    Everything you went through in the video I am going through now except for eating octopus😅, a lot of pain, a lot of stretching, and asking for help from everyone😆. Well done coach 👏 keep going you can do it

    솔직히 한달만에 1자 다리는 힘들죠.
    저도 여자치고 넘 뻣뻣했는데 발레 2년간 취미로 하니까 1자는 아니라도 보통사람들 보다는 1자에 가까워 지더라구요.
    수고 많으셨어요. 건강해지신 것 같다니 좋네요. ㅋㅋ

    Don’t hold your breath while do it.. just keep breathing, trust me it will work.. I am a Taekwondo practitioner and always helping my coach for the split session.. I helped a lot of my friends and they did it..

    You should do the lateral split too, makes the front split more effective in my experience. Keep going you are doing great!

    Will you continue stretching, if so, make an update on this video.
    Would've been interestnig to see if you were able to achieve you goal, and how long it takes. 👍👍
    I have simular issue, after accident and hospitalized for 5 mnths, had to learn to walk after a year bedridden.
    Trampoline has been the saviour.
    Aftermath of accident is that feet and legs are not 100%, and stretching is extremely painful...
    So I should choose to do something simular - deffo... 😁

    Sentir dor!!! É!!! Conseguir sempre. Isto é malhar pra mim!!! TANKS. Como preciso, têm vaca e boi quê tá mais magros quê eu. Tô chegando. Todas as lesmas tão mais rápidos quê eu. Mais quando eu começar eu não paro mais!!. Eu assumo essa dívida. Saúde é tudo. O quê vem depois dá saúde não é mais importante que ela. E eu lutando.....o relógio..

    if u want to make it fast, lay down then get the legs up and open it until 180degrees.

    I don't think every day stretch like that is a good idea. Body needs time to regenerate. When you felt pain around 7th day you should stop for 2-3 days and stretch every second day or push it little less every time. After I started doing it like that my results got better
