pas a dry drag to pick up dust. You can get professional looking results with spray cans, you just have to not be afraid to add a little extra clear coat. Gotta get that wet look, the base coat can look rough but that clear gottta be wet. Still looks good regardless just mh 2 cents

@@StealthBrotherz id go to an automotive paint shop. Ask the guys for a spray can 2k clear coat with the hardener activater at the bottom of the can. Any brand will do, as long as its an automotive clear coat you’re fine. I wouldnt buy a cheap clear for a spoiler mate, spoiler catch wind and your clear will peel, especially if you speed a little bit. 1 can will be more than enough. Another tip is to spray with a 5 inch distance between the can and the spoiler. Also move left and right.
Interesting - I paid £230 for an unpainted spoiler from some guy on eBay - I ended up not being able to fit with the original side brackets due to it scratching the rear plexi glass with them fitted. Ended up using some threaded bar in place on the sides of the spoiler and it seems to have held up well for the last few months. Got a nice paint job on it and it seems to be fairly okay! Be interesting to see how this compares 👌

For me this is the best mod for an FN2 and completely transforms the looks 👌
It looks pretty good. I would probably sand it more and then after spraying it with Nighthawk black apply some layers of clear coat.

Imo it’s worth spending the extra £150 to get the delta styling one and know the fitment will be on point. You’ve done a good job there though
