It’s SUPER interesting!! I was a Certified Athletic Trainer at one point, but left the field because the pay is terrible… but I learned a LOT about Human Anatomy, injuries, and rehabilitation. The shoulder was my favorite joint to study!
He’s tense because he hasn’t been getting his massages

Also the SITS muscles are for shoulder stability so any injury in this area could affect the the GH joint, labrum, etc. A lot more to this injury than we've been told.

Never self diagnose muscular issues on the internet. There could be hundreds of different things wrong with your shoulder that don’t align with this guys content

I had issues with both of my subscaps for years because I was severely underweight. It took about a year to fix it, and a ton of exercises and tons of stretching. I screwed them up because I didn't have much money to feed myself and worked an extremely heavy job requiring tons of lifting. I use to use a broom stick under my elbow to rotate my shoulder farther backwards in order to get access to my tendon. When I had issues with the subscap it felt like I could barely breathe and each breath felt like I was being stabbed in the lung. Never ever again
Yeah you gotta keep those little RTC muscles strong!! Stretch your chest out a lot too!

I watched this video to try and learn what is going on with my own shoulder. It hurts when I throw. If I had to guess based on where the pain is coming from I would say it’s the supraspinatus muscle. I used to have a cannon for an arm. Now that I am in my mid 40’s I have lost a lot. I wish I could just throw without pain. I just don’t know what to do about it or where to go for help. Any suggestions?

I had sub scap surgery in Aug. I had a hard time doing anything with my shoulder before the surgery.

looking at it i would assume it’s cervical spine based off where the hit was but i’m not that educated so i’m waiting for the upload as well.
@@cama296 I’m thinking lower, since he gave a thumbs up. Cervical would make him a quad, or unable to move both legs and arms… we will see. Hopefully it’s not as bad as it looks!

You can massage a portion of the subscapularis by pressing inside someone’s armpit. I do this all the time.

Listen y'all, I dislike DeSean as much as the next guy, and on behalf of Tampa ty for Baker, but this "play through it *****" mentality is exactly what lead to Baker failing there and balling elsewhere later. Njoku's burns are nasty, but they don't actually affect his ability to play like this does. Watson sucks, but haven't y'all learned from the last couple years?

A lot of mumbo jumbo, the Browns doctors cleared him to play. He should be out there earning his money. Cleared to play means you can't cause further damage to your injury. He's a quiter the players know this

Being physically cleared to play doesn't mean he can go out a and perform as he needs to. It only means that playing won't do any more damage. However, as the doctor suggested, every time he makes a throw he feels pain. That's going to affect the quality of the throw.
