They are likely making things up as you cannot score more than 2 million in Motos as the game does not loop after level 62 (I have never seen anyone get 2 and half, or 3 million on this game).
In a way, this is like a more complex version of DISCS OF TRON. It's definitely TRONish with the goal of knocking the other "programs" off into oblivion.
The reason why I've mentioned about Jesus going up against the entire DC Comics JLA {Justice League of America} heroes is that. I got pretty upset when I've first seen, a brand new Batman video game, in the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Casino area. 🎰

高校の時友人が新しいゲームが出たといって説明してくれたが最初意味が分からなかったな
名前もモトスだかオトスだったとか言ってて嘘じゃないのかと現物を見るまで疑ってもいた。
一時期結構やってたような気もするが今見るとどの面もほとんど記憶がなくBGMは全く記憶にない。
自機が奈落に落ちていく、むなしく寂しい光景だけを今もやけに鮮明に覚えている。

これもやり込んだゲームでしたね。限界点数を目指したことがありましたが結局ダメでしたね。（←２６４万点は超えてます）ただ、ノーミスクリアより１ミスクリアの方が点が高くなる…というのは、後から知った話。
それと「motos」はメイン開発者の一部の人の頭文字を取って付けられた名前ってのは結構有名ですよね。ハイスコア表示のネームの１番左のアルファベットを縦読みすると…。（圏外の５人目は「SASATARO」です）

当時高2の時ノーミスクリアしました。
どうでもいいけど、46面ってパーツ何もつけないでクリアすることってできるのかな？
最終面はパーツ無しでもクリア可能です。
むしろ34面などの方がパーツ無しは大変です。
46面は相打ちになりますがクリアは可能。
ちなみに46面は離れ小島に行く事もできます。
行っても特別何かあるわけではありませんが。
