    Thank you, that was a really informative session. I’ve always wondered where do the fertility coaches come in. And I can see there’s a real need for them who’s willing to help with a deep dive, as that’s usually not on the cards with IVF specialists.

    • @hellynn_j
      @hellynn_j  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Glad it was helpful. I totally agree, western medicine doctors and specialists aren’t really trained in how to naturally improve your fertility, so for example, some tell you stop having dairy altogether without knowing whether that causes inflammation for you specifically. I’ve also had my OB/GYN tell me that I can take DHEA without even testing me, and when I tested my DHEA S levels they were very high already. so I think it’s really important to combine Western medicine along with something more holistic for the best results.♥️

      Hi! Thank you so much ❤ it seems that western medicine doctors usually just say that everything is fine when it’s not and we can feel it’s not. I would definitely recommend a coaching session too if you’re interested, and maybe pursue restorative reproductive health as well.

    Hellyn, great video & insights. Thanks for sharing & keep up the good work🎉
    However, IMO - I feel it's a lot of additional supplementary recommendations in addition to what you are already consuming
    I'm quite concerned that it will inevitably take a toll on the major organs being kidney & liver.
    Not to mention the effects of all the nasties in these supplements - flow agents, bulking agents, binders etc.
    Just doesn't appear "natural" IMO.
    Have you considered a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) detox for fertility?

    • @hellynn_j
      @hellynn_j  13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@keyanup1795 Hi there, thanks for sharing your concern. I do regular liver detoxes and have also done Chinese medicine in the past as well. My hospital advises against Chinese medicine during IVF though so I probably will not do that as I start IVF again soon.
      Most of my supplements are either medical grade and if not, all third party tested for purity and strength. What are you basing your opinion that it doesn’t appear ‘natural’ off of?
      I have a new IVF doctor so I will check with her if my current supplement lineup is okay when I see her next week. I have already checked with a registered holistic nutritionist, so I trust it is okay but just want to make sure none interfere with my IVF meds as I start my 9th round.
      From my understanding, as long as you don’t exceed the recommended doses and check which ones interact with one another negatively, it’s not harmful for your liver/kidneys. But of course, everyone is different so I recommend you check with your own doctor.

    It starts with the egg has some good information but there are new supplements which have not been mentioned in the edition I read a couple of years ago. They are PQQ and NMN. They are very potent supplements for cellular energy and NMN has been shown to improve ovarian function in mice. This alongside red light therapy can help improve egg quality for women of ama and what I am convinced is what finally helped me. Also dna fragmentation test on sperm is very important as even the best quality egg will be compromised by poor quality sperm.

    • @hellynn_j
      @hellynn_j  25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@janinec8386 Thank you so much for your input! I take both PQQ and NR, which is similar to NMN. I definitely mention these additional supplements in my other videos. I believe that the latest editions of the book mention the supplements as well. Regarding red light therapy, which one did you use and how often? Thanks!🙏
