OMG - YOU ARE THE BEST!!! I love your tutorial videos - you are so excellent at this and your calming voice is amazing - I have made several of your difficult blocks and they have all come out beautiful!!! Please never stop what you do! I love the snoring cat as well - all of it is great!!
Hello from Toronto Canada. I simply could listen to you all day long teaching, you have the most soothing voice. The way you explain every detail it's just outstanding. I will be working on this cal as soon as I finished all my other projects. Looking forward for more tutorials. All the best. 💖
Esther, I have copy/pasted my comment from facebook, Official CCC group, because I never seem to directly tell you how much I appreciate what you do. " It is great you stuck with it Ruth. I really believe Esther is the best crochet teacher on TH-cam. She puts so much thought into making sure you see exactly what you need to. I recently decided that watching her videos you almost feel like you are in the drivers seat... Doing a couple of wonderful designer pieces with Esther Dijkstra really teaches/ improves crochet skill like nothing else I have come across." I want to make sure you know how appreciated you are. Thank you!
It's all in a Nutshell Crochet Thank you so much to share lots of videos with us. So far I managed to knit Mandala Madness and Sophie's universe. I am a Japanese and I don't understand the pattern with words but I can follow your videos now!!! I am so happy to know your site. I can literally hooked on your videos. Xxx
I believe you are the best crochet teacher on the internet too. I loved the Japanese person’s comment, unable to understand the words, but the video shows clearly what to do. I just wish I could find a video like yours for Winter Opulence!!!!
I love all of your tutorials. You are very soft spoken and you explain everything you do incredibly well. A beginner can follow you as long as you know the basic crochet stitches. My old man has nothing to do with learning how to crochet and he watched this video with me and even he said he can follow you lol. Great job girl.
What an amazing teacher Esther is ... I thought my crocheting skills were way too basic to undertake the project, but once I followed Esther's youtube's I've actually been able to complete something that actually looks like the picture, AND enjoy doing it ... thanks Esther, you the best ... Linda (from Australia)
Hello! I am Hungarian and a begginer in crochet. I do for 2-3 month and I ador it! Thank you very much for your videos! I have made a lot of things with you, like this one. You are a very good teacher! Well-done and a lot of hugs!
I love your tutorials! Currently using this and the tropical delight square with a few adjustments to make a cardigan for my best friend. Wonderful teacher! Thank you 🙏
Thank you for this video. I've wanted to do this square but got confused on some of the later rounds. I have followed your video an just completed my 1st square. Thank you for making it easier
Thank you so much for doing the videos with us. I do have the written pattern but I love watching the video. It seems to make it go by faster for me especially when learning new Stitches.
Dear Esther! This is such a pleasure to follow your guidance and looking at the written pattern! I am learning so much now stitches and not to be scare to mix colours together! I learned crochet with my grand mama, for economy ...hat ,mits, scarf and warnm thick blanket! No yarn towaste and stay in budget to. Now that I am retired , I am doing one for each my 4 grown up children ! Am doing two at the same times one about the sea and omen about the Earth! Thank you ! For us with multi languages just reading the written patterns we need a little extra! From Canada🇨🇦Please keep your video on your tube for a long times! Because I am a slow worker but I give at least 4 hours a day ! With you and my Squares! 💞
I stumbled across your video and I'm impressed how easy you made this design. I made sure i subscribed so i can get an update of all your videos. I'm gonna make this design either into a dish cloth or a blanket....excellent video!
Thank you very much for this Video! ;-) Its really good to understand for ears as well eyes and easy to crochet wherever you come from! Best regards from Germany ;-)
the one thing that is confusing me is on round 10, when I start round 10 there are 2hdc, 2ch and 2hdc in in the corner, 1hdc in the first stitch, then we skip the next stitch (where we did the sc from the previous round) and then 1hdc in the next 3, bpsc, 3hdc, bpsc etc until the next corner. So now that we at the next corner and after doing the hdc in the first stitch after the corner, do we skip the sc from the previous round - like we did in the beginning or do we do a bpsc in that stitch - the one just before the 3 hdc?
Thank you! I am so going yo make this CAL. I haven't finished the Mandala Madness though. I am at part 18 but it has become too big to finished. I will finish it someday..lol
me: wait. I thought the cal started on the 31st. it's the 30th.... me: *suddenly remembers that the other side of the world is a whole day ahead of me* me: oh...
Hello! I just arrived on your channel and I really loved it. you do wonderful things. I want to ask you to put subtitles in Portuguese and Spanish on your channel for your Latin-speaking followers. kisses from Portugal 🇵🇹!
some of the videos have automatic captions available, but for the older videos this is not the case. i don't have official translations available, ,sorry
Hi, I would like to crochet the blanket using the colors, blue, yellow and white( nuts about lemon) as shown in the icon video. I can not find anywhere how much yarns I need .
on my website i give yarn amounts for the full blanket. if you however use different yarn or change color placement, your yarn amounts will change. use the amounts on my website as a guide.
love your video's to help me if something is not completely clear to me. just couldn't help I noticed a little error with the last hdc of the edge of row 10. the pattern says it should be in FRONT of the corner ch-3 space of round 9 ;-)

Very excited to be starting this, thank you! One question, I found you via your Last Dance videos which had UK terms. Will there be UK terms available for this CAL? I make so many translation mistakes when following US terms :(
Hallo ik wil graag deze deken gaan haken maar kan niet vinden welk pakket je gebruikt in de video? Dacht dat het pakket Earth was maar daar zie ik geen zwart bij?
I want to understand something, please. I want to do a CAL Week, but, I do not understand how the tutorials go. ?? I understand that they are different grannys and that is what I like. And I come from pinterest and then from the Blog. Start with this video? Of how many grannies is CAL composed? How many videos are please? and thanks. ^_^
i ordered the Nuts about squares in a pack for the sky project from wool warehouse. I was disappointed that the skeins are only 50 grams. i s that enough for this project?
jenny anne the squares and final blanket will be smaller than if you use worsted or double knit yarn, but as such if you have the same gauge as my testers you will have enough yarn. size and other info on my blog
Please use the written pattern by the designer if the videos are not good for you. I only made the video, the designer has a photo tutorial available for you.
This is clearly NOT A BEGINNER . and I am not a beginner im American you talk super soft and go soooooo fast this square is clearly the hardest thing I’ve ever done .. it’s taken me hours to just get to round six .

How can I make a cushion of this beautiful square ?
simply make 4, join, and sew it on to a cushion.
@@Itsallinanutshell you mean four of the squares ? I would like one big square … how can I do that?
@@tinamartorana504 yes, 4 same sized squares. If you want the square larger you will have to change the design. I can't help you with, sorry.
