I changed the way I tried quitting smoking using your method and I have been smoke free for 6 weeks and 2 days with no cravings what so ever. I tried my own way using will power but failed many times over. I have a smokeless tobacco addiction that I've had for 26 years. I quit for one day short of 1 year and all the sudden was at an all time low stressful situation and started back. Since I now have control over my smoking addiction I am now starting to mentally break my smokeless tobacco addiction using your method. I have no doubt it WILL be successful. Thank you for this.

I quit smoking for 2 years before, I relapsed when I went to Las Vegas Casino in the smoking area. Don't let it happen to you. Right now I'm in day 1 again. But recently I've been quitting intermittently months weeks and days. I cut down slowly. I only smoked 1 cigarette yesterday. I quit today and will never go back. Smoking is a matter of choice. Choose not to smoke. Thank you.

Miss Nasia, just listening to your voice in the background helps me to overcome cravings and I don't even listen to what you're saying (after I have seen many videos). My brain have associated your voice with my healthy self. When you talk, my health self gets courageous. Thank you!

While quitting most of the time people (At least me in past) are jealous of smokers smoking cigarettes. But now we know that actually we should be jealous of the non smokers who never smoked any cigarettes or the ex smokers who are actually successful and don't think about it anymore.

Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I struggled with diets and exercise but I could not stop the weight from coming on. I went from a slim 135 all the way up to a pot belly 275. That's right, I almost made it to 300. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. I got kicked out of the navy for being obese and I lost my retirement. I developed severe sleep apnea and I'm a borderline diabetic. I had to give 5 trash bags full of my favorite clothes to charity. I had to give up running, water skiing, riding my bike and scuba diving, because I got too fat. Had I known I was going to get fat like this, you best believe, I'd have never quit smoking. I'd rather get cancer or emphysema any day, then have to be all big and fat

I'm afraid of the person I may become when I quit smoking. A comparable reference would be from the show house m.d.
If I stop smoking I might lose my talents, or if I quit smoking I might develop an attitude that causes me to be unable to have people in my life. Do you have suggestions for this? Thank you

I have a quit date of09\21\20. I plan to listen to her often. She is very knowledgeable.

Hi Luke, this is a common fear. If you have talents, they were not given to you by smoking so there's no reason to lose those talents when you quit. Smoking cannot give you something you don't already have and quitting smoking can't turn you into someone you're not. All these are rationalizations and fears created by the addiction to keep you stuck. The second quit smoking stage of the CBQ Method deals with that: th-cam.com/video/SnsCU3uYDWY/w-d-xo.html

7:45 saying they had no withdrawals is a bit much. maybe you meant cravings? heroine addicts who go to jail also quit overnight due to a change of context but they don’t do it without withdrawals. regardless, physical withdrawals for heroine and nicotine are two vastly different stories. but the cravings are psychological no matter the substance.

Hi David, the CBQ Method is a process rather than just a philosophy. It has 4 quit smoking stages and it's based on psychology. Please check our playlist "CBQ Method essentials" to learn more about the CBQ method and how it works. We're happy to answer any questions you may have.
