Some one with diabetes can also have a hard time getting it up too. Especially if they don't eat right and take their meds. Diabetes is essentially a blood vascular disease that will make any blood vanes in your body wither away. It's not always mental, in fact most of the time it's physical not psychical. If your man can't get it up he needs to see a doc. as most likely there is some heart problems that causing it.
Garlic is a good natural remedy for e.d, diabetes and vascular problems.
