    Thanks dear..
    Helped me a lot during my quitting time...
    Had same ideas of not thinking about cigrattes during quitting same like u do during breakup 🙂 but your video about how to think like non smoker , kind of validated my thoughts....and it helped me a lot...
    But the best part was how to be a happy non smoker rather than just a non smoker .......I wish I become a happy non smoker soon

    I’ve been doing this 2x a day with the CBQ method. I can attest it feels odd at first but if you stick with it, No Matter What it gets sooo much easier. I know it did for me. Sooooo grateful for you Nasia your changing lives one exsmoker at a time!!! I am so glad I found your Ted talk. I’m still a work in progress but I know I can do it as long as I don’t give up anything is possible!!!! Thanks again!

      did you quit now?

    • @jennlong7123
      @jennlong7123 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ridadouhmane2634 nope but still been trying tirelessly every single day. I almost just gave in yesterday but I’m so determined mainly because I don’t want to die from these stupid things. I’m blocking my own self but not sure how to get out of my own way. I did stop doing the visualization a few months back but will say I felt closer to quitting & that I actually had a chance at it when I did the visualization it does make a big difference
