Great 1st lap for you, luck was on your side 😂 And as said ping is usually distance to server/your Internet speed. I believe the time taken for data to go to the server and 'ping' back to you. I'll probably be wrong though 😂😂
@@coxyindubai2929 probably the distance, my speed is half that, bad upload would affect your car for everyone else, bad download would affect everyone else's on your screen I would guess..... As usual, I may be wrong though my upload is only 25
I believe ping is determined by how close or far you are from the host server. I would like to learn more on this as well but have struggled with info.
Not sure thats the case, I am further than most of the european guys, but the guy in question last night was based in spain, a lot closer than my location.
@@coxyindubai2929 I’ve had low internet and now fiber 1g internet and it hasn’t changed a thing on my ping on GT7. When I play ACC however if I get into an online lobby with low ms then my ping is lower. Idk

I'll check my router and see what I'm getting. Its supposed to be 400mbps
