People love to laugh at Oscar nowadays, Dana White takes shots at him , but they truly don't understand how BIG of a deal and how good Oscar was, he was incredible in the ring an all time great! He was also the first boxer with a "pop Star" like following, the Ricky Martin of boxing. Now hearing all the stuff he went through is heartbreaking to hear, being that young and famous must be extremely overwhelming and scary, I'm delighted to see him alive and telling his story 🎉

Oscar was my favourite fighter ever growing up, kinda like my hero ...
I've ridden the roller-coaster of being a fan of Oscars.
After watching this interview, I'm even more of a fan.

    In the next literal breathe
“Oh bro I’ve been talking to therapists my whole life”
Oscar has been like this his whole career and that is why people question his authenticity

While watching right now, 7-20-23, the audio and video are outta sync. Question: why?
And when they are talking, their lips don't always match the voices.
Something's odd, maybe for the sake of people's privacy, but no matter what De la Hoya is fantastic, badass honest, and more of a hero now.

Generational trauma will only be understood by someone that has gone through it. It leaves a lasting mark and void that is carried into adulthood.I understand why Óscar having millions of dollars and fame still feels empty. May God bless you Óscar and help you heal and fill that void in a healthy way and away from drugs.
