Would it be possible to have the client send photos of themselves in all of the outfits (face/head not visible of course if they prefer than for privacy)? I'm sure this would take more time and coordination, but it would be MAGICAL to actually see the clothes put together on a person and get the final effect (both good or not).
i think it would be great if you found ppl comfortable sharing pics of themselves in the outfit. i love putting an outfit together but it hits different when on
I’ve never seen Nana anime, but I know Katie from Steal The Spotlight likes that show, and these outfits have that energy in my opinion. So 10/10 obviously!
Your client has such a good wardrobe! Would love to see you do a more difficult one next time with more of a mix of styles showing how to combine them into cohesive looks. Loved this video!
i've been attempting to catalogue my wardrobe over the weeks now but made very little progress bc I'm getting too fussy about getting it perfect but seeing the imperfect photos of your client is quite inspiring to just wing it and it doesn't matter that much. It's better to get it done haha
I'd love to see how the outfits translate to real world! If you ever style a subscriber again and the person would be willing to send photos in the outfits, would you consider making a video like that? I love the app, I've been using it since your first video about it, but I feel like some pieces don't look the same in pictures as on me (how they fit etc) and I'm kinda debating booking some styling but I'm afraid if the stylist haven't seen some pieces irl they can't really understand how they work. I hope it makes sense:)
This totally makes sense, I also get nervous about that when making the outfits lol!! I don't want any clients to feel pressured to send in photos, but if someone is ever interested in that I would love to include them!
It was so great to see someone's Indyx that isn't the immaculately presented featured open closets! I've been obsessed with this app for about three months now ❤
Alyssa if you're watching/reading this, I'd love to see how they worked out and if you made any tweaks! This video was so helpful to watch, thank you for sharing!
Need more of this, it's fun to watch you talk about the clothes and what your thought progress is when you create looks for others. It's both inspiring and motivating, it tickles my brain to try be more creative with my own looks. Alyssa has an amazing taste in fashion, very warm with a good sense of both cool and elegant elements.
I am LOVING red and black this spring! I'm wearing it a lot, usually with some ecru and white mixed in, and I've been getting a lot of compliments (even on combinations I've definitely worn before multiple times)! I'd tell your client to experiment with a bold red lip and some hair styles with height (messy topknot, half-up top knot) to balance out the boldness. It's fun seeing you play around with other people's clothes while I'm over here going PICK THE SNEAKERS! NOOOO, DO THE FLORAL BAG! Like my mom and dad yelling at sports on TV. Could be fun to do a live version of this format too if you're looking for ideas!
Congrats on your first clients and this slaying work! I like that you think about what your client wants instead of doing what you would prefer yourself.
Recently started recreating Pinterest outfits from men’s fashion (as a woman) and it’s been kind of a game changer. It reminded me of your androgynous outfits video and I thought if you found the idea interesting it could make a cool video! (Sorry this is so off topic!)
YES!! I'm so glad you made this video. I like that we get a glimpse of what you can see on the app, like the outfits we put together on our own. I would watch a gazillion of these videos. It helps so much to hear your thought process as you're styling
Oh this is so cool! I might have to book you to style my clothes sometime. I sell vintage so my wardrobe is a mix of 70s, 90s, Y2K and modern (though it's pretty much all black). Also: this whole thing reminds me of Polyvore back in the day. Does anyone else remember Polyvore? I loved it so much!
You are such a breath of fresh air for the fashion TH-camr community. I’ve never seen someone value the client’s opinion and hype them up so much. You’re so awesome!
Wow, Alyssa has such an amazing wardrobe!!!! I can't wait until I get my stuff all catalogued so I can book you, I never would've thought to put some of these looks together but I love them so much!
this was so fun to witness! her clothes are amazing and i want to know where she shops!! every outfit was beautiful and i hope you're able to share more behind the scenes content like this
Okay, I would do that, but I already have my own style that I’ve developed over the years, but I will share this with my friends so that they can access this resource you’re sharing! Thank you for using your knowledge to help others!
Maybe if you did this lookbook styling with another TH-camr or content creator, they would be willing to collab with sharing photos/videos of the fits IRL along with any tweaks or mods they made!
it was so fun to watch this process! i loved the styling notes you wrote as well, alyssa's wardrobe is amazing and i hope she got a lot of inspo from this💞 also, it would be cool to see you recreate some outfits you make for clients, if you have similar items in your wardrobe!! i think it would be a good way to show how the outfits look on, without having to ask clients to share photos if they aren't comfortable doing that :D
Great outfits! Is there any way for mere mortals to see more than two items across in Indyx? Both on phone and iPad I can only see two and it makes it so hard to navigate a large wardrobe…
The Lookbook styling is done on a laptop but everything is only available as an app for now unfortunately! When styling my own outfits in my closet I just use my phone:)
How do you feel about taking pictures of the clothes on ourselves? And then cropping out limbs and stuff lol feel like that would give the stylists a better understanding of how the clothes fit
Ok I am soooo getting a lookbook with you once I have all my clothes uploaded!!! PLEASE feel free to make a video like this when you make mine :) I'll put it in my notes too haha
What are you using to operate Indyx from your laptop? I have a "phone should fit in your pocket" policy and it gets tricky to manipulate multiple clothing items on the small screen. Using a PC for it looks revolutionary, can anybody help me out with how to do it?
i feel bad that her name is spelled “alyssa” way but pronounced a completely different way. she must have to constantly correct people on the spelling/pronunciation 😅
Omg, it would be so great to see a reaction from alyssa (or some kind of feedback), love the indyx saga haha♡♡♡
She did write liz a review saying that she had seen the video and she loved seeing the process and the lookbook and couldn't wait to wear the outfits
Would it be possible to have the client send photos of themselves in all of the outfits (face/head not visible of course if they prefer than for privacy)? I'm sure this would take more time and coordination, but it would be MAGICAL to actually see the clothes put together on a person and get the final effect (both good or not).
Wow, Alyssa has such a defined style! I love her color palette, it reminds me of oil paintings or 2005 Pride and Prejudice, so fun
PLEASE DO MORE OF THIS!! LOVE IT
noted!!!! so glad you enjoyed :))
this was actually soooo interesting!! ive never seen such a cohesive closet, mine would be such a challenge haha
i think it would be great if you found ppl comfortable sharing pics of themselves in the outfit. i love putting an outfit together but it hits different when on

