    Samuel P Huntington ने 1960s में ‘ greasing the wheels’ theory दी और कहा कि corruption is like grease in economic development.

Pretty awful rationalisation for your idiotic take, which you made not citing Huntington, but yourself, saying “As an economist”
World didn't stay still after the 1960s. The evidence was studied and it turned out that the claim was bollocks, but it didn't stop you from repeating it here.

Mr. Raj Shamani is clearly giving false & deceptive details about Ms. Saloni Khanna on his own podcast !!! He should have clearly known that Ms. Saloni Khanna, is neither an 'Economist' nor a ‘Professor’….. Ms. Saloni Khanna is only an Assistant Professor teaching on an 'ad- hoc/ contract' basis at Sri Aurobindo College, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi- D.U. 110017. Earlier, she was taking the evening classes at Shahid Bhagat Singh College ( S.B.S.C. ), New Delhi till 2022 but then the management made her quit her ‘job’ due to some ‘controversy’ at her ‘place of work’.

She has not been able to clear UPSC Prelim Examination herself and has also never faced UPSC INTERVIEW BOARD in her entire life. She has no 'expertise' in UPSC MOCK INTERVIEWS. She has not been even able to complete her P.H.D. till this date !!! Then, why people are acknowledging her as a 'Professor' and Ms. Saloni Khanna is giving 'tips' to struggling UPSC Civil Servants how to clear UPSC Interview Stage is a complete 'joke' !! People need to 'wake -up' to see this and realize that all this is just a way to make money and collect name & fame for themselves at the cost of genuine Students & Civil Service Aspirants across the country !!

Jobs but still they have really emotionally pressured me and got me into a Civil services coaching centre from now only and also because the owner of that centre has also manipulated my parents and now they are pressuring me too much, i don't have any other choice but to give this exam but one thing I am very clear about that I'm not going to become a government servant, either I'll choose my dream or I'll do something to myself, I've tried enough to convince my parents but they are not listening me, so I've no choice, Thank you if you have read this passage hopefully I'll found peace.

People are not unemployed because of attempting for government jobs. Instead, they are unemployed and government jobs remain the only option for them to lead a respectable life.
For most of the people government jobs are not an aspiration rather a necessity to get out of the generational cycle of living on low-income.
People will blame unemployment on everything rather than the government, that is actually supposed to create jobs.
Lately there are also calls for being a 'job creator' than a 'job seeker' but little do people who make such calls realise that not everyone has the resources to be the former due educational and financial constraints.

27:38 Disadvantage for regional languag students
    One reason for this is
Though we can write answers in schedule languages/regional Languages(only in mains)
UPSC question paper (in both Prelims and Mains)
    is in Hindi and English
Because of this it would be a great disadvantage for the students of other regional languages
Students hardly get 7 minutes per question to write 150 words answer( including the time to read the question)
So the students who write answer in kannada, telugu other regional languages takes time to read, translate & understand each questiob then articulate answer in regional language, this becomes long process

My feedback would be to let the other person complete his/her talk and then continue, minor pauses in between may also give some time for the audience to assimilate the conversations. @@sheshank3768 @sheshank3768 No bro, with so less experience they do not get promoted to cabinet secretary. After 20-25 years of service, they get promoted to 'principal secretary of state' rank. I have examples from my state Maharashtra like, Santosh Kumar, Pravin Darade or I.A Kundan. These officers have 25+ years of service and are principal secretaries in Maharashtra

Raj Shamani का UPSC Mafia पर किया गया पॉडकास्ट वाकई बहुत ही जानकारीपूर्ण और विचारशील था। The way Raj Sir delves into the issues surrounding the UPSC system and exposes the challenges is truly eye-opening. पॉडकास्ट में इस मुद्दे को बहुत अच्छे तरीके से समझाया गया है, जिसमें UPSC की प्रक्रिया और उसके साथ जुड़े प्रभावों पर प्रकाश डाला गया है। It’s truly inspiring to see how Raj Sir is using his platform to educate and bring awareness about the struggles aspirants face in the UPSC journey!

Someone should ask Saloni Khanna Ji, that who gave her this data that 80 % of the unemployed people in the country are preparing for government exams??? Has she taken this skewed & false data from DRISHTI I.A.S. Academy, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi where she is taking MOCK INTERVIEW CLASSES for CIVIL SERVICES Aspirants since 2021 ????? That, this is because, Ms. Saloni Khanna is falsely telling the viewers here that she is a U.P.S.C. IINTERVIEWER but in reality , she is only a MOCK INTERVIEWER !!!

Saloni Khanna herself is in a govt job. She doesn't know that there are no laws in India concerning to the private employment. Ninety nine present employees in a private sector are underpaid, no facilities, no security of job, therefore 80 per cent youngsters want to go to govt jobs. If the good laws are made concerning to the emplyment in private sector....

    Real conclusion and highlights!
    1. Ias life biggest learning is you have to be diplomatic in your talks and straight forward in your actions
    2. There are 3 realities when we meet someone (i) which is in my mind
(ii) which is in ur mind and (iii) which is actually there
    3. Avoid relationship in your career journey in ur precious age Kyuki safalta ki taiyari apne aap me tapasya jisme aap sukh bhog kr safal nhi ho skte

She is not even a 'Professor' but only a temporary Assistant Professor ( On Ad- hoc/ Contract basis ) teaching 'economics' at Sri Aurobindo morning College, New Delhi and that too, only since 2023 !! WOW , what an IRONY !!! And we all are being 'fooled' by her and Mr. Raj Shamani here; who are just increasing 'views and likes' on their 'You Tube Channels' at the cost of struggling Civil Services Aspirants across the country... WHAT A SCANDAL !! I wonder why no one is taking any 'action' against them all ??
