I like the way that Oscar breaks things down and explains things...I get why he doesn't like to lift weights. Boxing is all about the core, the power comes from the mid sections, hips and thighs...it is literally a whole body workout and probably one of the toughest sports one could do..

Psychological he had so much patience and understanding how to box and over more simply WIN a fight. He's such a technical fighter very smart.
