The best ratio for chia pudding is 4 table spoons of chia: 1 cup of plant milk

@@shobarbaba For your health its best to be off all dairy. A person can use any milk they want.....why would one want milk from an animal?? Also... there are MUCH better videos on youtube than this person. Good luck.

@sMoL bEanZ you can use any milk you want. I’ve also seen a recipe online that calls for a bit of Greek yogurt. I make mine with soy milk and my family who isn’t vegan makes theirs with whole cows milk. I use oat milk sometimes too.

Every morning I eat oats with chia seeds and a little bit of coconut sugar, normally with blueberries. I never get bored because you can always change which fruit you put in! I did not know chia seeds expand so I might try these puddings

Love the video! Sharing my recipe: chia + cold soy milk, i let it sit for about 10 mins til it expands, then I add some walnuts/macadamia, sliced bananas n a dollop of tahini on top :)

You can also just put the pudding in fridge for about 30 min to 1,5 hour instead of 5 then it will be fine too

if you are doing turmeric add a little black pepper. black pepper just helps your body to be able to absorb more of the benefits of the turmeric.

I clicked on this because I loved the colors lol. Remember that turmeric is used when it has black pepper. Otherwise it’s hard for your body to actually benefit from it. Thankfully I already have a golden milk mix. Can’t wait to try the golden one, matcha, and the rest!

This is blowing me away that I made tumeric one tonight before seeing this video and before I knew of any recipe for it. It’s also blowing my mind that I’ve been sooo bloated lately and I made that tumeric one w out knowing it would help for that! Can’t say that the body doesn’t tell u what u need!

You’re also gonna need cardamom, cloves, ginger, allspice and most importantly pepper to help your body synthesize the turmeric so it can benefit from it 😊

you should really try to sub almond milk for another type of nut milk. almonds have a huge environmental impact when cultivated in mass, using about 1.1 galons of water PER ALMOND. there are many alternatives, with cajew nuts being a great one
