The good ol' times when I played this in Namco Museum megamix and Pac Man World 2... I still have NMM but Pac Man World 2 I would get a PS2 JUST for that game!
This game is a big reason I bought the Arcade1up 40th Anniversary cab....back in the 90s I would get to play this once a year when my family would drive from Connecticut to South Carolina/Florida for Summer vacation, we would always stop at a Nathan's Famous hot dog restaurant on the side of the interstate in New Jersey, and this cabinet was right by the entrance. I used to be mesmerized by the graphics and music. Only place I ever saw that had this game
The game with an entirely happy sounding soundtrack, that is until you get to Jungly Steps. Then it takes a slightly darker tone, and the games difficulty kicks you in the balls, all before you loop the game, start over (if that option is set in the dipswitches that is), back to happy soundtrack, but the difficulty never lets up.
There are 3 catagories of Pac-Man games: Classics, Modern, and Modern Classics. The classics are self-explanatory. Games like the original Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, that stuff. Modern games are Pac-Man games that don't follow the maze chase formula. Games like Pac-Man World or Pac Man 2: the New Adventures Then the Modern Classics are games made in the image of the Classics. Games like Pac-Man World Champion or Pac-Man 256, or one of the many, many, MANY re-releases of the arcade original. Pac-Mania is often considered the last of the Pac-Man Classics. Just think about that for a moment.
BRO I found this on my recommended list. I've been wanting to play this game once again but I can't. Thank goodness I atleast get to watch it once again to see and look back how games were before and now. This is litterally my childhood game right here. I miss these days.

esteban exequiel ponce desafortunadamente no salio para SNES, hubiera sido identico al de Genesis, que era la consola paralela de SNES...La version de genesis se acercaba mucho a esta de Arcade
I loved this game. You start off in a stage with not 4 but 5 Ghosts: The Original Pac-Man Ghosts (Blinky, Pinky, Inky, Clyde) and the Ms Pac-Man exclusive ghost, Sue (Who's purple instead of Clyde's color). Then iirc the Green ghost (Funky) and the gray ghost (Spunky) can jump but I think Spunky's the most terrifying as she can jump the same height as Pac-Man.
Pacman classic game. From playing the facebook version i wanted to check out the classic stuff and man they dont make em like they used to this is much better. Great video man subbed. Btw i also make playthroughs, check out my channel if you get a chance! :)
It's still 2D with an isometric perspective to give the illusion of 3D, after tis game, there were games that used the same perspective that came out in the 8 and 16 bit era.

Ah, feels good hearing this game. I could fall asleep to this 😌 this and the Arrangement series has had the best music IMO
