Songwriters on the Co-Writing Process

I'm a big believer that songwriter's need to get over their fear of working with others songwriters. Almost all of the great songs that are part of our popular culture are written by multiple people. There's a magic that happens when songwriter's come to the co-writing table. Beautiful songs get written. I ran into these three songwriters at the park near my house. They're all brilliant writers. So I had to interview them. They have all been to my songwriter's retreat "Crooked Crow" . Where we co-write like maniacs.