this feels like playing one of those y2k polly pocket online games and i love it
aahh i need more content like this. its so interesting what other ppl own and what kind of style they want to get.
i've been attempting to catalogue my wardrobe over the weeks now but made very little progress bc I'm getting too fussy about getting it perfect but seeing the imperfect photos of your client is quite inspiring to just wing it and it doesn't matter that much. It's better to get it done haha
It didn’t get used but my eyes were drawn to that cool jumper with flared sleeves and three stripes. I want one like that
lol I also loved that piece!!

I loove to hear your thought process, it's really helpful! I'd like to see more vids about indyx, maybe where you use it to style your own outfits?
Me & my sisters have started coming up with silly & sassy “i heard” statements bc of your videos. Super fun, just like your content ☺️
OMG I love this so much

This was so good, it helped her wardrobe was amazing too! I’m gonna need to archive my wardrobe cause i need this service.
Oh this is so cool! I might have to book you to style my clothes sometime. I sell vintage so my wardrobe is a mix of 70s, 90s, Y2K and modern (though it's pretty much all black).

oooo your wardrobe sounds like so much fun to style from haha.
& omg yes it's totally polyvore vibes & I love that
Polyvore without the rampant consumerism
7:41 I feel like the sneakers would be doing it right in a ‘wrong shoe theory’ type of way
ugh you SLAYED and alyssa has such cool clothes i’m so inspired rn
You are such a breath of fresh air for the fashion TH-camr community. I’ve never seen someone value the client’s opinion and hype them up so much. You’re so awesome!

Okay, I would do that, but I already have my own style that I’ve developed over the years, but I will share this with my friends so that they can access this resource you’re sharing! Thank you for using your knowledge to help others!
You did this so thoughtfully and enthusiastically, such a great ad for your services!!!
Yesssss constraints are very beneficial for creative processes
It would be so cool to see more of these! Feel free to use my current booking for your content (and happy to share selfies of the completed looks) 👍🤗
Outfit #1 should’ve went with the black corset !!!!! ❤
Maybe if you did this lookbook styling with another TH-camr or content creator, they would be willing to collab with sharing photos/videos of the fits IRL along with any tweaks or mods they made!

We need to see pics of her in her cute new outfits!
Spectacular Liz! I need more videos like this Liz!!! I NEED MORE LIZ!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
The "blue sandals" look sage green to me
Who else recognizes the tank top at the end from when she colored some of stripes red with a fabric marker?
Such a slay
it was so fun to watch this process! i loved the styling notes you wrote as well, alyssa's wardrobe is amazing and i hope she got a lot of inspo from this💞 also, it would be cool to see you recreate some outfits you make for clients, if you have similar items in your wardrobe!! i think it would be a good way to show how the outfits look on, without having to ask clients to share photos if they aren't comfortable doing that :D

Very fun to see the whole process!
Great outfits! Is there any way for mere mortals to see more than two items across in Indyx? Both on phone and iPad I can only see two and it makes it so hard to navigate a large wardrobe…
OMG I'd love to style someone like this! A dream! Lovely videos. I love people rediscovering their closet
Also is the desktop version locked for just stylists? It would be a huge advantage if we were able to access it through desktop and phone!
I love this kind of content it’d be so cool if you made it a series where you style others
I am so inspired. ❤❤ Thank you
absolutely amazing video, it would be a fabulous serie
Well done, what great outfits!
How did you get Indyx on your laptop? I have it on my phone but I'd love to have it on my computer. Not sure how to do that.
The Lookbook styling is done on a laptop but everything is only available as an app for now unfortunately! When styling my own outfits in my closet I just use my phone:)
Your styling was sooo on point!! This was a super fun video ❤

Glad I'm not the only geriatric millennial in the comments lol
What are you using to operate Indyx from your laptop? I have a "phone should fit in your pocket" policy and it gets tricky to manipulate multiple clothing items on the small screen. Using a PC for it looks revolutionary, can anybody help me out with how to do it?
So sorry to say it’s only for stylists to use on clients! When I track & plan my own outfits I also have to do it on my phone haha
what is the mic you use . . .
I am tempted
👀
yay!!
i feel bad that her name is spelled “alyssa” way but pronounced a completely different way. she must have to constantly correct people on the spelling/pronunciation 😅
